Luiz (6/5): Very friendly staff & spacious flat but in need of better cleaning - Good WiFi & TV Spacious Staff was very friendly and helpful - it was raining heavily and they lent us 2 umbrellas.i requested coffee and shampoo and they brought these to us straight away The bathroom had a strong smell of drains, the shower plug hole was full of hair which we had to remove to allow the water to drain away. There was a lot of human hair on the carpet in our bedroom and the rugs had a dirty smell about them too. We felt that the flat could be better cleaned. The kitchen was lacking of the most basic things like drinking glasses, no ice trays or microwave

Thank you! Far from the city center - about 3,5 km from Registan. We like walking and it wasn't problem for us.
