• Nataša (4/5): - Imeli smo težave pri prevzemu apartmaja. Namesto načrtovane 14. ure smo v apartma prišli ob 17h, po posredovanju službe za pomoč uporabnikom s strani Bookinga. Razumemo, se zgodi tudi najboljšim. Vendar žal to ni bilo vse. Apartma je bil rezerviran za 3 osebe, pripravljeno zgolj za dve. Tretje ležišče ni bilo pripravljeno. V omari smo našli odejo in vzglavnik, ni pa bilo rjuhe. Na kavču je bila zgolj nepremočljiva rjuha...rabljena. Tudi čistoča apartmaja ni bila sijajna. Ne vem, mogoče se bolj potrudijo za goste, ki ostanejo dlje časa, mi smo imeli namreč zaradi obveznosti načrtovano zgolj eno nočitev.
• Jason (7/5): Mooi groot appartement met keuken en een ruim balkon - Makkelijk parkeren direct naast het complex (met toegangscode voor hefboom). Ruim appartement via de lift bereikbaar, met keuken, balkon en wasmachine. De toegangscode kreeg ik niet door via booking.com, na contact te hebben gehad met de eigenaar via whatsapp kreeg ik de code voor het sleutel kluisje, en een uitgebreide uitleg met gedetailleerde tekening, welk parkeer vak ik mijn auto mocht zetten. Appartementen complex was niet echt schoon, bedden waren keurig opgemaakt, maar er lag her en der stof en verdwaalde haren op de grond. Op de deur zaten hand afdrukken, en bestek was niet schoon. Dit kan prima opgelost worden als men beter schoonmaakt en daar de tijd voor neemt.

• Petra (8/5): ok stay for one night - * the location is great (walking distance to centre, it's on a main street which makes also easy access with a car to anywhere from the apartment) * apartment was on a third floor with balcony facing away from busy street; both made apartment less noisy * apartment has dedicated parking spot (although we had to use another one at the arrival -someone else was parked on apartment's parking spot) * enough towels, kitchen towels too * big bathroom * it's a self check-in so you need a code for lockbox; according to immediate automated massage you receive after booking, you should get a code one day before arrival and a link for registration info few days before; I had to beg for both; code was finally sent only 4 hours before arrival * poor communication (via Booking.com massages), none whatsoever on WhatsApp; after I finally got a code for the lockbox, communication from Jure stopped completely also via Booking.com * already needed some maintenance works - handle from shower barely attached, not usable anymore, one chair is probably broken (didn't feel safe sitting on it); both things something that should be fixed before guests arrival and not after seeing it in the review * used sponge for dishes (who knows what was used for before our arrival)

• Andrea (5/5): Great for 2 people but not for a family stay - Clean and warm apartment, private parking space,big balcony, super clean bathroom,kind owner Jure. -We made a reservation for 3 people and paid for 3 people but only the bed in the bedroom was prepared for us. That's it. One bed 160x200cm for 3 people. -The couch is short and narrow so you can't sleep on it. You just have to open it up. I opened up a couch but there was one dirty and dusty sheet on it. There were no clean sheets to be found anywhere so that was extremely disappointing.. -there's something like a building ventilation system that is pretty loud,especially during the night and you can't turn it off.

Getting into the parking place alone is uncomfortable, because you have to leave the car for tipping in the code of the barrier. The kitchen could have been better equipped.

Kitchen is equipped with multi zone induction heater, oven, water heater and fridge/freezer. Apartment was on the third floor, but an elevator is available. The apartment has a parking space. It was not clear which parking space belonged to the apartment. Cleaning of floor should be improved.

• Krystian (10/5): Modern apartment where we felt at home. - Modern apartment where we felt at home. Close to shops, Lidl, and a shopping center just 10 minutes on foot. Outdoor parking in a numbered spot belonging to the apartment. Even though there was no air conditioning, it was cool in the evening (end of August 2023) and there was no problem falling asleep with the balcony open. Check-in was remote, keys available in a locked lockbox. WiFi worked well. I recommend it and we would happily return someday. There was no dish soap, or I could not find it but that's nitpicking details.

We were there for one night only but it's easy to see how good this would be for a longer stay. Excellent large bathroom with everything you need. Really large balcony is such a good morning coffee place. The expandable bed in the living room is a bit too hard to sleep on.

The accommodation was very nice and comfortable. Among the facilities of the accommodation, the microwave and the broom were missing. It would be easier with children.

• Nada_r (10/5): Exceptional - Apartmemt Harpf is a brand new apt, centrally located, with parking place. It was comfortable for family of 4, very nicely furnished in alpine style. Slovenj Gradec and apartments Harpf are good starting point for visiting Slovenian part of Carinthia. Ski resorts Kope and Austrian Petzen are up to 30 minutes by car and Rogla around 1 hour. During sommer months there are lot of cycling trails in area.
