• Irene (9/5): Heel fijn appartement op goede locatie met vriendelijke eigenaar - Mooi appartement, compleet ingericht, op loopafstand van de metro (ongeveer 5 minuten) én op loopafstand van het Vaticaanmuseum (ook max. 5 minuten). Contact met de eigenaar (via Booking en WhatsApp) was ook heel prettig, duidelijke uitleg over het inchecken en tussendoor belangstellend contact. La proximité des transports en commun nous a permis de visiter aisément tous les sites que nous voulions. L'accès à l'appartement est très sécurisé. La remise des clés s'est déroulée parfaitement. Nous avons même eu la possibilité de s'installer dans l'appartement dès notre arrivée à Rome. On se sent en sécurité dans le quartier et il y a de nombreux restaurants. Je recommande totalement cet appartement.

O apartamento é muito bem localizado, confortável, limpo e corresponde exatamente às fotos. A experiência foi ainda mais especial graças à atenção e gentileza do senhor Stefano, que foi extremamente prestativo durante toda a estadia. Gostaríamos de destacar um gesto muito especial: na véspera de Natal, o senhor Stefano nos presenteou com um panetone e uma champanhe, o que tornou nossa celebração ainda mais memorável e acolhedora. Pequenos detalhes como esse fazem toda a diferença e mostram o cuidado com os hóspedes. Nada a declarar.

Tuvo un detalle para fin de año, nos aconsejó donde cenar el primer día, se preocupó de cómo deberíamos ir desde y hacia el aeropuerto. La cocina está bien equipada y la segunda cama para los niños estaba muy bien. Hemos podido ver el inicio de año en San Pedro y visitar el Vaticano, mientras que la comunicación con el centro tanto con metro como autobús es muy fácil.

A well-organized check-in, all the devices in the apartment are not just working, but are in excellent condition, starting from the bathroom, shower watering can, bide, and ending with a stove, extractor hood, shutters, window frames, and more. The Vatican Museums are just around the corner, and there's a supermarket on the next street with fresh Italian prosciutto, a wide selection of chees, and fresh pastries that you can enjoy with a cup of coffee from the excellent coffee machine in your kitchen. I would like to express my gratitude for the Nespresso capsules that were generously provided. Don't waste time reading reviews; grab the opportunity and make a reservation. La ubicación es inmejorable, a pasos del Vaticano y en una zona tranquila y luminosa. El subte está a menos de 5 minutos caminando, sobre una calle bien iluminada, y alrededor hay restaurantes, mercados y todo lo que puedas necesitar. Todo funcionó perfecto, ¡realmente nos sentimos como en casa! El anfitrión fue súper amable y atento en todo momento. Sin dudas volveríamos a hospedarnos acá. ¡Altamente recomendable !

It's fully equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay: washing machine, stove-top, fridge, umbrella etc. Both the sofa bed and main bed are very comfortable too. The owners have put a lot of thought and dedication into the details to ensure that guests have a comfortable stay. The location is brilliant, with just a short walk to the Vatican. • Silviu (1/5): Dirty apartment, only cold water, disrespectful owners, they screamed at me and my wife! - Nothing when the apartment is so dirty, hot water doesn't work for at least a shower and you have so rood and arogant owners and they scream at you and your wife! It was incredible dirty on the floor, dust and dirt everywhere. I cleaned the apartment and let it more clean then I found it. Hot water didn't worked at least to take a shower. The owner pretend that it was my fault that I opened the window and the dust is from there. Hilarious, isn't it? And they came when I was at the table eating and they started to stream at my wife and behave like in the slum, no common sense, no respect! And insisted to avoid booking.com offering me discount, to avoid to answer when the clients are not pleased with what they offer and avoid objective reviews. They lie a lot too, it was the worst experience I have ever hand in many years of travelling. Avoid with any costs! They are pretending to be nice but they will lie to you and treat you horribly in a second.

In the apt we had all the amenities,coffee machine, hair drier,towels. Stefano even offered to come during our stay and clean everything and change towels. This is a true gem and everything is within walking distance. N/A
• Silviu (1/5): Dirty apartment, worst owners, they will scream at you, lie, don't respect and ruine your vacation! - Nothing when is my birthday and the owners ruine my holiday Was a lot of dirt! I let my shoes at the door to respect the house and walking in my socks I discovered that they don't even use the mop! The bad room have ceramic on the floor so is very easy to clean. When I let the owner know about this, he came with his wife to scream at us and get us out after they tried to convince us that the dirt came inside on the window, and is our fault that we opened the window! The bathroom has the smallest toilet ever seen, there is no shower cabin like in the photos, there is only a curtain. And furniture is different. You will not get what you pay and see in photos so be careful! If you don't whant to ruine your vacation avoid this owners.

They screamed at my wife, dirty floor, no hot water for more 25h - Location was near from some of the tourists attractions and quiet The owner was incredibly unpolite came to argue with us at the check out screaming at my wife and trying to convince us that the dirt came from outside from the Window because I opened the windows and then that the dirt came from the Air Conditioning!! Extremely unpleasant. The apartment was dirty, the smallest toilet and bide ever seen, shower and room was different from the photos when I made the reservations. Had no hot water for shower in 2 mornings and an entire day and night, tv didn't had signal for a day (not really important) the lights and furniture different from pictures, and not in the good way. They came to get us out 5 minutes before the checkout, which was at 10:00 AM, not 11 or 12 (we were with bagages done, at the door waiting them to pay the city tax) , no late check out options. They refused to take the money and I had to call Booking.com and they advised me to leave them on the table and make photos to send to Booking.com as proof we paid. After a few hours from checkout they sent me pictures with the garbage bag from the garbage box...what thy wanted to say? that I should have taken also the garbage with us, or ?! There is nothing more to say about no sugar for coffee, no salt, I had to go to the neighbors in a evening to ask for some salt. About having any salt, I asked the owner in a message and never answered.
