• Zivile Dalia (10/5): - The appartment is very neat and clean. The location is calm and family friendly. There several food shops nearby, a nice garden and few Vaporreto stops. Though you can also walk to all attractions in about 15-20 minutes. The host was helpful and welcoming. The only thing to be aware of is the stairs - the apartment is on the 3rd floor with very steep stairs, so it might be difficult in some cases. It was not an issue for us :) We enjoyed the stay :)

• Marta (9/5): - The Place Is so good, the beds are comfortable, the stairs are steep (as in all Venice apartments) but there's a facility to mount the stairs with a chair until the second floor, which is great value! The view from the windows is on the roofs, very bright and pleasant. Whilst outside was cold (it's winter) the house is warm and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped, the details are so cured. Communication with the conductor has been excellent, they've been so kind. We are surely coming back!

• michele (8/5): Un soggiorno indimenticabile. - Appartamento pulito e comfortevole. Bagno troppo piccolo, manca il bidet. La cucina non ha la macchina del caffè ma solo moka e caffè americano.

• Nuria (9/5): Agradable - Es el segon cop que ens hi allotjàvem i hi hem estat molt bé. Ens agrada molt el barri on està situat, fora de les aglomeracions i molt a prop de tot. El Giovanni es molt amable. Cal tenir en compte que per accedir a l’apartament s’han de pujar unes escales molt dretes.

• Emma (10/5): Stay here to see the best of Venice - Everything! This is a gorgeous apartment in a perfect area of Venice - quiet, but so near all the main sights. The host could not have been more helpful and really made us feel welcome. Absolutely loved that we could message him throughout our stay for recommendations, etc. He really went above and beyond what we expected, and was required. Cannot recommend this place highly enough. Nothing, the stairs to the top apartment may be a problem for anyone with mobility issues though. There is a chair lift for the lower floor though.

• Ivan (10/5): The new sun sparkled gold across the canals of Venice - Excellent accomodation located in a quiet neighborhood near Garibaldi street. The appartament was super clean and the host Giovanni super nice and helpful. We will surely come back!
• Oleg (10/5): Exceptional - A cozy apartment in a very quiet district with a supermarket nearby. The apartment is located on a high floor (we lived in the attic) so views from windows were good too. The owner is very friendly and willing to help. Wish there was a washing machine.

• Lisa (9/5): Great apartment in lovely area with a fantastic host - Fantastic communication by the host and help with settling in the area. The large fan and aircon was greatly appreciated given the temperatures. The flat has everything we needed and in a quiet but handy spot for cafes & restaurants and the Biennale. Quite a few steep stairs up to the top floor for those who may struggle with them.

• Jaqueline (9/5): We had a lovely time in this nice quiet room - The host was very helpful in knowledge and getting around. He was easy to contact and very responsive. The house was in a nice quiet area and we had a nice view. It was close enough to food and boats. No major complaints
• Fiona (9/5): Delightful, simple apartment in a calm and pretty part of Venice - This was a very comfortable and delightful place to stay, well away from tourist crowds but still easily connected on foot or by boat to all of Venice. The apartment was very well equipped and yet also had a lovely old-fashioned vibe. The manager/host is very kind and was so helpful with everything. It’s a 3 stairway climb to the attic apartment- fine for a short stay with cabin luggage, but might not be right for some. The manager/host is super helpful though, so ask about anything and they may have an answer or way to fix things.

• Harith (10/5): Amazing!!! - Giovanni as a host is exceptional. He is very informative and always in reach for any questions. House is reachable within 5 to 6 minutes walk from the ACTV stop. Location is a very quiet neighborhood with no disturbances at all. Giovanni is in touch with us even the day before our trip started and kept us informed about all the possibly easiest ways to reach the house. House is very clean and comfortable. I will sure return to this place again.

• Veronika (10/5): Exceptional - It is a lovely 1room apartment with the separate kitchen. Wonderful location just 10min walk to St. Marco (or 1 vaporetto stop). Area is quite but just 100m away there is a street with many bars/restaurants and supermarkets. Apartment is cosy and clean, cooking essentials are provided. Host is very nice and welcoming guy. He gave us possibility to leave our luggage after check out for several hours. Also he gave us advice about the area. 100% recommendation! Everything was fine
• Massimo (9/5): Very cozy apartment - Great location, quiet, away from the noises of the centre, but still very close to San Marco and basically just 5 minutes away from the park of the Biennale. The apartment is very cozy, with a nice view. Very clean and spacious. The owner was very friendly and helped us with a lot of information. We will definitely come back. Recommended! Everything was great.
• Piotr (1/5): Bad - Ничего. Ужас, а не ночлег! I do not advise. It's stuffy at night. There is no air conditioner. A lot of mosquitoes. In the evening he promised to bring a corkscrew - he did not. In the morning they found that there were no matches. Called the owner for a long time. He didn't pick up the phone. The kids and I were hungry. The owner never called back. Terrible and disgusting attitude. We will never go there again.
• Kiara (10/5): Authentic and pleasing stay in Venice - We were exceptionally pleased by the location: it is located in a very authentic area near to Giardini vaporetto station were you can walk around the park and get lost in the little streets. The suite was quite spacious with a lot of light, and a portable air conditioning is provided to ease the heat. We were very surprised and happy to discover that all the basic products for the kitchen and the bathroom were provided, even some fruit and water as greeting. In case of being more than two people, they add a bed. The host was very welcoming and he made sure that we were comfortable, always available in case of any inconvenience. We are overall very pleased with our stay and would definitely come back! Maybe improve a little bit the cleaning of dust under the beds, but overall the appartment was very clean.
