• Yuan (9/5): - The apartment is conveniently located and fully equipped. However, it’s important to note that there is no elevator. Fortunately, the staff was very helpful and asked someone to help us carry our luggages upstairs.
• Bas (9/5): Heerlijk verblijf in het centrum van de stad - De locatie is top! Het contact met de host is ook snel en vriendelijk. De slaapkamers zijn voorzien van een ventilator en niet van airco. Dat is iets minder.

La zona è tranquilla e vicina ai principali collegamenti bus e metro. L'appartamento è pulito e aveva tutto il necessario per il nostro soggiorno, lenzuola pulite, asciugamani, bagno schiuma, the e tisane per un piccolo momento pausa, ecc. Nektar inoltre è stata molto disponibile per la consegna delle chiavi al nostro arrivo. Sistemazione consigliata! niente
• Kok Weng (9/5): Great location, even better hosts!! - Very cozy and very central location, near the metro and the bus, and has supermarkets and shopping nearby as well. The place was clean and had many amenities prepared in the kitchen. Best was the washing machine!! Perhaps there could be more hot water as by the 4th person the water was cold but after waiting a while it got better
• Maria Del Pilar (9/5): Perfect location and cozy apartment - The apartment is great. Perfect location in the city center. Nicely decorated. Two nice rooms, living room and kitchen. Also all the basic needs are covered (toilet paper, coffee, etc). Also the person that took care of all contact with us was super nice. The only minor thing was that the windows of the living room and one bedroom did not close properly and was more noisy than it should, also a bit colder. But nothing extreme.

• Andrea (8/5): Appartamento consigliato per visitare Valencia - Casa molto accogliente e in una posizione ottima per visitare il centro e per la vicinanza alle varie fermate dei bus e della metro. Nei pressi della struttura si trovano tantissimi negozi e ristoranti. Nell’abitazione ci sono tutti i confort e gli elettrodomestici necessari. Il bagno un po’ piccolo e carente del bidet. Nella seconda stanza il termosifone elettrico non funzionava. Nelle stanze non ci sono condizionatori ma solo ventilatori a soffitto.

The host was very responsive. We forgot our beach towels when we checked out and she pro-actively contacted us later and delivered the towels at our new location. • Maja (10/5): Sjajan izbor za boravak u Valensiji - Everything was fantastic! The apartment is big, cozy, sweet, and very clean. It is in a great location in the central area, but on a quiet street. Supermarket is 2 minutes away, as are cafeterias, shops, and pharmacies. The apartment is close to all major historical attractions. We were given a sweet welcome gift that included wine, milk, and chocolate. The apartment had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully equipped, and they had literally everything essential. The bathroom has towels, shower gel, shampoo, and a hair dryer. Apartment has 2 balconies. One is small and looks on the nice quiet street and the bigger one (that does not have a view of the street but of the inside of the building) where you have small table and two chairs witch is perfect for smokers. The smell from the pipes is noticeable, but as far as we understand, this is the situation in the city and it is not something that negatively affected our stay. Owner is very nice and helpful. We had a wonderful stay there. Nothing
• Dmitry (9/5): Excellent apartments with kitchen for your money. Very close to the city center and convenient for l - The apartments are located very conveniently. The center of Valencia is no more than 10 minutes on foot. Moreover, the apartments themselves are located on a quiet street. Nearby there is a large Mercadona store, pharmacies, and cafes. Parking is in a nearby building and costs 25 euros per day. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. A narrow and steep staircase leads to the 3rd floor. If you have difficulty with physical activity, then it is better not to choose this number, despite all its advantages. Hot water is supplied from the boiler and is enough for one person, after which you need to wait 20-30 minutes for it to heat up again.
• Stefan (9/5): An Apartment very much in the Center. - This Apartment is very much in the center and it is also fully equipped. In addition there is also a friendly welcome. The double beds are quite small and the bedroom facing the road can be noisy. The stairway to the Apartment is quite narrow.
• Daria (10/5): We loved it - Everything was great! Apartment in big enough, very clean and located in convenient. Parking garage is 5m across the street. We loved the “welcome package” with wine, milk and chocolate. Apartment had everything we needed, they even had cereals, tea, coffee, salt, sugar, vinegar, oil.. and washing detergent for dishwasher and washing machine. Apartment has 2 balconies. One is small and looks on the nice quiet street and the bigger one is more like a technical balcony. There is no view. So we just opened windows on the both sides of small balcony in the living room and put a small table on balcony and two chairs inside the living room and enjoyed in views on the small street. Owner is super nice and helpful and she managed to fix one small problem in apartment even on Saturday morning! I recommend you to choose this apartment!

• Władysław (10/5): Great place to stay with your family when you're coming to Valencia. Close to the city centre - Clean and neat apartment. Everything was provided, including linens, towels, shower gel and kitchen equipment. The host greeted us to hand over the keys. She was very friendly. She also left as a bottle of wine and a bar of chocolate as a welcome gift. The apartment is close to all major historical attractions - just 5 minutes walking from the North Railway Station and Metro Station Xativa, with direct connection to the airport. The flat was a bit dark but I guess it's normal for this kind of buildings in Spain.
