• Amanda (9/5): A great stay in Seville - A great stay in Seville! This place is cute, functional, and well-located. We loved having a couch and kitchen for our stay. While we didn't do any big meals, the place seemed well equipped both in the kitchen and overall. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. There's a large private outdoor terrace attached to the unit, also equipped with furniture to dine or relax. I would love to stay for a longer period and have more time relaxing up there! In the bathroom, the shower got hot water with fine water pressure. The towels were nice and soft. The kitchen area had a washing machine for laundry. The air conditioning and wifi both worked great. There were drapes and thick window doors, so we had no issue with any light or noise coming in. Everything was nicely cleaned. Check-in and check-out were both super easy. Lastly, the location of this unit is really nice. It's tucked into a more local and hip area, full of great restaurants and coffee spots and shopping. But with about a 20 minutes walk, you can be in the city center for any tourist activities. It also had nearby bus stops for when we went out further and wanted a lift back. This place was a great value in a great area, and I'd love to return! There is some room for improvement, but they are all little things and common across the region. For example, there is a washing machine for laundry but no dryer, only a drying rack and clothes line. The shower got nice hot water, but it does run out after a bit, so you need to be mindful of that if you want to shave or have multiple people shower back to back. Some of the fixtures were also somewhat dated, but everything was functioning, so again, not a big deal.

• Robert (9/5): Great apartment with excellent location and all day sunny balcony - Lovely sunning (all day) balcony, 10 min walk from the river and 2 min walk to numerous local bars and restaurants. If getting airport bus 20 min walk from bus station. Very minor the sun lounger had been painted and would leave black marks on you skin.

• Teodora (10/5): - The location is Amazing. You are close to all important atractions by a relaxing walk. Everything you need is also in your proximity: local restaurants, supermarket, bus station. Also,you get a huge terasse!!

• Patricia (8/5): Overall, really enjoyed it! - The property is really nice overall - it has everything you need, the location is great, the owners are super responsive! Unfortunately, there was an issue with the heat in the living area, where it would get pretty cold in the afternoon/night. Not sure if the problem has to do with the thermostat or anything else.

• Paul (3/5): - Communication with staff There was mold around the shower cubicle, there were stains on the bed covers, the wardrobe had no space to hang clothes because it was full of bedding and the other part of it was full of cleaning equipment. My wife had a shower and halfway through the shower the water went cold meaning that I couldnt get a shower and after a morning of travelling this was no good and meant only person could get a shower before the water went cold. The whole apartment including the entrance/communal area looked like it needed a good clean because there were marks on the walls in the apartment. We actually had to leave the apartment due to the state of it and the issues mentioned and book into a hotel instead which again was more inconvenience and affected the time we could spend in the city, enjoying the sights and sounds.

• CARLOS (10/5): - Su ubicación, limpieza y confort. Está muy bien aprovechado, y dispone de una gran terraza. Hay de todo (productos de limpieza, gel, champú, ropa de cama, toallas, etc.). Perfecto para descansar y visitar la ciudad. La zona es tranquila, aunque cerca hay muchas terrazas para disfrutar del tapeo. Menos saturada que la zona de la Catedral. Los anfitriones inmejorables. Muy buenas instrucciones y recomendaciones. Todo perfecto.

• Sofia (9/5): Buon soggiorno - La posizione e l’ampio terrazzo L’abitazione era completa di tutto; tuttavia non vi era un appendiabiti all’ingresso e l’armadio in stanza era sostanzialmente occupato da cuscini e coperte, e dunque gli abiti restavano in valigia e le giacche sulle sedie. il bagno è cieco (senza finestre). Gli spazi interni dell’appartamento sono angusti; potendo sfruttare il balcone la cosa non pesa; noi purtroppo ci siamo trovati in un week di pioggia ininterrotta.

Emplacement calme et proche du centre, sur une grande place avec plein de bars et restaurants. Si vous venez en voiture, le parking Blas Infante est gratuit durée illimitée à 9 euros en taxi depuis le logement. Rien.
• Jerzy Marek (10/5): - Bardzo dobra, szczegółowa instrukcja samozameldowania z dużą ilością zdjęć. Drzwi do budynku na kod, uruchomienie windy na kod, klucz do apartamentu w pudełku z kodem. Gospodarz bardzo pomocny, dostępny późnym wieczorem i wcześnie rano. Uszkodzony bojler naprawił niemal od ręki. Apartament ma nietypowy układ: wąski i długi salon z aneksem kuchennym i sypialnia połączone korytarzykiem, z którego wchodzi się do małej łazienki. Cichy, bo na najwyższym piętrze, na samym końcu galerii nad patio, z której wchodzi się do mieszkań. Czysty, z jednym wyjątkiem (patrz niżej). Ogromny, większy od apartamentu taras. Kratkę od klimatyzacji warto by częściej odkurzać.

• Daniel (9/5): Tolle Wohnung in top Lage die wir bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen können! - - Top Lage, perfekt - Rooftop / Dachterasse - zusätzliche Außendusche - Waschmaschine vorhanden - Kaffeekapsel-Maschine, Wasserkocher vorhanden - Wir hätten gern ein-, zwei deutsche TV- Sender gehabt - etwas mehr Ablagemöglichkeiten für Wäsche wären perfekt gewesen, Schrank war mit Utensilien wie Bügelbrett, Wäscheständer, Staubsauger, Wischutensilien und Bügeleisen schon sehr gut gefüllt.
• Susan (10/5): The perfect place to stay in Seville. - The apartment is perfect for a couple, well stocked, very clean and with a wonderful balcony. The location is fantastic, with the Alameda de Hercules so close for the bars and restaurants (but it is quiet in the apartment) and a beautiful walk into the historic centre.

O apto tem uma varanda que é muito agradável e climatização na sala e quarto, o que foi muito importante para dormir bem. A localização é boa, fizemos a pé até o centro de Sevilha aproximadamente 25 minutos de caminhada, aproveitávamos para tomar café da manhã no caminho. Recomendo com certeza, ótimo custo benefício.

• Diana (10/5): Lovely terrace, perfect location! - We loved the location, building and facilities. We were traveling with our kids and they provided a crib for us. The best part was the terrace, it was the perfect way to end our days. There are so many restaurants near by and also a playground. The owner recommended a parking garage a little far (not included) so we used the one right below the building: please note the space is limited and TINY and prices are very high. I think it’s a good option if you have kids and don’t want to deal with getting to/from the garage. The space can be a little small if you use the sofa bed. So a family of 4 works okay but it’s on the smaller side.
