• MARCELO (9/5): Excelente, moderno e muito bem localizado. - Excelente localização, camas muito confortáveis, isolamento acústico de boa qualidade. Ricardo foi muito solícito, providenciou todas as informações necessárias para uma estadia de qualidade a tempo e modo. O apartamento é realmente excelente, mas tem a limitação de contar com apenas um banheiro. O estacionamento é grátis, o que é ótimo, mas localizado a uma quadra do prédio, o que exige deslocamentos com malas.

This place desperately needs a dining table. Two stools at the counter were not enough. Also, some bars in the bathroom to dry the towels should have been helpful.

The apartment is very well located, making it easy to explore the city, and it has a warm and authentic atmosphere. Everything was exactly as described — clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. The check-in process was smooth and well organized, and communication was clear and helpful. We especially appreciated Ricardo’s flexibility — he kindly allowed us a later check-out and let us use the parking for a few extra hours, which made a real difference for our travel plans. Overall, it feels like a place with character, not just a standard rental, and it made our stay in Córdoba more enjoyable. Thank you, Ricardo, for your hospitality — we would be happy to stay here again.

• Laurence (9/5): Super séjour. - Le logement était impeccable et bien équipé. Il est très bien situé ce qui nous a permis de tout faire à pied. Même si nous n'avons pas rencontré en direct Ricardo, il a toujours été réactif à nos demandes. Je recommande. Du bruit la nuit dans la rue (quand on ouvre les fenêtres).

• Daliborka (10/5): Clean, comfortable, quiet and safe with an extremely kind host. - Concepcion Room is an excellent accommodation that exceeded our expectations: clean, comfortable, quiet, safe, and the greatest value of the accommodation is the extremely kind host Ricardo. He responded to every message or phone call quickly. He sent us a message with the location and video instructions for parking. Although we arrived very late at night, Ricardo personally picked us up outside the underground parking garage, took us to the parking space and helped us with our luggage. The car park is only a few minutes' walk from the apartment. The apartment is centrally located in Cordoba, in the pedestrian zone. Ricardo accompanied us to the apartment and showed and explained everything we needed for a safe and comfortable stay. It was good that there was air conditioning in each room, comfortable beds, enough towels and toiletries, soundproof windows and two keys to enter the apartment. Córdoba is a beautiful city and the quality accommodation and kind host contributed to a great stay. Thank you Ricardo!

Ricardo (the host) was very welcoming and just a message away if we needed something. The bedrooms were comfortable and the location was great in terms of being able to walk everywhere during the stay. The sound from the street was a little noisy during the night, so not great if you are a light sleeper, however still worth it for the central location.
