- Espen (9/5): -
- Sari (10/5): Erinomainen hotelli - Erinomainen hotelli hyvällä sijainnilla. Putiikkeja kadun toisella puolella.

- Kvissel (9/5): Superb -
- Ls92 (1/5): The service is not aligned with what you pay - the hotel is nice the staff is awful, service is NON existing and they threw away my expensive swimsuit, embarassing
- Gustaf (7/5): Good -
- Kirill (9/5): great place to stay - the rooms felt freshly renovated and well-cleaned; the hotel is centrally located; the staff is friendly and helpful; the rooms are nicely equipped (the tub was appreciated) the room got hot at night (even when it was 17° and rain outside) because there is little air circulation or air conditioning; surprising to have no fridge or safe box, especially given the rest of the amenities present
- Tristan (9/5): Superb -
- Lesley (10/5): The perfect ski hotel. - What a wonderful hotel. This is the perfect place to stay in Are. There is a short walk to the ski lifts, just enough to warm up your muscles, and you can ski almost back to the hotel at the end of the day even when the streets are clear of snow.
This was a last minute ski trip with my son and we'd never been to Sweden before so didn't know what to expect. The hotel exemplified the concept of Hygge - it was warm, cosy, stylish and contemporary. Our room was a good size for a ski resort and even had its own drying cupboard for wet ski gear. There was plenty of hot water for a bath, the toiletries were excellent, there were tea and coffee making facilities and lots of hooks for skiwear.
The breakfasts were unbelievably good. We ended up having about four courses every morning. With a range of mueslis, fruits, nuts, seeds, yoghurt, porridge, fabulous breads, cheeses, cold meats before we started on the cooked breakfast. Coffee was plentiful, service with a smile.
The food in the wine bar was also excellent and we had a delicious dinner there one evening. Nothing!
