• Valentina (8/5): Comodo al centro - Ottima posizione, Wi-Fi veloce, letti comodi, comodo self check in con staff super cordiale e presente per ogni domanda. Cucina ed utensili molto vecchi, pulizia da migliorare soprattutto in bagno.

• CHARLES (8/5): Simple et efficace ! Je recommande très bon rapport qualité prix - L’emplacement est vraiment central, les lits sont confortables, sanitaires impeccables, le studio est dans l’ensemble bien pensé. Un peu de bruit en journée mais la nuit aucun souci. Nous avons pu dormir en toute tranquillité. Les échanges par whatsapp pour le check-in sont très bien pensés avec des indications claires. Après le check out, nous avons pu laisser nos bagages dans le hall, c’est très pratique. La cuisine a mieux équiper, rideaux occultants à installer car il n’y a pas de volets.
• MARLENY (9/5): - La ubicación. A un paso de la calle principal de Blloku y a 10 minutos de la plaza central. En la calle había muchos negocios de comida, además de ser una zona muy tranquila. Todo en el piso olía a limpio. La comunicación con el anfitrión fue muy buena. Nos permitió hacer el checkout a las 11:30h. También había un dispensador de agua que nos vino de maravilla, pues entre tantas excursiones no alcanzabamos a llegar al súper. Había algo de moho en el baño, pero nada del otro mundo.

Il palazzo potrebbe essere meglio ristrutturato, ma considerando il contesto generale per quanto mi riguarda è accettabile e gli abitanti del palazzo sono persone amichevoli.

• Guido (10/5): Very convenient, very comfortable, excellent value for your money - Short distance away from Skanderbeg square, spacious, private bathroom, all for a very low price. The communication with the host was great, all in english, clear instructions, quick replies. The instructions for self check-in and check-out were very clear and there was no issue at all. The shower had good pressure and hot water. There was drinking water on the premises
• Dominik (8/5): Great location and affordable value - The accommodation is in a great location, just a few minutes walk from downtown and all the tourist attractions. Finding the place was easy thanks to the instructional video. The host was helpful and assisted us in getting to our room. The room was spacious and clean. When we arrived, the water heater wasn't on, so we couldn't take a hot shower right away and had to wait. The electric kettle and drinking water dispenser are only available in the common areas. Unfortunately, there are no dishes or cutlery here, just disposable paper cups. However, there is a wide selection of teas available.

• Valentina (7/5): - Camera spaziosa, pulita, letto matrimoniale comodo, due docce, phon e frigo in camera. Servita di connessione wifi. Si trova in una delle vie principali, vicina al centro, servita di farmacia, panificio, alimentari e negozi vari. Camera non insonorizzata, ma anzi amplifica i rumori ad esempio la pioggia; nella stanza di ingresso c'è un cattivo odore, il divano presenta macchie. Le tende della camera non sono abbastanza oscuranti. Frigo rumoroso, ho dovuto staccarlo per l'intera vacanza. Pagamento all'arrivo in contanti.

• segreto (10/5): breve soggiorno a Tirana - struttura centralissima vicino alle attrazioni principali Piro é stato super gentile e disponibile sia prima ma anche durante il soggiorno . Mi ha fatto molto piacere trovare a disposizione sempre dell’acqua all’ingresso con anche una postazione per prepararsi un tè o una tisana. La camera era molto pulita e silenziosa

Nos ayudó con cosas como encontrar una imprenta cerca de su alojamiento La puerta de la casa perfecto pero la de nuestra habitación estaba rota y se abría, ya le informe para que la pueda arreglar, a nosotros no nos afectó porque solo nos quedamos a dormir. La puerta del baño molesta bastante porque choca con el inodoro.

• Tuğba (10/5): - Çok rahattı, çok temiz ve konforluydu. Kesinlikle binanın dış görüntüsüne aldanmayın. Arkadaşım ikinci defa ısrarla buraya gelelim diye tutturdu. Biz çok rahat ettik. Kesin tavsiye. Sevmediğim bir şey yok. Sadece mutfağa perde konulabilir.

• Sara (9/5): PERFETTO! - La stanza era pulita e ordinata, di dimensioni ridotte ma con tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. Presente anche un mini frigo molto comodo. Posizione strategica, vicina a tutto: mezzi pubblici, ristoranti e principali attrazioni. Nulla, tutto perfetto!

Binanın dışı harap bir halde ama içeri giriyorsunuz başka bir yer gibi. Ortak koridorda su içecek vs her şey mevcut. Ev sahibi hiç pazarlık sevmiyor kuruşu kuruşuna istiyor parasını. Eğer burada kalacaksanız yanınızda tam tutarı bulundurun

• Mahmut (3/5): Lack of communication and basic amenities turned this stay into a disappointing experience - The location is near the center, just 5 minutes by walking. The host's communication was very poor; they responded to my questions with significant delays. I had to call multiple times just to get a reply. Even for the reservation confirmation, I received a response very late — I was about to cancel the booking at that point. Other than that, the morning after I checked in, there was no water. I tried to reach out, but again, the response came very late. I needed to take a shower before leaving, but by the time they replied, I was already out, unable to shower. They told me it was a regional water outage, but later I was informed that there was actually a plumbing issue in my room. On the night before my check-out day, there was also a power outage. This might have been a regional issue, but I had to take a shower in the dark and leave without charging my phone. In terms of price-performance, this was the worst place I’ve ever stayed. Most importantly, the communication was extremely poor. I have probably stayed in over 100 places, and I believe good communication with the host is the most important thing. Unfortunately, that was completely lacking here.

• FERNANDO (7/5): No repetiría - La.ubicación. La limpieza, creo que deberian prestar más atención a la limpieza, sobretodo de la cocina. No me.gustó la.poca luz que tiene.
• Souha (6/5): Buena habitación, horrenda atención al cliente. - Limpio El chico responsable del alojamiento fue muy poco cooperativo. Llegamos a Tirana a las 2 de la madrugada y cuando contacté con él mediante el número de teléfono de un taxista (ya que todavía no teníamos una tarjeta SIM operativa) para pedirle las indicaciones para llegar al lugar, no quiso cooperar e insistió en que nos compráramos una tarjeta e hiciéramos el pago de la noche vía transferencia o efectivo. Reitero, todo esto a las 2 de la madrugada, cansados y en un país el cual desconocemos por completo.

• Galina (10/5): - I had a comfortable and pleasant stay here. The room was spacious, spotless, and located in a great area — close to the city center and in a safe neighborhood. The self check-in process was smooth and easy, with all the necessary information provided in advance. The host was very helpful and always available on WhatsApp, which made everything even more convenient. Overall, a great experience — would definitely recommend!

• Brian (2/5): Wouldn’t repeat - Bed was comfortable and room was pretty clean. Communication was as bad as can be, I was given poor directions to get there and no proper address, left outside the room unable to get in at 2:30am on arrival while no one answered the phone. Payment was a nightmare. I can’t even go into it but they made it extremely difficult and in the end overcharged me a bit.
