• Gloria (6/5): - El ambiente del hotel es muy bonito y cómodo. El personal es amable y el desayuno también está bien. Mi habitación daba a la calle y todas las noches despertaba porque había gente gritando, hablando muy fuerte o el sonido de los coches. No sé si justo había algún bar, pero cada noche pasaba algo y no lograba dormir bien. Además de ello, los colchones son antiguos, me hundía y me generaba incomodidad.

• Guest (3/5): No recomiendo el hotel - Lo que solamente me gusto del hotel es la ubicación cercana a la plaza de armas de Cajamarca. Lo que no me gustó fue lo siguiente: - El hotel cuando llegamos estaba en mantenimiento o reparación que hacia que todo este empolvado. - Poca variedad en el bufett del desayuno, no habia fruta y todos los días era comer lo mismo. - El hotel esta ubicado al lado de varias discotecas, que durante la noche no te dejan descansar y por la mañana toda la calle amanece sucia. - Todo el mobiliario es antiguo, las puertas de las habitaciones y los closets rechinan. - No estoy de acuerdo con relación entre precio y servicio, me parece el precio exagerado para lo que recibí del hotel.

• Fredrik (8/5): Very good - I really liked the cozy courtyard. The glasroof kept the courtyard warm during chilly nights. The Internet connection was slow, especially during afternoons and evenings.

• Evelyn (5/5): 🧐 - Near to square and museums Translate text with your camera The room does not have hair dryers which is very necessary due to the cold weather and you don't want to walk around with wet hair, also my card didn't pass the first time and they swiped it again a second time and it didn't pass either and I had to use another card. In the end I looked at the bank's application and they charged me 4 times with the first card, in short they charged me 5 times, I had to reject those charges with my bank.

• Daniel (8/5): Great experience, would recommend (note: I do not usually write hotel ratings, but this one is worth mentioning, at leas - well-trained personnel. Very kind and helpful to customers. I also like that the building preserves its historical heritage: inside the building, the rooms were located around the patio, which had a water fountain in the center. it was also located a block from the main square. Bed frames and bathroom need some upgrade.
