• Karen (4/5): Una noche es suficiente - Queda cerca al aeropuerto y a un Mall, así que para una noche estaría bien pero no para más días. El personal fue amable, nos ayudó y así no limpiarán la habitación nos daban agua. El desayuno que ofrecen en realidad no vale la pena, es todos los días lo mismo y no sabe bien el chicken porridge, solo un día habían frutas y el resto de días las quitaron. La habitación tiene muchas hormigas y parece que no le tienen un control a eso. La ducha estaba rota y el baño era muy pequeño. Otra cosa es que hace muchísimo ruido en la noche porque queda al frente de la autopista, así que la verdad no volvería a hospedarme allí por más de una noche.

• Sven (1/5): Gesundheitsschädliches Hotel mit Bettwanzen und schlechten Service - Es wäre gut wenn die Hygiene nicht unterirdisch wäre Wir sind nicht pingelig aber dieses Hotel ist wiederlich und hat selbst meine Thai Frau geekelt. Bettwanzen ohne Ende im Bett am Kopfkissen in der Decke im ganzen Raum überall einfach nur krank dort drinnen zu schlafen. 25 Bettwanzen in 15 Minuten Reinigung zu 2. Unfreundliches Personal wir haben beim Check out nichtmal ein Entschuldigung gesagt bekommen nur ein okay. Das Frühstück hat nichts mit einem Frühstück zu tun und ist 100% nur zum anlocken. Toast, Marmelade und mehr gab es nicht

Ciężko byłoby spakować się i znaleźć nocleg o 21 w nocy. Bardzo głośno + wentylacja plus niedomykające się okna przy drodze szybkiego ruchu bardzo przeszkadzały Śniadania - porażka tosty z dżemem 100% cukru, kasza z kurczakiem dzien w dzien.

• Rio (7/5): Hotel muy limpio y cerca del aeropuerto - La habitación limpísima y bonita, el baño funcional y muy limpio. Si buscáis hotel al lado del aeropuerto está muy bien ubicado. A 10 min caminando. El personal de recepción no es simpático. El ruido que entraba en la habitación. Autopista al lado y las ventanas no tienen cierre hermético. Si buscáis hotel cerca del centro no está bien ubicado a unos 7 Km. El personal de limpieza es simpático

• Ameerah (7/5): - The staff were accomodative. We had problems with aircond, and he came to settle it right away. We also messaged the property for hairdryers - the hairdryers were ready at the counter when we came to pick them up. The location is next to a highway, so it can get a little noisy during busy hours. The toilet door is on wheels, which makes it quite loud when opening and closing. It would also be great if a peephole could be added to the door for safety. We chose this accommodation because it offers lift access. However, to reach the lift, there’s still a flight of stairs to climb, which can be a bit inconvenient, especially when carrying luggage or for guests who are pregnant. Providing slippers would also be a nice touch, as the tile floors can feel quite cold. Additionally, it would be better if the toilet windows were blackened or frosted for privacy, as it’s currently possible to see straight into the neighboring building’s windows.

Clean room and comfortable stay in the hotel, they also have a basic breakfast in the morning 6-10am. Parking onsite available for free. Daily service offered for the room , they refill everything. We were just missing a hairdryer from the room ..

• Sunny (7/5): Easy walk to airport - 20 mins walk to the airport. Free breakfast was just toast but enough for me. Friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Free coffee and water in the room. Very loud all night as it's on the main road.

• Sina (5/5): Reasonable cost. Just - We stayed in Duangdren Place for one night. The hotel is close to the Airport and located by the highway which makes the room noisy. It is less than half an hour walk from the old town. The room is not soundproof and the street noise enter the room easily. The lift is situated between two floors there you have to carry the baggage some steps up or down. The room decoration is dark and not my favorite.

Shower wasn’t very powerful but did the job. When coming into the room it always smelt which I think was coming from the drains/bathroom but this didn’t persist.

• Martin (10/5): Excellent stay worth spending our budget - The place is very close to the airport (approx. 1.5km, it takes no more than 20min by walk). It is possible to drag your luggage there, however, mind not very convenient walkways on roadsides. The staff is great, they can agree on everything reasonable. It is also great to take a Grab (Uber taxi) for around 120 THB one way. There is a shopping mall within walking distance, you can buy your groceries. Rooms are equipped with comfy beds, showers are great, and you almost don't need AC due to the fresh Chiang Mai air. There is a breakfast included in the price. Feel free to park your car in the yard or front of the gate (safe). You can walk downtown in about 30 minutes, however, there's much more to see if you get out of the city (national parks, mountains). Chiang Mai is pretty busy everywhere, so you need to get used to the fact it is overcrowded wherever you move in the city. There is a freeway to the airport passing close by the place, however, we were not disturbed by the traffic noise so much. On the other hand, it was not a big issue for us because we rented a car and mostly did sightseeing in other places.

The area around the property is not particularly nice, however, there are some restaurants and massage salons only a short walk away. The room was big and comfortable. Breakfast is served from 6 am, there's a choice of toast and rice. Water and coffee are provided in the room. I stayed only one night and it was perfect for my purpose. Note: if you order a Grab, please note that their app locates this property some 7 km. down the (very long...) road called Mahidol Road, and not at the correct location! (I had to order a second taxi for the remaining 7 km...) If you select 'Duang Duean Place' they'll take you to the right location.

• Emma (10/5): Gorgeous room and helpful staff! - This place is incredible for the money! The bedroom was lovely! The bed was super comfortable. Having a desk was great - we really loved the room - it felt cozy with night lights and the air con worked very well! the reception staff were super helpful giving us forms for our visa extension and also photocopying things for us. There is also parking and it’s super close to the immigration office and restaurants! The only thing I’d mention is there was no butter for the toast and no milk for the coffee. Two small things but for the price we paid we’re certainly not complaining.

• Xie (8/5): Very good - The bedsheets are so soft. The bed is huge. Yhe pillows are plush. The showers work perfectly as does the air-conditioning. We refused to leave the room all day because it was so comfortable. Location is very near airport so perfect when you have an early flight out. They only allowed 2 people to a room. We had a spare mattress and the room definitely was big enough for that mattress on the floor. We were willing to pay a small fee for the 3rd person but the hotel insisted on us booking another room for that person. There was also a colony of ants in the toilet.

Sockets everywhere so it is convenient for charging mobile devices. Breakfast is simple but is necessary for an early flight for me. Really worth for staying. It is quite hot even though the air-con is on full operation.

I arrived really early on the day of my check in but they had my room ready for me at 12 and let me sit in the cafe upstairs for 3 hours. The rooms are spacious with their own little balconies and everything was really clean. It was a really comfortable stay in a central location. The breakfast wasn't too great but for the price of the rooms this place is a gem.
