• Ileana (8/5): - Position. Clean. Well equipped. No hot or warm water. Took the shower with cold water. The host was not supportive.
• Jana (9/5): A perfect and comfortable apartment with plenty of room to relax and move around - This spacious two bedroom apartment was perfectly located near the very centre of Verona. Clean and comfortable with two separate bathrooms with wardrobes and air conditioning. We could also have a late check out, which was a pleasant bonus 😃 Self check in was a bit challenging

• Shakira (9/5): - In Walking distance from the tourist spots. The apartment is spacious, easy entry to the apartment. The paintings on the lounge walls are very scary for the children. There was no coffee and sugar and the parking was difficult sometimes. Otherwise it was perfect.

• Morten (6/5): Alt i alt havde vi nogle dejlige dage i verona og super tæt på centrum og rigtigt mange seværdigheder. Havde nemt ved at - Dejligt tæt på centrum Velfungerende aircondition når der er 40 grader udenfor. Og egentligt alt i alt en hyggelig lejlighed. Der var lidt småting bl.a. toiletbrættet var i stykker. Og bruseren på det ene badeværelse var i stykker. De havde glemt at rede op til 2 af os, men det løste vi selv.

• Amnuaiporn (10/5): Great family of 4 accommodation. - Very nice, tidy and big apartment perfect for families. Very comfortable and close to the centre of Verona with good transport access. The WiFi wasn't great in the far bedroom and the on suite toilet makes a very loud noise.
• Laszlo (10/5): Nice apartment, great location, lack of proper communication - The apartment is spectacular. Huge, classic, a bit felt like grandma just moved out, but definitely had a style. We loved it. Location is great, only a few minutes walk from the old town. The light in the living room wasn't enough during dark hours. It was cosy, but impossible to read. The kitchen missed some untensils, but we managed it without. The most I didn't like it that the host did not communicate with us at all. We sent her questions, no response. ONLY automated messages, very impersonal, a bit neglect. I had to call the owner/manager (?) if wanted to have answers. This was very bad.

• Melek (5/5): Great location, but the apartment is very dated, dirty oven, overall not appealing - Location Except for the location everything. This was a bad choice for us. We felt very uncomfortable. I love to cook, but we ended up eating outside using the kitchen as little as possible. The oven and baking tray were full of crumbles, the baking tray was dirty - we tried to clean it, but it is too old. Everything seems very dated, not appealing and lacks love. We were disgusted.

• Tita (5/5): Beautiful apartment but the host was unresponsive. - The location of the apartment is great and the apartment itself is beautiful and spacious. The apartment is nicely decorated and secure I didn't like the fact that you enter the building with a code instead of an actual key because it makes getting in and out only possible with a phone. What we disliked the most is the fact that the host was extremly unresponsive, it took a full day to get an answer sometimes - which was not helpful especially in the case of the temperature inside the apartment. It was quite cold even though the host said the heating was set to 22 degrees - we all slept in sweaters and many layers. I also booked the apartment originally for 6 persons and we had to look for bedsheets etc to set the couch bed by ourselves which I expected to be done prior to our arrival since we booked for so many people. Also in the kitchen there are no supplies to clean the dishes.
• Janet (7/5): The apartment is very spacious and in good location however we didn't have hot water during our stay - The water heater wasn't working during our stay, although they did attempt to fix it.
• Petra (8/5): Good location in Verona - The apartment is spacious, cozy, clean, and very well equipped. The keys were in the safe box to which we were given the code. The apartment is not far from the city center. We were satisfied and enjoyed Verona. The bathroom had a problem with warm water in the shower which is uncomfortable. The basin drain needs maintenance (the water ran out very slowly). Self-check-in is mandatory through the Vikey link. This information was not mentioned before reserving the apartment.

• Deirdre (8/5): Fabulous apartment but disappointed about not being able to contact anyone re lack of hot water - Lovely and spacious, chic decor We arrived to go to opera and there was no hot water so we had to have cold showers. I emailed host and booking.com but got no responses so very disappointed with the fact that there was no follow up. We had to figure out boiler ourselves and managed to change settings and get hot water the third day but the second shower was still only warm

• Hyun (5/5): Considering before you choose this BnB - Big-size of Apartment for 4(2 adults, 2 kids). It has 2 bedrooms and a big dining room, plus an isolated kitchen, ans two bath rooms. It has a washer, dishwasher, 3 air-conditioned. 1. Too little electricity power capacity. I turned on the 3 air-conditioning and that was a maximum. This APT will have an outage if you are using a hair dryer or dishwasher. If so, you should go to the basement and turn on the main power outlet. It means you cannot use the dishwasher or hair dryer with cool air. 2. This host is not providing towels for multiple days. You should save your given towels(face 1, bath 1) or do laundry yourself. However, the washer has too dirty soap loader, so I can't use it. I visited a Coin self-laundry shop. 3. This is a severe issue. It has too weak gas boiler. I never had hot water, and even worse only one bathroom could get warm water, so it was a useless two-bath shower booth. 4. Cleaning issue. I didn't notice this to the host because I can manage this problem, but I want to share this with future guests. The small room(2 single beds)'s bathroom has countless small bugs. I repeated them but they came out a few hours later. And the hot pot condition was too bad as pictures I attached.

• Joyce (8/5): Lovely, well equipped, homely and very spacious flat! - Check in and check out process was very easy and straightforward, especially with our late arrival! Showers, there was only barely lukewarm water in both showers and shower pressure was very bad.
• James (4/5): Disappointing and Frustrating Stay - Spacious Weak hot water, one shower room has strong damp and strange smell, rusted utensils, poor communication from the property management company, very old fashion decor
• Alexander (8/5): Good location, large, clean and comfortable beds. - Good location near the centre. Comfortable beds and very clean. The second shower only had cold water if the other shower was being used. Some coffee for the coffee machine would have been nice, or a few tea bags etc. We also struggled to get a response from the host when trying to book a taxi back to the airport at the end of our stay but they did text us eventually.
