• Ewa (10/5): Pobyt był idealny :) - Gospodarz, miły i bardzo opiekuńczy. Bardzo dobry kontakt. Apartament położony blisko centrum 10min spacerkiem. Równie blisko na plażę. W okolicy sklepy, piekarnie, galeria i restauracje. Sam apartament ma wszystko co potrzebne - od produktów w kuchni, po suszarkę, żelazko, prostownicę, pralkę itd. Czysty i zadbany. Dokładnie tak jak na zdjęciach. Bardzo polecam, my na pewno wrócimy :) -

• Tomek1234 (10/5): - Fantastyczna lokalizacja. 10 minut spacerem na stare miasto. 10 minut na plażę Kolorovare. Apartament wyposażony we wszystko co trzeba. Dodatkowo bardzo użyteczna pralka i suszarka. Parking darmowy pod apartamentem. Klimatyzacja w 2 pokojach. Słabe dźwiękochłonne drzwi wejściowe do apartamentu . Słuchać w nocy mieszkańców poruszających się po klatce.

• Yuliia (10/5): Лучшие апартаменты и приветливые хозяева - Нам очень понравилось отношение хозяев квартиры. Очень вежливые, моментально выходят на связь. Посоветовали достопримечательности, которые мы могли бы посетить, беспокоились за наш комфорт, при этом были совершенно не навязчивы. Квартира чистая, уютная, нам предоставили дополнительную кроватку для дочери. Только лучше впечатления. Прекрасный отдых. Если будет возможность вернуться в Задар, то только сюда?!!
• Anna (10/5): - Doskonale wyposażony apartament, całkiem niezła lokalizacja - blisko do plaży Kolovare i 10 minut spacerem do centrum. Kontrakt z gospodarzem na wysokim poziomie, do tego drobna niespodzianka na rozpoczęcie pobytu.

• Robert (10/5): The perfect place on the perfect spot... - Apartment was as it was shown on the pictures, and it was more than enough for what we needed. Interspar market is at 2 streets, as is the City Gallery. The old town of Zadar is at a 10min walk in almost a straight line from the apartment. The apartment is at a 12 steps from groundfloor, so don't worry that you need to go up for 4 floors or so... Maybe one little thing...that it is heary, it's an old building, so the walls aren't that well isolated, but beside that, everything was great...

• Owen (8/5): Modern apartment in a good location for both the town and the beach. - Very modern apartment with all the living essentials. Good sitting room with couch and large smart TV. 2 Units of AC kept the apartment cool and fresh. Shower was strong with the bathroom being clean overall. Kitchen appliances/ cooking area was good and modern. Apartment is in a good location for Zadar town and local beaches. Surrounding area is quiet and seems safe to walk through in the evening/ night time. Good sized shops very close with public transport links also very close by. While the boiler produces very hot water, if multiple people are showering consecutively, the hot water tank can run out. Also having an isolation switch for the boiler on the same cluster of switches as the sitting room light switches is not ideal.. While the kitchen had the bare essentials for cooking. It could have done with a some more utensils such as spatula/ ladle/ tongs etc.

• Denise (10/5): Highly recommend - Apartment is beautiful and looks exactly like the picture. The host Dino was super nice and responded quickly. It was also able to check in late. You can easily walk to the old town of Zadar and park your rental car on the street.

Couldnt ask for more. - The property was very clean and our lovely host had left us a packet of jaffa cakes and then he came round to see us shortly after arrival to check if we need anything. Such a lovely host. Apartment was perfect and as we had been travelling I managed to do a laundry which was a big bonus. Dont let the outside put you off, the apartment inside is fully modernized and just beautiful though the building as most buildings in the area is a bit run down.

• Igor (10/5): Great property, exactly as in photos! - Everything was exactly as in photos, good design, good location, very nice host and only about 15 min walk to the Kolovare beach. Supermarket and pretty much all the shops needed are nearby. Comfy beds, good working aircon, as well as washer and dryer!

• Dragana (10/5): Excellent experience - Property and whole stay was amazing! The owner was very helpful, polite and friendly throughout and answered any questions immediately. Apartment was brilliant and as it looks on the pictures. Very spacious, clean, modern with all the facilities you would need and more. Location was brilliant and conveniently located, 5-10 mins walk from beaches, town centre and bus/coach station. Overall extremely pleased with the stay and highly recommend!
• Promanner (8/5): Nice and modern apartment in the heart of Zadar - Great place close to the beach and old city of Zadar. Modern and new renovation, all new technics, furniture, TVs etc. Really friendly host. There was a baby cot. The apartment is well equipped. 2 conditioners in each room. There's a drying machine. To the beach Kolovare there's 15 min of walking. To the old city is also 15-20 min. A really great trade center Interspar, a bus station are close to the apartment. Quite small apartment, one separate bedroom (very small) and a living room. Ground floor (for us no problem). No microwave. Old building, too strong noise from neighbors.
• Mojmir (9/5): It offers everything you need. - Reality is fully in line with pictures and the description. Its easy to find it and there is free of charge public parking available. Its walking distance to old town. The apartment is in very good shape, everything is comfortable and clean. Owner speaks English very well and he is friendly, professional and he is customer centric. Its ground floor and so you might miss bit if privacy. But it was not any issue for me.
• A (9/5): the host recommended a lot of good local places to visit. he was very kind - it is just 5 min away from the bus station. big spar market within 3min walking distance. beach is 10-15min walk. we stayed for 6 days. it would have been nice if we got cleaning service once.
