I booked their best apartment or so I thought i did Until it was not and I was given another apartment in a different area, not the one I booked... it was expensive and they gave me a lower grade apartment which was not the one id choose. No hot water, sofa had dirty stains on it, and the rugs matts were dirty and stained, not cleaned as you would expect if your a paying customer. Don't stay at this place, they lie to you saying that the other room was booked, BUT yet I booked the Top apartment and was given something else. Very dishonest and unapologetic host. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED...
