Jeenu (5/5): Bad ventilation and useless maintenance person, substandard rooms. 1st night got a wrong room. - Location was good and breakfast was good The maintenance staff are useless. The first night I got a room which was not the same as I had booked. when asked the next day they mentioned that it was the only room available. In that case you should not show the room available on booking.com. Ventilation system is not proper, smoke from other rooms came into your room and the maintenance worker is useless. I could not sleep till 2 am. Had to change my room at 2 am as I was getting suffocation. Rooms are substandard

Ravi (9/5): Superb - The location was good. The room was quite clean and tidy. Complimentary breakfast was delicious. Hotel staffs were friendly and were able to meet the requirements on the go. Surely recommend to someone who is travelling for business related works. The access card of the room was having slight trouble. Multiple trials were needed to open the room.

Sharon (3/5): Never again will I make a reservation at this hotel - All I liked about this hotel was the location. The staff asked me not to use Booking.com the next time and to use other apps instead. The staff were well-behaved. I recently travelled all the way to Bangalore and was a little exhausted, so I thought about bringing two friends over. However, the staff said that was not appropriate and that you should sit in the hallway and talk instead.This was quite upsetting. There didn't list no Visitors Policy or else i could have visited elsewhere.
