- Alexandr (5/5): - Близко к посольству Тайланда!
Большая комната! Большой холодильник! На завтрак варёные яйца и тосты. Кофе, чай.

- Keller (5/5): Passable - Close to Thai Embassy No wifi, bad airco, basically no breakfast.
- Hay (7/5): Nice place for a short stay! - Best Location, spacious and very tidy room and bed. Many restaurants within 5 mins walk - Korean, Italian, indian, and Thai. Very simple breakfast - only bread and boiled eggs for all three days I stayed. The staff are friendly and nice. Would have been great if they were helpful with luggage. No lift, just stairs but it's only a three-story building.
- Dez (10/5): Exceptional -

- Keruzore (8/5): Very good - Good price, clean, the staff is cool! We can easily ear the people from the corridor.
- Agatheeswaran (8/5): Very good - Staff behaving. Receiption
- Masha (3/5): Poor - We got to the hotel after a 12-hour trip, totally exhausted, and guess what? They told us there were no rooms available and suggested we pick another hotel. Seriously?! After some back and forth, they finally asked us to wait while they cleaned a room that had just been vacated. Not the best first impression.
When we finally got our room, it was not what we booked. No windows, cheaper than the room we paid for, but we were still charged the same price—no discount offered. Feels like a scam, tbh. 😤
Oh, and about the “included breakfast”? Total lie. There were supposed to be breakfasts, but there was nothing. Not even an explanation or apology. Just nothing. Honestly, why even advertise it? 😑 The cherry on top? Despite signs everywhere asking for silence, there was constant noise from people walking between rooms on our floor. Turns out, these weren’t even guests but the hotel owners living in those rooms. Super unprofessional. And don’t get me started on the workers who were laughing and shouting right outside our door early in the morning. Sleep? What’s that? 💤
Oh, and the Wi-Fi? Absolutely terrible. I couldn’t even connect to Google Meet for work calls. I had to walk to a nearby café just to get a decent internet connection. It was impossible to get anything done, which was beyond frustrating. 😡
We decided to check out early and asked if we’d get a refund. They said yes but warned us they’d deduct $5 per night as a Booking.com fee. Okay, fine, annoying but whatever. Later, they told us, “Good news! We won’t deduct the fee after talking to the manager.” Great, right? Wrong. When we checked out, they still took $10 off. 🤦♀️ So we paid for a crappy room at the price of an upgraded one and then got charged more on top of it.
Oh, and we left our headphones behind by accident. When we contacted the admin about it, they claimed they didn’t find them. Stolen? Lost? Who knows. Only God can judge. 🙄 But yeah, this is officially my first bad review online, and they 100% deserve it. Avoid this place at all costs. Total disaster. 👎
- Sandar (7/5): Good -
- Napat (4/5): Disappointing - Staff is helpful. Friendly. Too much noise, in the room can hear every noise, next room have argument all night. No one come to tell them. Should be nice if every room keep they noise. And expect other people. I cannot sleep for many night.
- Kou (10/5): Great for a short stay - The room i stayed in was spacious with a beautiful view. Great facility overall with many places to eat nearby. Breakfast included only eggs and bread.
- Antwan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Nur (9/5): Superb -
- Sakata (10/5): Exceptional - The breakfast bread is nice.tasty. Shower and large refrigerator in there.

- Daniel (1/5): Not the best experience due to missing amenities, noise, and poor customer service. - The hotel has some positive aspects, such as clean rooms with modern furnishings and comfortable beds. The staff members I interacted with were friendly, and fresh water was provided daily. Unfortunately, there were several issues that impacted my stay. The breakfast was very basic and not up to expectations. My room, which was supposed to have a window and a desk, was missing both. When I raised this with the owner, his response was dismissive and unhelpful. Additionally, there was a persistent, unpleasant smell from the bathroom plumbing each night, and the hotel was quite noisy—street sounds and noise from other rooms were clearly audible, even from the back of the building. Lastly, the hotel has a strong smell of stale smoke, as it is a smoking property.
- Daniel (1/5): Disappointing stay due to poor room conditions, lack of service, and noise. - A few of the staff members were very friendly, and the rooms were clean with comfortable beds. The modern furnishings were a nice touch, and fresh water was provided daily. The breakfast was disappointing, and the room did not have a window despite paying for one. It also lacked a desk, which I had specifically booked. When I raised this with the owner, instead of offering any compensation, he was dismissive and suggested I leave. Additionally, there was a strong, unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom plumbing each night, and the noise levels were high—cars from the street and loud TVs from other rooms could be heard even at the back of the hotel. The hotel is also a smoking property, so there was a lingering stale smoke smell throughout.

- Lovely (7/5): It was fantastic! I enjoyed my stay. The FO was very kind and accommodating. Thank you! 🙏 - The place was beautiful. The ambience itself is soothing. Wifi is free, there's breakfast included, and there's TV as well, although I didn't quite enjoy it since it's not working on my end, but maybe i should've asked the FO for assistance. The towels smell like smoke. Again, i didn't ask for replacement.
- Han (7/5): Rooms are good and clean. -
- Ye (3/5): If they reduce half the price, I can accept the points that they lack in the hotel. - Room is big and nice Stuff do not speak English, no lift, Breakfast was pretty bad to me, No Wi-Fi for 3 days and stuff don't have answer, Keycard is broker so you need to go down and ask the staff every time u go out for fresh air. pretty much annoying. No security. No sound proof. No fan to clean the air in the toilet.
- M (5/5): Good comfortable room with great shower and facilities. But no clothes washing facilities. - Helpful staff. Good prices. Though there are No smoking signs in chinese and English, some chinese guy was smoking a lot and made my room stink of cigarettes. Apparently some of the guests don't respect the rules and the staff do not enforce them. After the man left my room started to smell better.
- Joseph (3/5): Poor - It was clean All TV Channels were in Chinese, breakfast was a sad joke and my room key card didn't work so they gave me a key and that only worked once after that I needed to be let in my room by the front desk. No helpful information sheets like nearest convenience store, fruit store anything helpful for the visitor. No
- Meryl (10/5): The amenities are good and everything you need for a solo traveler. - The smoking area is even air conditioned including the hallway that its allowed to smoke but the rooms says no smoking..The smell of thé cigarettes gets in my room most of the time and had to cover it with a piece of wet towel..A bit noise since you are a bit in the city center and along the highway…
- Gundo (7/5): Good - The smell of smoke. They allow smoking inside the hotel. They even have ash trays in The hall way and reception area.
- Vicky (5/5): Convenient for a visa run but that’s it - Comfortable bed. Few minutes walk from Thai embassy so handy for a visa run. No soundproofing so very noisy through the night. Stairwells and common areas did not feel very safe.
Breakfast was a slice of dry toast and a hard boiled egg in a dirty dining room.
- Sami (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kimberly (6/5): Pleasant -
- Hla (6/5): Pleasant -
- Petra (7/5): Good value overall for short stay - It was clean and had everything you would need. Comfortable bed. Location was fine with a few nice cafes around.
Good value and good for one night. If staying for longer would prefer a view from the window. It didn’t look like some of the rooms had an outside window at all, might be wrong.
The breakfast was rice and a meat dish, with white bread and no spread. It wasn’t suitable for vegetarian or vegan people.
- Tin (4/5): Disappointing. I won't bother attaching images because I'm already drained by negative energy from the bad revie - I picked this hotel because it's very convenient to go to Royal Thai embassy. And the modern minimalist design looks really clean & nice. 1. Firstly, none of the staff speak English at all, not even basic English.
2. Secondly, when I inquired about a shuttle service to pick me up from the terminal, they confirmed its availability. However, upon my arrival, they were unreachable via both text and call. After waiting for a significant amount of time, I had to resort to taking a taxi. Despite informing them through a message that I was on my way and they needn't come, I received no response. As I was nearly at the hotel, they suddenly indicated they were coming. I instructed them not to come as I was close to reaching the hotel. They apologized and offered to transport me back upon checkout, to which I agreed.
3. The breakfast options were truly sad. One tray of unappetizing fried rice and another tray with sad white bread every morning. The only accompanying sides were boiled eggs, mayo, and condensed milk for the bread. I would have preferred no breakfast at all rather than such lackluster options. Additionally, the coffee machine was consistently broken, requiring a staff member's assistance each time to resolve the issue manually. The operational efficiency was lacking, with only 3-4 staff members managing everything. There was only one girl responsible for room cleaning, resulting in disorganized schedules.
4. On the final night of my stay (night 8), the bathroom sink broke and detached from the frame. After notifying the staff, they arrived to repair it by gluing it back in place and left it to dry for hours. The strong glue smell lingered for an extended period, causing discomfort. No apologies or explanations were offered for the inconvenience.
5. Two days prior to my checkout date, I reminded them to arrange a shuttle for me at specific times as they offered before, which they acknowledged. Despite reminding them again the night before my departure, upon checking out, I was informed there was no shuttle service available.

- Roman (7/5): A good option if your goal is to visit the Thai Embassy only - Excellent location, really in the center of the city. big room with comfortable bed and a big screen. Thai embassy is in just 2 minutes, and a lot of malls, shops and cafes are available in the area. Small breakfast included. Acceptable price the staff is always trying to profit from you: they give you an unfavorable exchange rate, don’t return the security deposit in the same currency you paid, give less change.
after the first cleaning they took the bathrobes from the room and didn’t return
very poor sound insulation, every night neighbors and some staff make noise, shout, laugh
- Robert (10/5): Good place to rest. - The mattress was incredible. The furniture was new, IKEA style. The rooms were very clean. The lighting in the room was great with many variations. The paintings hanging throughout the hotel were very pleasant to look at. The front desk is managed 24/7.
Besides the hotel restaurant, there are many Korean restaurants nearby. I can't think of anything, much.
The staff go out of their way to help. If language is ever a barrier, use a translation app. Have patience, and your problems will be solved.
- Norman (7/5): Good - Great location, very good room, very clean. Breakfast, electrical problems in the bathroom with the shower.
- Natasha (7/5): Good -
- Daniel (8/5): Very good -
- Harrison (5/5): Passable -
- Lynda (6/5): I will book again when I have to go again - It's a family run place that maid you feel welcome everybody was kind and courteous 3 flights of stairs with not lift
- Romulo (7/5): Good - Room is big but no window. The toilet floor is flooded, shower drainage design is very poor. Shower and toilet has no partition.
- Jamie (9/5): Nice place with great staff. They all seem to speak Thai. English is not spoken very well. - Nice large room with good shower. Loud at front of hotel
- G (7/5): Good - Comfortable room with all the amenities you need, and close to the embassy if you are visiting for visa purposes.
Modern and clean room and water/coffee provided.
Checked in early at 12:00 no problem and was able to extend my stay another night there and then. Also extended checkout to 13:00 with no problems or additional costs. There is no breakfast included here even though booking.com mention so.
Payment given to me in dollar which I didn’t like as this is not my local currency and confused things further. If paying in LAK I would confirm how much during check in for clarity.
- Michelle (5/5): Our stay was Pleasant - We liked the location and the property is nice and clean. The staff are friendly and willing to assist where needed, it's just difficult to communicate because of the language barrier. The owner is GREAT! The room we stayed in had all the amenities we needed like a hairdryer, guest supplies, coffee, stocked mini bar and bathrobes and slippers. The breakfast could have been better and the Menu should have some Western options available.
They could also offer some umbrellas to their customers on rainy days of which we had a lot of during our stay there.
- Jhenica (9/5): Superb -
