- Yolisa (8/5): It was good, it’s a nice convenient hotel. - Easy to find, staff is friendly. It’s beautiful and comfortable. The 1st time I was there a couple fought the whole night and no security intervened, we felt unsafe. Second time the shower was flooding each time we showered.

- Jacobain (8/5): - The room was very clean, and quite spacious. The room smells fresh and the sheets are always provided everyday. The ceiling had a little leak when it rained. It was not a lot of water, but significant nonetheless. Shower does not drain very well.

Nice king size bed that was comfortable The pillows were very uncomfortable and very small for the king size bed. You can hear all the noice around you from other rooms and room has weird noises in it. Gave us half a toilet paper and no soap at all. Room can have more to it as it’s such a big room. It’s also winter need thicker blankets

He was very attentive and ensured we had all the information we may need. The interior of the rooms was very well put together. The rooms and bathrooms are very spacious. The doors to the rooms are a bit beaten up and bruised, missing paint.

The housekeeper also super, I had a comfortable stay in Bruxelles hotel. There is a noise of the machine on the rooftop, I was at the penthouse on floor 5, I felt like I'm onboard the cruise ship, and the sound when the propellers are running to sail the boat.... but was something I'm used to... I'm not sure if it's something controllable. either than that... I enjoyed my stay.
