• Lewis (10/5): This place is special. One of the best hotels you’ll stay in! - This boutique hotel is special and far exceeded my expectations. The hospitality is 10/10, the rooms are spectacular and the food is fantastic. Breakfast is a beautiful spread in the garden area, with a large variety of options. This isn’t your typical hotel buffet/continental breakfast. Dinner at the hotel is a must, and great value. The courses are prepared with love and the flavours are amazing. From arrival you’ll quickly realise you’re stepping into a wonderful sanctuary. Be sure to book a Kenoosha experience in the spa! I can’t recommend this hotel enough.

• Mariem (10/5): - I had a wonderful and relaxing stay at Maison Kenoosha. After spending several days in busy cities and old towns across Morocco, this was the perfect place to unwind. The location outside the city offers a peaceful atmosphere, surrounded by a beautiful garden filled with birds, and even a beautiful turtle :) The rooms are spacious, with a lovely mix of modern and traditional design. The colors, details, and even the scent of the place create a very calming and refined ambiance. Everything feels thoughtfully put together. The host and her daughter were incredibly kind and attentive. They were always responsive and made sure I felt comfortable and well taken care of. I especially appreciated being able to enjoy the pool and the facilities even after check-out until my flight. Overall, I felt truly welcomed and cared for. A perfect place to relax and disconnect, I would definitely recommend it.

The host and staff were incredibly warm, friendly, and attentive, creating an atmosphere that immediately put us at ease. The property itself is absolutely stunning, beautiful both inside and out. Every detail feels thoughtfully designed, and the surroundings are peaceful and serene, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. One of the highlights of our stay was the evening dinner, which was nothing short of a phenomenal feast. The food was exceptional and truly memorable, adding a special touch to an already wonderful experience. • Martina (6/5): Nice place without soul - Very nice rooms and garden, also spa The place is beautifully designed, but it feels rather cold and impersonal – we did not feel truly welcome. From the very first WhatsApp contact, the communication focused more on selling extra services than on our needs. In addition, after the reservation it sometimes took one to two days to receive a reply. Upon arrival, the main focus was on immediate payment, without a proper welcome or introduction to the property. On New Year’s Eve, no dinner other than the special set menu was offered. We declined it and asked for a regular dinner, which was not possible. Only then did the staff help us order food from a nearby restaurant for delivery, which we intended to eat in the common areas while ordering drinks on site. However, we were later told by a person acting as manager or owner (who never introduced themselves) that consuming outside food in the common areas was not allowed. This felt inconsistent. Overall, we had the impression that more emphasis is placed on selling extra services than on hospitality, which is typically a key part of local Berber culture. The hotel has only six apartments. We had two of them reserved, and it seemed that only one or two other rooms were occupied. We therefore spent most of the time almost alone on the property and frequently encountered the owner or manager. It felt rather strange that there was no interest in even basic conversation or a more personal approach. At one point, communication was not direct at all – instead, notes were left for us, even though this person was physically very close, which felt quite unusual. We also expected that a hotel of this type would be able to offer at least basic transfers or transportation as part of its service, which unfortunately was not the case and was disappointing. The access road currently does not exist – the surrounding area is still under construction and access is very difficult.

It is a beautiful and calm place where you feel like a private guest, not a client among others. Everywhere, the decoration is exquisite and welcoming. The food is delicious and, last but not least, the people are wonderful. They are very helpful and will go the extra mile to make your stay unforgettable. I highly recommend Maison Kenoosha and hope I can come back soon!

• tim (10/5): fantastisch - Het is een prachtig kleinschalig hotel. We waren daar met ons gezin met elk hun partner en ons kleinkindje van 6 maanden. We werden erg verwend met een fantastisch ontbijt. Ideaal voor onze familie met 10. We hadden het hotel ongeveer voor ons alleen. Er zijn 6 heel grote kamers waarvan wij er 5 bezetten. Het zijn heel erg ruime en mooie kamers, comfortabele bedden, sommige kamers bad, andere met douche. Het hotel is echt een pareltje die met heel veel smaak en persoonlijkheid is ingericht. niets

Alle Fotos entsprechen der Realität Der Checkin war sehr persönlich und angenehm. Es gibt einen großen Pool und einen riesigen Garten. Auch das Frühstück war sehr sehr gut. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. In der Umgebung wird aktuell viel gebaut, sodass man im Garten gelegentlich Baulärm hört.

Die Lage ist etwas abgelegen, aber mit dem Taxi erreicht man sowohl den Flughafen als auch die Innenstadt schnell und unkompliziert. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt! Die Hotelbesitzerin Virginie, die Kellner Mohammed und Musa sowie das gesamte Personal, von den Zimmerfrauen über den Gärtner bis hin zu allen Mitarbeitenden, sind professionell, herzlich, motiviert und stets positiv eingestellt. Sie haben unseren Urlaub noch schöner gemacht. Der Swimmingpool könnte beheizt sein, das würde den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer machen. Ansonsten war wirklich alles ideal, ruhig und einfach super!

Merci à Virginie et à toute son équipe pour avoir pris soin de nous. La cuisine est délicieuse, le cadre enchanteur (la décoration irradie le bon goût dans les moindres détails) et les chambres aussi belles que spacieuses. Chaudement recommandé ! Pas grand-chose, d'autant que Virginie est à l'écoute et a pu régler les petits tracas qui ne manquent pas de se poser lors de n'importe quel séjour (cela compte aussi une direction soucieuse du bien être de ses hôtes).

I had a superb experience - ultra-clean rooms, delicious and well thought food, top notch breakfast (with home grown fruits!), a breath taking garden and a staff that makes you feel at home right at the gate. Among other things, the hotel is also flexible and able to meet guests special requests. Upon enquiring about the chance to set a table for dinner in the Olive Garden, the request was welcomed with pleasure and the result was just amazing. We had a magic dinner! Le lieu est magnifique, décoré avec beaucoup de goût et d’authenticité, une véritable bulle de calme en plein cœur de Marrakech. L’accueil est chaleureux et attentionné, on se sent immédiatement à l’aise. Mention spéciale pour le petit-déjeuner, tout simplement délicieux, varié et préparé avec soin.
