• Natalja (10/5): - Очень светлая и чистая квартира. Очень понравилось, если нужно будет вернусь опять. Удобное место нахождение.
• Yury (5/5): Некомфортное комфортное. - Месторасположение - это главное. Тихо, рядом с автовокзалом и центральным рынком. Но мы ездили на такси, так что для нас не имело значения - где именно жить. Апартаменты достаточно свежие и в принципе неплохие. Удобство заселения и незамызганный интерьер в здании и апартаментах. Самый главный момент: вопрос о подходящем месте для романтических встреч отпадает сам собой, если знать, что в апартаментах нет никаких штор! Вечером вы, как на ладони со стороны дальней пешеходной зоны и домов напротив. Нет никакой обеденной зоны: хотите поесть - вам на диван, придвинув хлипкие журнальные столики. В душевой нет никаких крючков для полотенец... Вешалки для одежды в помощь... Не работает подсветка под кухонными шкафами в зоне готовки и нет посудомойки. Диван в гостиной зоне очень некомфортный и долго на нём не просидишь. Телевизор без телевидения, но с Netflix. Установить на телевизор что-то своё не получится - блокировка. В апартаментах было холодно: окна большие и от них в ветренную минусовую погоду очень веет холодом. Плюс был только один и в том, что хозяйка быстро отреагировала и к утру (!) апартаменты прогрелись. Везде достаточно неплохо убрано, но за стиральной машиной (посудомойки нет, но стиралка есть?) не убирались от слова "никогда"... Апарты неплохие, но не сильно комфортабельные. Паре молодых и подвыпивших, без особых моральных принципов, может и подойдёт.

• Oleksandr (8/5): Нормальная квартира для двоих. - Хоршая квартира для двоих. Отличная и просторная ванная. Духовка очень удобная, понятно как пользоваться без инструкции. В квартире было тепло и спокойно. Хозяева всегда на связи. Хотелось-бы чтобы было немного чище. Много выключателей в разных комнатах, немного сложно разобраться. Несколько лампочек не работает. Неудобства с парковкой.

• Virge (9/5): Mõnus väike korter üllatas oma hubasuse, puhtuse, kompaktsuse ja väga hea asukohaga. - Asukoht on väga hea, lihtne oli pääseda ühistranspordile või siis jalgsi kulgeda. Keskturg ja kaubanduskeskused väga lähedal, vanalinna vaid 15 min jalutust. Mõned väikesed nüansid olid, aga selle tagasiside ja ettepanekud jätsin kirjalikult köögi kapile. :)

• Maksim (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was perfect, very clean, ideal location: 7 minutes with taxi from Airport, 5-7 minutes walking from the bus station. The building and the flat are new and made with soul, very bright and has everything we needed, even kitchen amenities with tea/coffee, variety of bath shampoos and gels, even bathrobe. Amazing stay. All instructions were easy and clear.

• Chiao (1/5): Freezing Nightmare: No Heating and Unresponsive Host in Snowy Tallinn - Only ~€50 This stay was a complete disaster. It was snowing in Tallinn. Shockingly, the apartment had no heating. The listing on the website states there is heating, and there were wall controls that looked like they were for heat, but there was none during our stay. In a country built for cold winters, that’s just unacceptable for a rental. I can’t believe the host is living without a heater themselves, yet we were left freezing. I messaged the host on WhatsApp, saying my mom was really cold and asking how to turn on the heat. They read it but didn’t reply. Booking.com’s customer service couldn’t even get through to them. We were left shivering with no help. Late the next morning, the host finally responded—simply saying, “We don't have heater” and asking if we had put the keys back in the original place. No apology, no explanation—just complete indifference, even with snow still falling outside. All they worried about was the keys, not their guests. The heartlessness and lack of empathy are honestly shocking. They offered a parking space, but useless — you had to call the host to open the gate every time (They didn't give the remote), and the host clearly stated that she would not come to open the gate for us, so good luck with that, you are not assumed to drive in and out the garage. This was a freezing, frustrating stay. The lack of heat (despite the listing on the website stating there is heating, it's obviously false advertising!!!) and the host’s total indifference made us feel completely unwelcome.

• Yulia (10/5): I’d definitely stay there again! - Wonderful apartment. Very spacious, a lot of light, comfy and just nice. Good location. Loved my stay! The main entrance code didn’t work, had to call the property and struggled to find another entrance.

As previous a small kitchen table and chairs would fit perfectly in to the interior.The microwave oven could be also practical. Orientation signes from parking to the apartment could be helpful.

• Kseniia (10/5): Beautiful and modern - Modern, clean apartment close to the central bus station (8 min by foot) and airport (short taxi ride). Everything was comfortable and newly renovated. We loved the apartment and would gladly stay here again.
• Michał (10/5): very enjoyable - First of all, the contact with the owner was quick and effective. Additionally, Olga accommodated our request to arrive somewhat early which helped us a lot. The flat is very well designed and equipped. We were pleasantly surprised that it was also stocked with various basics of all sorts (such as coffee, tea, apples, box of chocolates, as well as cosmetics and household chemicals). All of this combined made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. Definitely recommended. no such thing, all was perfect

• Hanno5000 (9/5): Superb - Modern and spacious apartment, there is almost everything you need and a free parking place is also a big plus for me. Nice surprise was to find two bottles of quality water and a box of chocolates from the fridge! There could be a few chairs and a table, plus some coffee, tea, sugar etc... The aircon didn't work, fortunately it wasn't very hot and it was possible to open windows also.

• Anton (10/5): Exceptional - Quiet neighborhood. Very peaceful place and still conveniently located near the grocery. Also, it's a few minutes bolt taxi ride to the 24hr grocery. Complete with washing machine and other essentials. It even has bidet spray! 100% will stay here again. I'd prefer if there is a small dining table near sofa. Also, it's best if there are instructions with images entering the building during checkin, and the trash disposal instructions to be informed during the stay.

The host (Olga) was very nice and kind, and gave information about everything important to know, how to arrive and helped if needed

• Riina (10/5): Highly recommend! - I am very happy with this accommodation. The hosts were really good at communication. The place is new and impeccably clean. Photos of the apartment are accurate and up-to-date. Everything you need for either a short or a long stay is provided. Wifi is excellent. The surrounding area is beautiful, walkable and safe. A small kitchen table with a couple of chairs would be a cherry on top of the cake; but no big deal, the place is brand new and the finishing touches were probably still ongoing. Knowing what a great and attentive host Olga is, these will probably magically appear very soon :)
