• Zuriñe (1/5): NO LLEGA AL MINIMO BASICO DE HIGIENE Y NECESIDADES - Unicamente la ubicacion. El apartamento no estaba en condiciones adecuadas desde nuestra llegada: limpieza deficiente, paredes sucias, ropa de cama y suelo sin limpiar correctamente, olor desagradable en el baño, problemas graves con el agua caliente por un calentador insuficiente, filtraciones constantes en la ducha, fallos en el inodoro, ruido continuo de la nevera que impedía el descanso y falta de aislamiento de luz en la habitación. El alojamiento no se corresponde con lo anunciado ni cumple los estándares mínimos.

• Giulia (9/5): - Ho alloggiato per 4 notti con il mio fidanzato in questa camera, molto accogliente e identica alla foto mostrate. La stanza era pulita e dotata di tutti i comfort possibili (caffè, tisane, cioccolata nel frigo, ciappetti per stendere, detersivi, saponi, shampoo e bagnoschiuma, crema solare, assorbenti, rasoi, phon e altro). Il proprietario Jorge è stato gentilissimo, mi ha contattata prima della partenza per spiegarmi tutto ed è stato disponibile durante tutto il soggiorno rispondendomi dopo pochi minuti. Anche quando all’inizio abbiamo avuto un problema nell’aprire la porta è arrivato prontamente dopo 15 minuti, portando anche acqua per accoglierci. La posizione molto buona, a due passi dal centro di Porto de la Cruz e a 10 minuti da un parcheggio molto grande con posti sempre disponibili. Consiglierei la struttura. Se proprio devo dire un lato negativo, mi è capitato di svegliarmi di notte sentendo gli spazzini vuotare la spazzatura vicino alla struttura e in generale l’insonorizzazione non era un granché, ma nulla che due tappi per le orecchie non potessero risolvere.

• Sara (10/5): Struttura dotata di ogni comfort - La struttura oltre ad essere molto pulita e comoda come posizione era estremamente confortevole in quanto dotata di tutti gli accessori necessari per rendere il più comodo possibile il soggiorno. Jorge è stato super disponibile per messaggio fin dalla prenotazione. Il check in si fa in autonomia tramite un app che può risultare un po’ meccanica per chi non è pratico, però una volta dentro si può accedere tranquillamente con le chiavi

• Olena (10/5): - The room was very clean, had everything we needed in the bathroom and kitchen. Comfortable bed. There is a washing machine. There is an elevator to the 3rd floor. The owner of the room was a very nice and polite young man. The house is located at an intersection and it is very noisy in the morning. There are also garbage cans on the same corner, which makes it hard to sleep in the morning because they take away the garbage. There are also several cafes nearby and there is also noise from them. To get inside the room, you have to do a lot of things. Only the owner helped us, we waited for him at the entrance for about half an hour.

It had everything we needed and was in a very good and central location. Also the communication with the owner was very fast and forthcoming whenever we had a question.
