• Amber (7/5): Good - The property was clean and cozy. The beds and pillows were very soft. The rooms were large for the age of home. The added window units helped keep the room cool. The grass needed to be mowed. The Internet did not work. The owner asked us to take the trash to the curb and bring it back in via text on the day it needed to be done. Not a huge deal but we were traveling for work and had been installing new doors all day and were already exhausted.

Close to everything new and old. - The home was comfortable, with plenty of room for our family of four to lounge together in the den or retreat to our rooms. The house was well-appointed with everything you could need. It was especially clean. It has some little touches that reminded us of our first home that was built in the 40s or 50s, like a little shelf in the hall for the household phone! It was no trouble leaving the neighborhood area and finding ourselves right downtown or on the bustling Broadway for shopping and dining. The location is safe; adjacent to a sprawling hospital campus, but the exterior is not eye-catching. We didn’t let that put us off, and I’m so glad. My 16 & 24 kids LOVED the place (their quarters and overall comfort).
• Todd (9/5): We had a very enjoyable stay. We will be looking to stay at this same property next time we visit. - We enjoyed our stay very much. It was located in town so we were close to most anything we needed. The master bed was very comfortable. Our two teen children loved having their own rooms. My wife loved the furnishings. We didn't cook because we were eating out or at the home of the family we were visiting. The kitchen looked like it had everything you need if you want to cook at the property though. There was a small amount of traffic noise in the evenings, but the beds were some comfortable it apparently wasn't an issue. : ) No lock on the bathroom door so make sure everyone knows to knock before entering!

• Janice (10/5): It was the perfect little cozy spot for a vacation getaway. Our stay was pleasant, and we will book again and highly rec - Lovely, comfortable, cozy, comfortable, and affordable. It was also a great location. It was only a 4-minute drive from where our family we were visiting lived and was near a Walmart, Starbucks, and other restaurants. The only thing I would suggest is maybe building up the driveway a bit. My car was scrubbing from the dips in the driveway, backing out. It is still no biggie, but there is room for improvement. Other than that, it was perfect!
