Aufiero da Rocha (3/5): Uma grande decepção! - O funcionário que nos atendeu foi simpático e prestativo. Planejei esta viagem com muito carinho para celebrar um marco único: os 18 anos do meu filho. O plano era esquiar e, após o esporte, ter um refúgio acolhedor para desfrutarmos desse momento especial. Infelizmente, o Belleayre Lodge transformou nossa expectativa em uma profunda frustração. As fotos do anúncio não refletem a realidade. O que encontramos foi um quarto minúsculo, sem qualquer charme, sem TV e com uma cozinha tão pequena e ineficiente que mal podia ser utilizada. O ambiente era sem graça, situado em um local ermo que nos transmitiu uma nítida sensação de insegurança. A única 'comodidade' prometida, a jacuzzi, estava inoperante, devido à chuva, restando absolutamente nada para se fazer no local após o ski. O desconforto era tão latente que sequer chegamos a desfazer as malas. Ao percebermos que seria impossível passar horas ali com o bem-estar almejado, tentamos um diálogo com o proprietário. Mesmo com o hotel totalmente vazio e diante da nossa clara decepção com a divergência entre as fotos e a realidade, ele se mostrou de uma inflexibilidade absoluta. Tomamos, então, uma decisão drástica: preferimos arcar com o prejuízo total das três diárias cobradas — mesmo sem nos hospedarmos — e pagar um segundo hotel na região do que nos sujeitarmos àquelas instalações. Para nossa surpresa (e confirmação do péssimo custo-benefício do Belleayre Lodge), encontramos outra acomodação por um valor inferior, mas infinitamente mais charmosa e confortável., com um quarto maravilhoso, vários espaços comuns graciosos e confortáveis, sauna, salão de jogos, restaurante, bar, cinema, etc. Fica o alerta: o Belleayre Lodge não possui sensibilidade com a flexibilização da política de cancelamento e cobra um valor de 'luxo' por uma experiência desconfortável e sem graça. Uma grande decepção.

Paula (10/5): Cozy Stay in The Mountains - The rooms were very clean and updated. The bed was very comfy. It had ac and a heater. Overall it was very cozy. I enjoyed the fire pit every night. The manager of the property Matt was so accommodating and helpful. He gave use many good recommendations and took good care of us the whole time. We would definitely stay here again.
Veronica (10/5): A comfortable, beautiful, and family friendly place to stay. - What a wonderful lodge. The accommodations were lovely, and there is a tiny kitchenette in case you want to make foods. They have a great central lodge where they serve breakfast and have various games and gathering areas. There are s’mores in the evenings for the kids. The owners were so friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be staying here again.

Matthew (10/5): Exceptional - I absolutely LOVE this place! Beautiful spot located less than 3 minutes from the Belleayre Ski Resort. The cabins are super clean and the staff is fantastic!! Nice game room for the kids and there is an amazing Mexican Restaraunt (Tito Bandito's) that is a minutes walk from the cabins. I will definitely be back and I would highly recommend this location to all my family and friends! Nothing. Stay was awesome!
