Check-in takes place at the office located in 4 Pilve Street. It is open Monday-Friday from 10.00 to 18.00. Guests arriving outside these hours, please contact the property to arrange key collection. Guests are kindly asked to present their passport and a bank card used for booking upon check-in. In case a card is not presented, prepayment will be returned and a different payment method will be required.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. Guest (8/5): - Sauna was really great and the bedsheets were so soft. I really enjoyed staying there. Overall it was really clean, but the table had sticky marks from previous user. There was air purifier or something on the table, that made a lot of noise.
Lāsma (7/5): Pleasant, but can improve - Building, area, nice breakfast spot Bopp nearby. Sauna in the room, but we did not use it. Smell of mold as apartment in the basement, no AC as day was extremely hot, probably not needed in regular Estonian summer. there was no light bear the mirror in the bathroom and no bed lights in bedroom.

Antti (9/5): - Rauhallinen alue, hyvä sijainti, lähellä bussipysäkit . Yleisesti hieman epäselvää, miksi ei voi katsoa tv kanavia vaikka huoneistossa tv yms. Vaatiiko jonkinlaisen "kortin" jotta ohjelmat näkyvät ?
Laura (9/5): Great location, warm and bright - The apartment is spacious and warm, the bathroom has floor heating and a sauna too. It's not in the centre, but it's easily reachable with public transport or a nice walk and has great cafes nearby and a big mall. If you are going to a concert at the Tallinn Song Festival Ground it's the perfect location. It was impossible to take a bus back so we walked and took a scooter as it's not too far. The shower water drainage didn't work well and the bathroom was getting flooded even with only one person taking a shower. No hairdryer in the room.
Linda (4/5): :( - Location. Quiet area of the city The pictures of the apartment we booked did not match the apartment we were accommodated in. We were not allocated the apartment reserved by Booking. The apartment has a very unpleasant smell, the bathroom is very used, and the bed mattresses are so old and dirty that they need to be recycled urgently.
