The key to the door was ancient very hard to open and close when asked the help of the concierge gave us an attitude. Also booking.com normally with my other hotels booked with them will debit my visa weeks before arrival at the hotel . I need a refund for 71 euro 💶 as I got charge twice.

Also we arrived early from Australia and they very kindly allowed us to have our room at 11.30 am. It was so lovely to be able to go for a sleep after travelling for over 20 hrs. We knew when we booked what facilities were available so there wasn’t anything to dislike.

• Guest (3/5): Se non fosse per il condizionatore direi pessimo nota positiva la vicinanza dal porto - Il condizionatore è la vicinanza al porto Pulizia scarsa, è la prima volta che vedo una Camera d'albergo senza frigo, la finestra faceva schifo, quella del bagno nemmeno si apriva, la doccia col soffione fisso per cui, o ti bruci o ti geli finché non si regola, la notte sono usciti gli scarafaggi e al mattino una meraviglioso profumo di fogna, il letto scomodo e troppo basso e per me che ho problemi significa molto penso che per quello che offrono il prezzo sia troppo caro, vicino ad Assisi abbiamo pagato decisamente meno e siamo stati meglio

• PALOMS (8/5): Una notte a Civitavecchia - Buon albergo, stanza tranquilla, vicinissimo al porto, posteggio pubblico davanti all'hotel. Buono per una notte e per il successivo imbarco. Scomode le scale, posizione non centrale in zona non esaltante all'apparenza comunque tranquilla.

O ar condicionado funcionava perfeitamente. O espaço do chuveiro é bem pequeno, talvez uma pessoa grande terá dificuldade na hora do banho.

• Nicola (8/5): Ottimo per chi si deve imbarcare!! - Hotel senza infamia e senza lode. L’ideale per chi ha l’imbarco presto la mattina perché è a un minuto di auto dal porto. Possibilità anche di parcheggio gratuito fronte hotel. Camera e bagno comodi e discretamente pulito. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Consigliato

• Tina (10/5): They don’t speak English, but they will help you a lot if you use translator and your hands - It was inexpensive and it was right by the port three minute walk up the street to get on the bus to take you to the port. Nice little pastry shop across the street. If you walk down to the corner, there’s a pizza parlor on the corner that has the best pizza ever.It’s across the street from the staging area to do the bus to the pier. Also, the hop on hop off tour was pretty amazing. There’s a nice waterfront in the town if you’re from the states go to the McDonald’s and look at their café and all the treats they have in there totally delicious and amazing for McDonald’s. We don’t have that here. I’m not a McDonald’s person, but I was pretty impressed. People are very nice and accommodating. Take the hop on off off bus to the Roman baths at the top of the hill when you go in there go to the right and you’ll see these old ponds with the Roman statues and there’s an old chariot there too a small town, but it is amazing. Hop on hop off tour totally worth it. At first, I thought it was in a bad area, but it wasn’t three minutes away from town center

The only incident was there wasn’t an elevator. My error because I never inquired and should have asked initially.

• Samantha & Mark (7/5): Based on our expectations, all was fine. - Given the nature of our requirements and that it is a 2 star hotel, it served our needs as we required a hotel close to the cruise terminal - great location. Check-in/check-out was seemless and communication prior to our stay was sufficient. We had a very noisy neighbour and could hear everything in the room next door. You also do hear the noise of the pipes from the bathroom which is distracting when trying to sleep, otherwise no other issues.

• Wojciech (8/5): 5 minut od portu - Miła obsługa, łatwe zameldowanie i bardzo blisko portu. Piechotą 5 minut do autobusu, który podwozi pod sam statek. Duży pokój, cisza spokój i śpiew ptaków. W moim pokoju zasięg WiFi był tak słaby, że internet nie działał. Krótkie łózko - za krótkie dla wysokiej osoby.
