• Daniel (10/5): Perfect stay for a little weekend getaway - Check-in experience was amazing. I was sent messages on WhatsApp by Livio with extensive information about parking, check-in instructions for the self check-in, wifi as well as information about the tourist tax and breakfast. He also included recommendations for different types of restaurants/bars. My girlfriend and I visited one of the restaurants and it was amazing. During my stay I had some questions about the town and other smaller things and he was always happy to help out. Our room was spotless and had an amazing vibe. There is a common lounge available with some couches and reading material. The bed is one of the best I ever slept in a hotel. It is not soft and saggy like most mattresses but has a nice firmness that I prefer. The pillows are memory foam and feel amazing, another rare thing that can make a difference for comfortable sleep. 10/10 property & service

• Sulawakaba (8/5): - Klasse Lage inmitten der Altstadt, aber trotzdem sehr ruhig. Sehr dunkles Zimmer. Badezimmer sieht zwar toll aus, ist aber sehr niedrig und nicht für Menschen geeignet, die größer als 1,65 m sind. Heizung hat nicht funktioniert.

• tu van (10/5): Una bella sorpresa . - La posizione comoda in centro ma soprattutto l' accuratezza e il buon gusto che si intuisce dall'arredamento e nei dettagli , sembra di ritornare indietro nel tempo sentendosi privilegiati e in sintonia con il borgo medievale. La gentilezza dei proprietari non è da meno per questo ringraziamo di cuore e consigliamo vivamente a chi volesse fermarsi un pò a San Gimignano per gustare la tranquillità del borgo alla mattina e alla sera con la gente locale e qualche turista.

• Ana (10/5): A charming Airbnb-style room in a historic building with lots of character. No reception, but everything was well organi - A lively, well-kept property with clean, spacious rooms in a quiet location. Very enjoyable stay! The property has a lot of charm, and I really appreciated the character that comes with staying in an older property. The bathroom itself was very clean, well-maintained, That said, the bath/shower area had quite a low ceiling (around 1.66 m), which made it a bit uncomfortable to use—especially for taller guests. The handheld shower setup was also slightly complicated and not the most practical. Of course, I understand that these aspects are likely due to the historic nature of the building, and they may be difficult to change. Overall, I still enjoyed my stay, but it’s something future guests might want to be aware of.my room was S. Lorenzo maybe other rooms have different outlook.

Todo perfecto Buena situación en el centro de San Giminiano , y justo a 20 metros hay un restaurante excepcional I Pollao. La habitacion cuenta incluso con Nespresso. Dado que es un palacio antiguo, el baño tiene poca altura y tuve que ducharme agachado

I really liked everything, especially the bathtub =) The location is lovely; everything was truly great. The only thing is, it would have been nice to have a wine opener/corkscrew in the room or living room.

• Joanne (10/5): exceptional -- a lovely stay in S.G. -- so glad I came! - Wow, what a lovely lovely place! The owner Livio reached out 'before' I arrived to give tips on how to get to S.G. (I was coming by train/bus) and kept in touch via Whatsapp for any queries I had. Easy-peasy to check in (key codes to enter) The room was modern, very very comfortable. Coffee, water & small fridge made it easy for me to start my day. Very modern bathroom -- with warmed up towels! Right in the historical center. I could leave my bag there after my travel. Would highly highly recommend -- it heightened my enjoyment of the city, since I was alone & also only for one night. Many many thanks for your hospitality! I requested a front room --- overlooking the city street -- because for 'me' this is what I prefer! And, 100% I would choose it again, b/c I am an early riser ;) ....however -- for anyone who is a light sleeper, you may want to choose the room 'overlooking the courtyard' .... b/c I imagined that in the summertime, when there's more tourists, it could be louder (( late night ppl walking about ... or early morning garbage trucks )) For me, it was absolutely No Problem -- b/c I anticipated this -- but, for others, you might choose a different room location ;)

Παράλληλα, ενώ ο χώρος του λουτρού είναι αναμφίβολα εντυπωσιακός, η χρήση του απο άτομα άνω του 1.70μ είναι δύσκολη λόγω της χαμηλής οροφής σε τμήμα αυτού.

Not sound proof and we could hear every word of the conversations in the next room. I would prefer to meet a host, as part of my holiday is interacting with people. This stay felt very impersonal even though online communication was excellent.

• Laura (10/5): Posizione fantastica - Posizione eccezionale, abbiamo parcheggiato gratuitamente fuori dal centro storico, in vicinanza a delle scuole e percorso una breve salita di 10 minuti a piedi. I parcheggi a pagamento sono veramente costosi. Palazzo Benucci è centrale, a piedi si raggiunge tutto. Per whatsapp arriva un messaggio con le indicazioni per entrare in camera, non c'è stato contatto con persone. Camera semplice, bagno bello, pulito. Se arrivi prima, è possibile lasciare le valigie all'ingresso, una sala bellissima e videosorvegliata. Lo consiglierei. Tutto perfetto.

La ubicación buenisima en pleno centro storico, tiene buenos restaurantes cerca y, puedes hacer la recorrida a pie de todo el centro storico. El parking 3 tiene ascensor y te deja a 5' a pie . Te dejan cápsulas de café,te , agua y pava eléctrica. Además haces el check in todo virtual , ingresas con un código, , como si fuera tu casa. Te mandan todo por wp y te dan los principales tip para la estadia. Muy recomendable.

• PATRIZIA (6/5): Nella media - Pulizia eccellente,grande disponibilità dell'albergatore nel concederci di lasciare i bagagli presso la sua struttura anche nel giorno della partenza. Non ci siamo mai incontrati di persona ma comunicato solo a mezzo whatsapp,avevamo tutti i codici di accesso dalla camera al portone,la nostra era la Ser Lorenzo. La camera è poco luminosa,affaccio su altro palazzo,il condizionatore è uno pseudo "pinguino" portatile molto rumoroso.Il bagno molto ampio dispone però solo della vasca da bagno.
