Guest Reviews
- Jan (9/5): Great little single storey apartment well located for exploring North Norfolk. - Very spacious accommodation and all on the ground floor so accessible for my 90 year old father. An excellent provision of kitchen equipment to make self-catering easy. Comfortable beds and decent bed-linen. Shops and pubs etc in the local area. Nothing of any significance.
- kaye (8/5): fantastic locatiion. great pub in nearby village. very clean and had everything you need - excellent location. spotlessly clean and had everything you need.
would have been nice to have some interaction with the hosts i.e, enquiring if all was ok etc. better shower head as there was good pressure but shower head far too small. larger towels as again too small. non slip mat in shower.
- Fiona (10/5): A homely stay, perfect for a get away. - It was like home away from home. Lovely, cosy and clean with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing getaway. Looks out into gardens with chickens! Convenient free parking and lovely hosts who had thought of little things to make your stay comfortable like a lovely breakfast tray, milk in the fridge. It was perfect for our stay. Nothing.

- Sally (7/5): Previous reviews left me a little disappointed - Nice location close to the town.
Spotlessly clean.
Good size for 2 people. Quite basic facilities...lacking in washing machine and dishwasher, no iron or ironing board, minimal pans for cooking, really needed a bedroom mirror in one of the bedrooms as I had to dry my hair in the lounge and even then the socket is a distance from the mirror.
The bathroom is long and narrow with no form of heating other than a small electric wall heater at the far end of the room...this made it quite cold to use even in April.
We found the beds quite hard but I totally understand that this is a personal opinion based on what we are used to.
- daniel (10/5): Another great stay at Little Edgewood. Lovely base for a weekend in the area. - Location, cleanliness

- daniel (10/5): Another great 2 night stay. Will be returning soon - Clean, warm, walkable to town and lovely ‘food essentials’ supply. Nothing
- CKtravellers (10/5): - Style of the apartment, clean tidy , service was very good nothing was much trouble, wifi good , nice touch for having milk and break there , nothing was much trouble No toliet tint on the windows to cover up bathroom windows , being bit far from things
- Kristine (10/5): Lovely. Highly recommend - It was just lovely and like a home from home. We were on a work trip and it was perfect to come back to. Highly recommend There actually wasn’t anything not to like. It has everything you need
- Andrea (10/5): Perfect stay! Perfect hosts - Privacy, space and location were 10/10
Decor and cleanliness were top class..
But for us, the little things like the welcome pack,
Bread, cereal, condiments, tea/coffee
Fresh milk and even chocolates and sweets!!
Outstanding!! Definitely recommend and will return! Thankyou
- Suzanne (10/5): Excellent stay - We had a lovely stay! The home is beautifully decorated with lovely furnishings that made it feel warm and inviting. The kitchen was very well equipped, There were lots of thoughtful little extras too—my daughter especially loved the sweets! The books and games were a wonderful touch.
The host responded quickly to any questions we had and was kind enough to accommodate a late checkout, which we really appreciated. They also provided great local recommendations that helped us make the most of our visit. Highly recommended and would stay again. N/A
- Paul (9/5): Peaceful North Norfolk stay - Lovely peaceful location for touring North Norfolk. Plenty of space throughout, comfortable beds, modern kitchen facilities & we were kindly left some supplies for breakfasts. Nothing.
- Phil (10/5): Lovely 4 Night Stay - Lovely spacious apartment all on one level, in quiet location close to village. Ideal for seeing North Norfolk. Apartment very clean, comfortable bed and good shower. All linen and towels supplied. Nice surprise of breakfast goodies. Will definately book again!! Nothing
- Catherine (10/5): Lovely Reepham visit - Modern and charming cottage-type accommodation, lovely spacious main area - kitchen/living/dining - with two compact bedrooms and bathroom with powerful shower. Very kind and thoughtful of owners to leave a selection of groceries so there was no need to find a shop to buy milk, butter, bread etc :) There's also an outside patio space where we were joined by 2 friendly young cats and 2 equally interested hens! Great location for us as we were visiting family nearby, a bonus to experience the quaint Reepham (a short walk away), would recommend pizza and wine at The Dial House! All good!
- Emma (9/5): Great accommodation - Everything! The decor was very modern and tasteful, lovely spacious open plan area. The outside seating area was lovely but we only used it for a short while when the sun was out. Staying for a wedding at Sennowe Park which is only about 20 mins away from the property. Loved the breakfast items, saved a trip to the shop. Would stay again, thank you! Nothing
- Richard (9/5): Great accommodation - Location and the excellent standard of the property Nothing
- Margaret (9/5): Lovely comfortable stay. Would highly recommend this property. - It was clean and comfortable.
Thoughtful little touches like bread and milk. A little confusing finding it. Unfortunately some roads were closed and diverted on the way. I would suggest that Reepham be included in the address. Just to help those not familiar with the area.
- Richard (10/5): An exhilarating property and location with connections to key Norfolk areas - The space, location, decor, facilities and friendliness
- stewart (9/5): - everything good, could not find iron and ironing board
- Alan (9/5): - Location, amenities, helpful hosts.
- Elizabeth (9/5): Just the ticket😊 - Very comfortable. Lovely and spacious. Good host.
- Jacqueline (10/5): Perfect little bolt hole, comfy, cosy, clean. - It’s situation, lovely grounds and nice outlook. Exceptionally clean and well maintained. Everything you could need inside as well as spacious, comfortable, lovely decor. Although in the grounds of owner’s home still very private for guests. Great parking facilities. Lively little extras like bread, sweets, cereal and more which made it very special. All on one level so great for us with mobility issues. I use a walker and my husband crutches and we managed just fine. Would highly recommend. The gravel drive is difficult to walk through with my walker but not impossible and not far to walk anyway.
- Caroline (10/5): Perfect ,clean, comfortable accommodation - Lovely stay very clean had everything we needed we would not hesitate to book again in the future Could do with bigger shower head
- Lukasz (9/5): Good place to stay - Lovely place
Very clean and comfy
- joanne (10/5): Perfect! Definitely recommend - Excellent communication from the owners, really quick responses and very helpful. Lovely property, spacious and very comfortable beds. Plenty of parking. Short walk into the town. Great for the festival! Not a criticism, just a tip I would give is to take a torch for walking back to the property as no street lights!
- daniel (10/5): Perfect stay at Little Edgewood. Spotlessly clean and great value. Will definitely book again and recommend. - Spotlessly clean and nice inclusion of food essentials
- Angela (10/5): We really enjoyed Little Edgewood. A peaceful, clean and comfortable apartment that’s felt secluded despite being an ann - The property was very fresh and clean, good size, all the amenities you need, comfortable beds, great location, few mins walk to Reepham. Also there was bread, cereals, milk, tea and coffee provided. Nothing.
- Rees (10/5): -

- AJ (10/5): Wonderful Stay at a first-class apartment - Wonderful stay at Little Edgewood. It's a real home from home, with all the facilities you'd expect. Very comfortable, spotlessly clean, nice size and decor. Perfectly situated to explore the best of Norfolk. Great hosts. Our number one stay of all the places we've stayed in the UK. Nothing at all. All perfect.
- Phil (10/5): Highly recommended - Really great location, size of the accommodation, presentation.
- Julia (9/5): Lovely place, light and spacious. -
- Stephanie (10/5): Comfortable, high quality accommodation in a convenient location. - Beautifully decorated and comfortable accommodation. Evidently recently completed or refurbished to a high standard. Fully equipped large galley kitchen. Lovely, convenient location. Bathroom very compact.
- Nikki (10/5): A fantastic find, we’ll definitely be back. Thanks so much - It was a lovely self contained annexe. Well furnished, equipped and decorated. Plenty of room and warm, cosy and welcoming. It was very clean and smelt lovely too. In a lovely rural location but close to amenities. Hosts were very pleasant and welcoming. There was a lovely supple of bread, milk, tea, coffee, sugar, jams and breakfast cereals, plus washing up liquid and hand soap in the kitchen and some toiletries in the bathroom. Everything was spot on, we couldn’t have asked for more. Nothing it was perfect :)
- Dawn (10/5): Lovely - Property was lovely, warm and comfortable and the hosts very friendly and obliging.
- Clare (10/5): A great little set up - comfy, clean and just what we needed. Thanks for having us. - I stayed for two nights and the place was really clean, had very comfy beds and the welcome package (milk, bread and breakfast foods) was a nice touch. Plenty of parking and no issues getting into the property. We didn’t meet the owners but communication/instructions for the property was received with no issues. It was a little dark by the front door. I think (if I’ve remembered rightly) there was a light there but not sure if we missed the switch or if the light bulb had gone. A minor issue as we used the torches on our phones to see the key lock.
- Gavin (10/5): Excellent value, lovely place to stay. - Clean, spacious and comfortable. Very good throughout.
- Lee (10/5): -
- Shafquat (10/5): -
- Hilary (8/5): Overall very pleased. Friendly hosts Nice warm property - Loved the welcome pack of food - thank you very much. The bed was too soft for us but that’s a personal preference, not a criticism. A few jobs tidying up would make it better.
- Tamsin (10/5): Lovely, cosy , warm , quite and comfortable with everything you need - After a long day Christmas shopping getting in to the most comfortable bed! Had the best night sleep
- Cheryl (8/5): - Size of property was good, perfect for 4 of us. Beds were comfy. Had most things at the property you would need for an over night stay.
- Sarah (9/5): Lovely property and would definitely stay again - Very clean, comfortable, had everything we wanted/needed Nothing
- Laura (8/5): -
- Christine (10/5): Outstanding !!! - The annexe is situated outside of the village and is extremely comfortable and well equipped. We only stayed for one night but found ourselves wishing it could have been longer! There is everything you could need for a much longer stay. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking for a variety of family meals and the welcome package was unexpected but very thoughtful and much appreciated; everything that you need for a quick breakfast before setting out. We had fresh bread and milk ; tea, coffee and sugar; mini jam and marmalade, some variety pack cereal boxes and porridge oats.
The property was spotlessly clean with two large sofas in the main area. The information folder gives you important and useful information about emergency services and attractions nearby. There are also some board games and books in the coffee table, and a dining table for 4 people .The bedrooms were comfortable and beautifully presented with spacious wardrobes ; the bathroom has a large walk in shower and was again spotlessly clean and well maintained. We noticed that outside the property there was a bbq on a paved area.
Overall, our stay here was relaxed and extremely comfortable and we would love to come back ! This is definitely not a 'dislike' , just advisory ..if you have people staying from different families who are not used to living together, the bathroom door doesn't have a lock...This would definitely not prohibit us staying here again!
- Heather (10/5): Perfect - The unexpected welcome pack was much appreciated
- Florin (10/5): - Good facilities, clear description/ direction and a very nice stay.
Very nice welcome pack.
- David (9/5): Exceptional accommodation—comfortable, stylish, and well-equipped - Little Edgewood was an absolutely delightful place to stay—quiet, spotless, warm & comfortable. The generous welcome pack was a thoughtful touch that we really appreciated. We highly recommend Little Edgewood and would be definitely stay here again on our next visit to the area
- Kate (10/5): - Wonderful property which is finished to a high standard.
Hosts Bibi & Sam were both very friendly and helpful.
