• Philip (2/5): Extremely poor service - Location Location Location I have used Booking.com over sixty times, and besides its location, it is by far the worst I have stayed at. Blocked drains, shower heads broken, very loose handrails, no kettle, one cup, and only two wine glasses of different sizes. Poor-quality furnishings are falling apart. Sand everywhere, waste bins next to a rusty fridge, and told to get our own bin liners. Toiletries were nonexistent, and even the soap dispensers had been watered down—no welcome drink after a long, arduous journey.
• Jan Willem (9/5): Wir kommen mal wieder - Sehr schöne Lage mit super Dachterrasse. Wir haben es sehr genossen. Sehr laute Musik von der Bar nebenan. Bis tief in der Nacht. Wir waren vor 7 Jahren schon mal in Punta Secca, seit dem; 3 Bitzer aufgebaut...., Tourismus hat deutlich zugenommen.
• Carmelo (10/5): - Posizione strategica, vista meravigliosa, presente lavastoviglie e asciugatrice. Armadio troppo piccolo.
• Alessandro (2/5): - La posizione centrale dell'appartamento L'appartamento non è adatto ad un famiglia con bambini, balconi assenti a parte la terrazza, inutilizzabile di giorno causa troppo caldo e la sera al buio, parapetti pericolosi per bambini. Al check in appartamento sporco, divani letti sporchi (con sabbia e peli datati), piano cucina e utensili sporchi, lavastoviglie sporca, strofinaccio bagnato dentro oblo della lavatrice chiusa, armadio inesistente e cassettiera con alcuni cassetti inutilizzabili perche rotti con all'interno cuscini sporchi e macchiati. In casa sono presenti oggetti inutili del proprietario: ciabatte scarpe stufa con bombola a gas in estate....( con 40 gradi in Sicilia inutile) casetti pieni di cianfrusaglie che non servono a niente) Presente 1 solo condizionatore non idoneo per il volume di tutto l'appartamento, soppalco con unico letto presente inutilizzabile per il troppo caldo, era presente un ventilatore appositamente per il soppalco rumoroso e cmq inutile.... Quando abbiamo fatto presente il tutto il signore Mimmo ( collaboratore del signor miccichè) ci ha detto che ci voleva spirito di adattamento....come ad esempio utilizzare la stufa a gas con dentro la bombola come comodino per poggiare su la lampada....accettare la sporcizia perché una torre saracena con anessi blatte e led fulminati da tempo quindi stare con la.luce soffusa . In ultimo la.spazzatura.si doveva tenere a casa perché non sono presenti balconi. Il signore Micciche , purtroppo non presente per motivi personali,si è reso disponibile subito a rimborsarci le spese di pulizia.
• Diga33 (8/5): Estupendo sitio con servicios regulares - La ubicación y las vistas. La dificultad para llegar al apartamento por no poder pasar con el coche al ser zona ZTL y tener que andar con las maletas 500 m. Nunca he visto una aldea (sin ser histórico-artística) con zonas ZTL y tantas prohibiciones de aparcar, a menos que pagues, claro. Se quieren lucrar a costa del turismo. Al apartamento le falta menaje de cocina. No hay ni una sola taza para tomar café con leche, solo 4 vasos de cristal. No hay Scotch-Brite ni espontex para fregar,...
• Robert (8/5): Beautiful seaview from your window or terrace. Great location in Punta Secca! - Great location for explore Punta Secca and stunning seaview. You can feel every single wave from the sea. Right next to the Montalbano’s villa. We were lucky we’ve been there alone so the terrace was just for us. After a couple of days you can see stuff that they are worth to improve. You cannot close your door in a shower properly. Main door handle fall apart when I closed the door. Small sand stones from wall fall down almost everywhere in the appartment. No sharp knives in the kitchen. Btw never had such a complicated microwave. Sometimes I had a feeling that this place was made in a hurry and small details and functionality of this spot was not the first things on the list. But I believe these things are really not too complicated to fix =)
