Una mensola in più in bagno per poter appoggiare i beauty, e c’era solo un asciugamano a testa grande sarebbero stati meglio 2.

• Karolina (9/5): - Čistě, estetické, blízko Hlavního nádraží asi 20 min Je tam všechno slyšet, byli jsme ubytováni vedle venkovního posezení, kde byli jiní hosté, slyšeli jsme každé slovo jejich rozhovoru. A asi v 1 rano přišli jiní hosté a chodili po pokoji nad námi, byl slyšet každý krok. Moc jsme se kvuli tomu nevyspali.

От вокзала -10 мин, что тоже очень упростит вам жизнь, если планируете путешествовать еще поездом. Парковок в округе нет. Парковаться лучше на платной парковке (мин 15 пешком), стоит 20 € в сутки. В душе был отломан регулятор крана, но уверенна , что это легко исправить.

• Perez iruela (10/5): Recomendado 100x100 - Muy buena ubicacion tanto para llegar del aeropuerto con el tranvia que esta justo al lado como para ir a visitar el casco antiguo que esta a 20 minutos caminando, la habitacion muy limpia, te indica muy bien como tienes que hacer el.check-in y te contestan muy rapido a cualquier duda que tengas,me gusto mucho la indepencia que tienes para entrar y salir, sin duda ninguna volveria alojarme en el mismo sitio.

• Patricia (8/5): Very satisfied once I was able to get in. - The property was attractive, well-appointed, comfortable and clean. It was very difficult to get into the property after 9pm. This is not a regular hotel with a sign outside identifying it or a receptionist on site 24/7. It is behind a very large, locked gate with no bell to ring or anything. Consequently, I was not able to get into the property as I arrived at around 10 pm and, because I had no cell phone coverage, I was unable to contact anyone to let me in. I had to go to a nearby restaurant to ask someone to help me call the hotel number so that I could ask for someone to come let me in. This is a very nice place but one must be sure that they can communicate with the property ahead of time to arrange to be let in.

• Pela (5/5): - Το δωμάτιο ήταν ευρύχωρο και καθαρό, στις 3 μέρες που μείναμε αλλάχτηκαν οι πετσέτες και καθαρίστηκε το δωμάτιο. Η απόσταση από το κέντρο ήταν πολύ βολική περίπου 15-20 με τα πόδια. Η επικοινωνία με τον ιδιοκτήτη ήταν άριστη. Το συγκεκριμένο δωμάτιο που μείναμε εμείς βρισκόταν στο ισόγειο με παράθυρο στην κοινόχρηστη αυλή στην είσοδο, δυστυχώς λόγω πολύ κακής ηχομόνωσης του δωμάτιου και παραθύρου ακούγονταν ήχοι από τον πάνω όροφο αλλά και απ έξω στην οποία αυλή μαζεύονταν κάθε πρωί και βράδυ άλλοι ένοικοι για να καθίσουν στα καναπεδακια. Επίσης, αυτό σήμαινε ότι δεν μπορούσες να ανοίξεις τις κουρτίνες για να μπει φως κατά την διάρκεια την ημέρας γιατί σε έβλεπαν απ’ έξω.

• Jasmine (6/5): Good value for money, clean and comfortable and easy to walk to the centre in about 20 minutes. - Location was about 20 minute walk into the centre - which was fine and reflected the cheaper price. Easy to walk from the train station and to find. Nice quiet road. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Nice outside space upstairs and downstairs. Didn't see any staff at all during the stay but it wasn't a problem as they told us how to access the room. No breakfast available. Overall good value for money. Cups or glasses in the room would have been nice and a kettle.

Bollitore in stanza, con tazze e caffè solubile e bustine dí the. Bagno pulito. Servizio di pulizia giornaliero. Lo stato della stanza: macchie di umidità, vetro della finestra con ancora attaccato l’adesivo della fabbrica, vetri delle finestre sporchi, tende non oscuranti e assenza di tapparelle o persiane, frigorifero vecchio e non pienamente funzionante (le bottiglie si raffreddavano appena), plafoniera senza vetro con lampadina a vista.

• Guest (10/5): Struttura molto carina, pulita e curata. - A 5 minuti dal centro storico, stanza con bagno ampia e molto carina. Ideale per un soggiorno tranquillo non troppo vicino ai luoghi più affollati della città.

• Dalila (8/5): Noi 3 a Firenze - La struttura è molto carina, ha un giardino condiviso attrezzato con tavoli e sedie ed anche la terrazza al piano di sopra (dove sono le stanze) attrezzata, qui c'è anche un dondolo. La stanza grande e confortevole, la pulizia ok, la vicinanza al centro I cuscini scomodissimi (per i nostri gusti ovviamente), i motori dei condizionatori vicinissimi alla nostra finestra. Avremmo gradito un asciugamano in più!!!

• Luigi (6/5): Vicinissima alla Fortezza - Location vicinissima alla Fortezza da Basso e a Santa Maria Novella , camera ampia e ben tenuta, con bagno e doccia buoni, letto abbastanza comodo. Purtroppo appena siamo entrati in camera abbiamo trovato invasione di zanzare, ne abbiamo subito ammazzate 5/6, ma ogni tanto ne vedevamo volare altre; l’unica finestra in camera non era dotata di scuri; la tv non aveva nessun canale italiano; siamo stati svegliati a mezzanotte per vari rumori provenienti dal piano superiore , evidentemente il solaio era in legno ogni passo rimbombava di sotto.
