Și am stat într-o locație excelentă! - A fost o locație extrem de frumoasă, impecabil de curat, o gazdă superbă, foarte primitoare, zona foarte liniștită și plăcută! Priveliștea spre mare, bazin mereu curat, zona de frigărui savurată din plin. Extrem de bine gândită fiecare dormitor cu baie privată . Am fost foarte încântați ne-a plăcut mult și cu siguranță ne mai întoarcem Proprietate 10/10! Nu a existat așa ceva

• Ралица (10/5): Exceptional - My family was in vila Theodosia and we really enjoyed our stay. The house has anything you need to have a relaxing stay - the private pool and the barbeque surraunded by a quiet forest makes you chill. The house and the outdor are very clean. The location is very quiet and secluded but in 3 km away you have supermarkets and 10 minutes drive leads you to the town and many nice restaurants and bars. Marina is the most dedicated and warm-hearted host, and her mission is to make her guests feel like home and have a really good vacation. We have to go...

• Ersin (10/5): Exceptional - We had our best booking experience by far. The house was amazing with a private pool, amazing view, its secluded place but also being so close to the city center etc... Clean, new, fancy, comfy and so on... The house was really amazing and we could live there forever; so we know that we will be there again for sure. I know that aforementioned details would be enough to pick this place but they are basically nothing in comparison to the hospitality of the hosts. My daughter had an accident and broke her arm right before the holiday. We were really afraid and considered to cancel, the host Marina was extremely helpful on the situation. As our daughter wanted to go on no matter what :) we did so. Marina was always in touch, asking how we are on our long journey and the situation of our daughter etc. She was there to welcome us with little gifts and a big, welcoming smile on her face. We had very good suggestions from her about where to eat and also about the beaches to go considering our daughter's situation as some beaches were not easy to access. You would think this is more than enough but no! There is more :) as I had a minor issue on my car and was trying to fix it, Marina's lovely husband Spyros was there by chance and did his very best to support me on my hopeless try :) Last but not least, even though we were to left the house in early morning, Marina was there again just to say a proper goodbye. They are the bests hosts in the world! We have become like brothers and sisters. We can't thank you enough and hope to see you soon! As this might be an issue for some (like my wife and daughter), please be prepared to find little insects etc. around, in the garden, in the pool or even in home if you act reckless on closing the doors. The house is in the woods.
• Michal (10/5): Exceptional - Beauriful, serene, spacious villa, flawlessly clean and in pefrect shape. Marina the owner was very kind to accept us at short notice and very helpful. The villa has a fully equiped kitchen, outdoor grill by the pool, and a view to the sea. The inside is very pleasant with a calming design attitude. We only came for a few hours before our flight and I wish we could stay longer. Will definitely come back to stay here again. Lovely place made by a lovely owner.

• Josef_999 (10/5): 2 Hidden Gems in Lefkada - We stayed with hosts Marina and Spyros in Greece on Lefkada at Meliades Villas for 7 days. The project, consisting of two villas, was absolutely amazing. The villa is just 8 minutes from the center of Lefkada, 5 minutes from a market and the beach, yet it offers 100% privacy and tranquility. The villa is brand new and fully equipped - flat TV with Netflix, strong WIFI, each room has its own air conditioning unit with individual control, which we greatly appreciated. Additionally, both bedrooms have their own bathrooms with toilets. All windows had insect screens! The outdoor pool had an automatic filtration system, and Spyros (the owner) cleaned the pool manually several times a week, so the water was always crystal clear. Marina also offered us cleaning of the villa during the week. The area around the pool provided complete privacy, surrounded only by nature - there are no other buildings, and the pool was barely visible from the other villa. If you're looking for accommodation in a quiet, secluded location offering 100% privacy, don't hesitate too long! Car is needed ! Not for party people !

• Alona (10/5): Unforgettable vacation in Lefkadas - If this place has vacancy during your stay in the island consider yourself lucky! It has everything for a perfect vacation! The place is new and absolutely spotless. Equipped with everything you may need. The location is central while quiet. The hosts are incredibly welcoming, communicative and responsive. They even prepared a small dinner for us because we were arriving late at night. Don’t think twice and book this place.

The house itself was brand new and immaculately clean, offering all the comforts one could hope for. Its location was the best of both worlds; slightly secluded, offering peace and beauty in abundance, yet just a stone's throw away from the village. This perfect balance provided both tranquility and easy access to beaches and restaurants. Truly a gem of a find!
• Marie (10/5): Exceptional - Well what can I say! Our stay at Meliades villas was perfect. We stayed in villa Theodosis which is one of the two houses on the property and enjoyed all that it had to offer - awesome pool which was cleaned daily, great bathrooms with excellent shower pressure, full size fridge in a well equiped kitchen, very comfortable beds and every amenity you would need for a great holiday in Lefkada. It has green surrounds next to a hillside and overlooking the sea in the distance. The vista is beautiful. Whilst it is secluded and peaceful, if you need some action the drive into Lefkada town takes a mere 7 minutes by car. The hosts are a married couple who are wonderful people. Their hospitality, recommendations, kindness and willingness to help in any way possible was beyond fantastic and the best I have encountered in my travels. Needless to say we absolutely loved our stay at Meliades and will definitely return. No need to look anywhere else. Thank you Marina and Spiro!!! Nothing
