• Rahma (8/5): It was I very good experience during our stay in the accommodation - The room was very nice and clean. The staff was very friendly Mahmood and communicated well. Location was good with all shops are available. The location quite noisy near the main road The lift was not working and we are in floor number 11 and we have to use the stairs. The communication with the staff about this problem was good they tried to fix the elevator soon.

• Naser (9/5): - The place is clean and same as in the photos. The staff are very nice cooperative and helpful. Mahmoud and Ahemed were very nice and helpful. It is on the 11th floor, but the levators are working. The entrance of the building gave us a bad impression when we arrived, but the 11th floor was nicely decorated the apartment as well.

• Ibrahim (9/5): Happy to stay there - The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Cleanliness was excellent: the bedsheets, surfaces, and kitchenware were spotless. Comfortable bed High quality fridge, washing machine and air conditioning unit. Location: It really depends on your plans. For visiting Old Cairo, I could not find a better value option, especially given how seriously noise should be considered in that area. Although this street was still somewhat noisy, it was noticeably quieter than many central locations. The room had double-glazed windows that helped reduce outside noise, and in a second room, there were even electric window shutters, which was a nice added touch. Reaching City Center by taxi from there usually took around 25 to 45 minutes, which was not always very convenient due to traffic. However, the GL3 Green Line metro was about a 10 min walk away, so it is worth checking whether its route suits your needs. There is also a grocery store directly across the street. Important note: If you are sensitive to smells, it is worth messaging the property before arrival to ask them not to use strong cleaning products or air fresheners. It is also a good idea to confirm that you will be placed in a non-smoking room if that is what you want. - The rooms use traditional keys rather than key cards. - It would be helpful if the host has a front desk or an office in the building. - It would be even better if the bedsheets were of slightly higher quality cotton, though the ones used are not cheap. - The shower may need a slightly stronger water heater for winter use, as hot water is more consistent at lower water pressure. - Limited dining options around that location.

• TARIQ (10/5): Perfect stay for those who want to experience authentic Old Cairo while enjoying comfort - I had a very comfortable stay at Homztality Elbatal Mohandeseen. The staff were very respectful, flexible, and helpful. The studio was well equipped, and the appliances and furniture felt modern and high quality. The location is excellent. It is on a commercial street with many restaurants, services, and ATMs just a few steps away. I stayed in a studio with a balcony on the 11th floor, which made the street noise much quieter than expected. The building also has a security guard, which adds an extra feeling of safety. The price is very reasonable for the comfort and quality provided. I would recommend it especially for travelers who prefer staying in authentic Cairo neighborhoods while still enjoying a clean and comfortable place. It is also convenient for anyone who needs to visit nearby administrative offices or government institutions. Nothing significant during my stay.

• Georgios (7/5): Ok for a short stay, nothing super exciting - It was a value for money option, nothing exciting but for its price its value for money. Kind staff . First of all there is no sign of the property in the building so you have no idea where you have to go. Then there are some things that really do not make sense for instance on all windows the plastic covers were still on them even, some of them ripped of . The windows provided no soundproofing from the super noisy avenue that’s in front of the apartment making difficult to sleep. There is no storage area to leave your luggage after checking out and you have to leave them on a corridor where anyone can have access ( there are some cameras on the corridor but still not super safe). I think it’s a good effort from the owners but with some small changes can get to a much better level.

• Nino (10/5): - Staff is very good and they are there 24/7. Location is very comfortable, near the nile, Zamalek and all the center activities. You have everything you need, even washing machine😍 The room with the balcony was much better, unfortunately, it was already booked. Also, I’m not sure why, but before I arrived at the location, the hotel price was different. After my arrival, total price became around $30 more expensive. It’s a very good hotel, but slightly overpriced.
