• Twan (7/5): Prijs kwalitiet is goed, minimale factiteiten. - De locatie Geen kast, kleine ruimte, 1 setje handdoeken voor 1 week. Geen tussentijdse cleaning. De gang rook altijd naar rook en heel gehorig. Geen koffie of iets.

The walls are paper thing, you can hear people stumbling home from the bars. Sometimes theres people sprawled on the floors, pretty sketchy neighborhood. This neighborhood does not like airbnbs.

• Ivana (4/5): Not worth it for the money we paid - I like about the proprety that has good location, i think that is the only thing i liked about the place I would like to complain about the accommodation. The apartment had a lot of humidity and mold everywhere. It was very dirty, and there was a strong bad smell during the whole stay. The smell and the atmosphere made it feel like we were staying in a basement. Overall, the conditions were very unpleasant and not as expected.

El baño estaba reventado, había algo por la pared que ni quise saber que era. Una araña en la cama al llegar. Otros huéspedes montaron un escándalo brutal dos noches, avisé al hotel y JAMÁS tuve ninguna respuesta. UNA AUTÉNTICA VERGÜENZA! Tuve que reservar otro alojamiento para la mitad de mi estancia y pagar dos hoteles a la vez…siguen sin pedir disculpas por nada…nunca me ha pasado nada parecido

Koszosak voltak a falak, a hangszigetelés egyenlő volt a nullával, a szomszédos apartmanok minden zaját hallottuk, bár volt bekészítve kávé, bögre, cukor de kiskanál vagy evőeszköz nem volt az apartmanban.

• Alilovic (9/5): - Wir hatten einen wirklich sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gepflegt, was uns direkt ein gutes Gefühl gegeben hat. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die tolle Lage – wir waren in kürzester Zeit in der Stadt und konnten alles schnell erreichen. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden jederzeit wiederkommen! Das Einzige, was man anmerken könnte, ist, dass die Couch nicht besonders bequem war. Ansonsten hat aber alles gepasst und wir waren sehr zufrieden!

• Danilo (1/5): - Queríamos señalar que la habitación estaba en condiciones muy deficientes: sucia, con cabellos y pelos en la cama, el baño sin extractor, solo dos toallas y ni siquiera champú, únicamente jabón. Además, había un olor a orina que al principio pensábamos que venía de fuera, pero anoche descubrimos que provenía de la cortina de la habitación, que estaba impregnada de orina. La luz de la mesita de noche estaba fundida y la luz del pequeño cuarto permanece siempre encendida. En definitiva, una experiencia claramente decepcionante. Saludos,
• Kutukina (1/5): Disgusting - Absolutely terrible experience. The light in our room wouldn’t turn off the entire stay, making it nearly impossible to sleep. Imagine trying to rest with a bright light constantly on — it was beyond frustrating. What made it even worse was the complete lack of communication. We tried multiple times to contact the property, and it was practically impossible to reach anyone. No replies, no help, just total silence and ignorance. On the last day — finally — someone responded. And what was their solution? “Go to the electrical box and fix it yourself.” Seriously? We followed their instructions, and instead of fixing the issue, we triggered an emergency light that was even brighter than before. Horrible stay, unacceptable service, and zero professionalism. There’s honestly so much more I could say, but I’ll keep it simple: avoid this place at all costs. If you have any other option, take it and run. Disappointed

Limpieza fatal, pelos por el mueble del baño, pasta de dientes por el lavabo. sangre de mosquitos y manchas por toda la pared del dormitorio. El dormitorio ahogado, la cama embutida a la pared. Toda la noche sin dormir por la de mosquitos que había (sin abrir las ventanas nunca esos días) el ruido era insoportable parecía que estábamos en la calle. El ambiente de la calle dejaba mucho que desear.

Secondly, I liked interior - high ceilings and windows, nice patterns and details. Perfect for two people with no plans to cook (no kitchen).

• élise (5/5): - Emplacement agréable, appartement propre. En revanche aucun équipement de ménage, même un simple ramasse poussière. Embêtant lorsque vous logez 1 semaine dans le logement sans aucun moyen de passer même un coup de balais... Je vous conseille de venir si vous avez déjà tout avec vous, équipement pour le ménage, si vous mangez dehors car aucun moyen de cuisiner (à part si vous mangez des plats préparés froids, le logement étant équipé d'un frigo). De plus, personnel que nous ne voyons absolument pas, et la communication étant très compliquée. Nous n'avions pas bien compris le fonctionnement de la porte du airbnb, et nous avions donc appelé le propriétaire (très froid et pas très compréhensif). Je ne parle pas non plus du lit clic clac qui est très peu confortable et la porte de la chambre qui ne se ferme pas, le lit étant trop grand pour pouvoir la fermer entièrement.

• Aurelia (1/5): Complessivamente il soggiorno è stato scadente. - La struttura era in una posizione centrale e vicino ad una piazza piena di locali dove mangiare e bere. Il centro di Malaga facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. La struttura non era molto pulita e sopratutto c’era puzza di umidità e tantissime zanzare. In alcune zone della stanza, c’era la muffa sulle pareti e visto che la stanza si trova in un piano terra non è possibile far arieggiare. La zona sembra tranquilla tranne la sera perché nelle stradine ci sono persone poco raccomandabili. Anche il letto è molto scomodo. In generale non è un posto dove si pernotta bene.

Very central The room had a very strong smell of mold, which was also visible in the form of mold stains on the walls. The towels also had an unpleasant odor. While the room had the basic facilities and was generally acceptable, it was clear that it is not well maintained. The room is located on the ground floor, facing a small street. Even though the street is relatively quiet, you can hear everything when people walk past the window, which makes it difficult to rest. Additionally, noise from the building entrance is clearly audible every time someone enters. Overall, there are several aspects that need improvement to meet basic accommodation standards and provide guests with a comfortable experience. I traveled alone, and as a woman returning in the evening, I did not feel very comfortable in the area. The street and surroundings felt somewhat unsafe and shady. Something to keep in mind if you are in the same situation.

• MARIO (1/5): Da dimenticare - Mi è piaciuta solo la posizione, vicino al museo della natività di Picasso, quindi ad un passo dal centro e dal mare Non mi è piaciuto nulla. Il gestore ha cominciato a mandare mail e intasare la posta un mese e mezzo prima dell'arrivo, di mail praticamente uguali e scontate. L'appuntamento non dispone di un microonde, in 6 giorni ho trovato solo tre capsule di caffè, in più avevamo prenotato un suite per persone, io ho dormito sul "divano letto", allucinante chiamarlo letto con uno spigolo di ferro che esce fuori, ma soprattutto mi sono state fornite solo le lenzuola senza coperta, a gennaio nel bel mezzo di un'emergenza " rossa" di pioggia immaginate che faceva freddo, ho chiesto via mail una coperta dopo tre giorni mi è stato risposto che non ha ricevuto nessuna mail....meno male che è tutto salvato sulla chat di booking, non ho parole. La doccia dopo un minuto diventava "vasca perché gli scarichi erano intasati, questo significa che non fanno bene pulizia. Ho dovuto provvedere io a pulire con le mani mettendo un guanto in lattice. Non è stato fornito nemmeno un kit per la pulizia. Per me questo non è fare hotellerie, ma semplicemente mettere a disposizione una stanza e poi arrangiati te. Bocciato

• Aida (6/5): Para un día bien, más no - El alojamiento estaba céntrico, podíamos visitar cualquier sitio emblemático en 10 minutos. El alojamiento estaba lleno de bichos, en la ducha, en el cuarto… Había mucha humedad, y por la noche venían todos los mosquitos, que estaban de por sí dentro del propio apartamento. Había sangre en las paredes, un mosquito aplastado, un poco asqueroso. Para variar la cama hacía mucho ruido, solo con sentarte chirriaba y al dormir te despertaba el ruido.

С первого дня было обнаружена утечка воды в с канализации с соответствующим запахом. Об этой проблеме было сообщено владельцу письменно и по телефону. Было обещано заменить номер на другой в течение дня. Однако этого не произошло. В итоге на пришлось купить упаковку бумажных полотенец и решать проблемы с утечкой воды саиостоятельно на протяжение всего срока проживания там.
