• Elaine (3/5): Disappointing, great location but sub standard accomodation/way too expensive. - Location was ideal, the aspect was sunny, liked having 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms really disapointed by the standard of the property. unsafe towel rails, cold house on arrival and unable to adjust timing of heating start and stop, shower head clogged hence water went everywhere other than over head, noisy boiler in a bedroom (!), insufficient towels for 4 guests, wardrobe full of dirty clothes, very small parking area - website pictures were a little misleading, broken wine glass and chipped mug, poor and damaged decor from water escape. Expensive property to rent with very poor standards and attention to detail.However, prompt support from hosts but no recompense for unsafe situation and misrepresentated online information....'due to the nature of issues experienced'.
• Kim (6/5): I know Milford extremely week 26 yrs plus . The property is well placed albeit noisy due to early morning collections fr - Location - although it is noisy in the mornings - everyday bottle collections and do get noise from pub . At 4 am departure morning neighbours were loading car , chatting and genuinely food not give a thought for disturbing anyone Cleanliness was lacking in detail . Springs on bedroom doors are DANGEROUS - they slam shut causing 2 accidents . An injured finger and a back injury
• SallyC (10/5): Comfortable house in the heart of Milford on Sea - Very comfortable stay, with everything you need to hand - like a home from home. Very well equipped kitchen, not that we used it much as there are so many wonderful cafés and restaurants in walking distance. The parking spot was invaluable. Beds super comfortable. Loads of board games to keep us entertained. Sammy's café in front of the house serves delicious breakfast 😋
