The beds were very comfortable, the property included many little extras that made our stay that much more comfortable and luxurious, good quality linens, toilet rolls, kitchen furnished to a high quality with everything needed to feed a large family.
I particularly liked the addition of a novel in the bedside table.
Great location with lovely views of the river and the swans swimming along and within easy walking distance of the city centre and DeMontford Uni campus which was important to us.
Excellent value for money ..a hotel stay for 6 of us would have been much more expensive and with the additional costs of drinks and food daily which we saved by cooking at the property, it also gave us a lovely family space to meet up and relax whilst we were there.
We will certainly book again when staying in Leicester and highly recommend to any families looking for somewhere to stay.

The location was Absolutely stunning
I would recommend to anyone for this property with positive way The only thing I want to point out was the lack of parking space
The property has two parking spaces but if we require more space then there will be a visitor parking available near the property but it’s not clearly marked on the space and it could be make confuse and get tickets
- Julian (5/5): Central location however the property is on an unfinished building site development - A central location in Leicester, easy to access shops and the city centre. When we arrived the property had not been cleaned from the previous occupiers. Also, the door code that we had been given did not work. After much chasing up, WhatsApp messages, etc we eventually gained access to the property. It had not been cleaned and the management company had to send out a team of cleaners to get everything sorted, while we disappeared for a while. In fairness, to the company, they did offer to pay for dinner for us all that evening to apologize for the inconvenience.
- Cindy (9/5): Overall it's a good stay. Tom responds fast. The house is comfortable, has everything you need. - The location is great. Close to city centre. And there is a nice park and river nearby. You can see the swans every day. The house is clean and comfortable. Construction works opposite to our house so there are some noises every day.

The property had all the facilities we could ask for and the host Tom was extremely helpful and welcoming. The parking spaces were not explained properly and we received a ticket.
