• Ben (7/5): Pretty decent place to stay - Breakfast was great. A wide range to choose from. The walls were a bit thin and I could here the neighbouring room arguing in the middle of the night.

• Abdullah (5/5): Passable - The room was extremely dirty. The bed and bedsheets hadn’t been changed for nearly a month. The door lock was broken, so I couldn’t secure the room. There were no towels or drinking water provided. The toilet was filthy, and the smell from the pillow was unbearable. Overall, it was a terrible experience. I would not recommend this place at all — it’s not worth even $10.

• Saad (6/5): It is good in general, but needs for some maintenance. - Some furniture were new, for example, wardrobe, tables and beds. The staff were nice. The atmosphere of the restaurant was good. Somewhat old, you can obviously notice the cracks in the walls, water taps were broken and there were a dangerous electricity socket broken near the sink.

• John (9/5): Superb - Night View is a good hotel and good value, It's a bit of a hike (about 3.5 km. from the centre) which isn't really a problem because taxis are cheap. I walk everywhere and it wasn't a problem for me. The owner is a friendly, helpful bloke. If the distance out of town dosen't bother you this is a good place to stay in Erbil Nothing

• Aana (9/5): It was a good experience, good price, respectful and very social and warm staff. - The staff were very friendly. They were always available and responsive. It was accessible everywhere and there was everything around the hotel, even to buy a SIM card and change money. My room was a bit cold...the curtains didn't fit the window because I went during a busy time and I made a reservation right when I arrived and they didn't have a room available otherwise they would have changed it for me because they are very respectful...I'm a bit cold, everything else was good.
• Coljm7 (3/5): Poor - Location. Room had not been cleaned, bin still had previous occupants rubbish in it. Heating set at 28 and eould not turn off, took 2 staff 10 minutes to sort that. Bedding was manky. Beds full of hairs and stains. Asked for clean bedding and towels for 3 people. Received 2 wet towels and 2 bed sheets that were not much better. Was late by then and could not be arsed to argue. Luckily in.my van I had our own towels and bedding and used that. No hot water, so just showered with cold. Been in Kurdistan and Iraq for nearly 3 months and this mankiest place we have stayed. It be bit better to accept but is not cheap either.

The staff did provide the items next day after our request. The sheets were stained. And the shower handle was broken but also was fixed after request. Overall no propirat preparations.

We booked through booking but as we got there they said the rooms are unavailable even though they confirmed it on booking by text massage as well! And they told me they don’t take credit cards i have to pay cash. I paid cash and the rooms were dirty and the shower was not working

I recommend you to experience staying at this hotel. Of course, I had booked at a cheap price. It was a bit far from the city center, but it was 5 minutes by car
