C'erano dei peli/capelli sulle coperte e sui cuscini. mancava il caffè e i cuscini che c'erano nella struttura erano vuoti, però appena gli abbiamo chiesto di averne altri li hanno portati subito insieme al bagnoschiuma che avevamo richiesto.
• Nathalie (10/5): Super séjour à la Spezia - Grandes chambres très confortables, sanitaires indépendants à chacune, très propre, très fonctionnel, nécessaire de toilette en quantité bien suffisante, ce qui change des flacons à utilisation unique. Séjour salle à manger pas très grand, mais suffisamment pour être en sortie toute la journée à visiter la ville et les 5 terre. Très bon accueil par Wendy. Situation de l’appartement très bien placé. Refait à neuf, très moderne et utilitaire. Rien à dire

• Manuela (6/5): Firenze è una città favolosa, è la terza volta che veniamo per una breve vacanza e ogni volta ci dispiace lasciarla - La posizione della struttura è eccellente e nonostante la posizione molto centrale e affollata, c’era davvero tanta gente, l’appartamento era silenzioso. Sono andata a rivedere le foto di Booking e secondo me hanno mescolato le foto di due appartamenti perché la cucina di quello che avevamo noi non corrispondeva a quello che avevo visto e che mi aspettavo di trovare, la cucina sprovvista di pentolini anche di medie dimensioni e senza un minimo di beni principali come può essere caffè, olio, sale e magari anche qualche pastiglia per la lavastoviglie… I cuscini dei letti da dimenticare! Consiglio di provvedere a queste piccole cose che sono importanti per chi soggiorna solo per qualche giorno e non può portarsi via da casa tutto.

C è una sola pentola x la pasta, nemmeno un pentolino per il latte Caffettiera per piano induzione inutilizzabile, non esiste una scopa, non ci sono tazzine per Caffettiera, ma solo tazze giganti.

• Raffaele (5/5): Soggiorno del Weekend a Firenze - Puto abbastanza centrale in cui è locato l'appartamento, rapporto qualità prezzo e ho apprezzato nella camera la presenza in un secondo letto in modo che unendolo si dorma bene. Riscaldamento non tanto efficiente, divanno nell'open space non proprio confortevole per vedere la tv, cosí come le sedie a sgabello.
• Nicole (5/5): Posizione ottima, appartamento necessita di manutenzione - Appartamento spazioso a due passi da Palazzo Pitti e da Ponte Vecchio, una posizione strategica per visitare la città Poca cura nei dettagli, molte cose trovate già rotte e non funzionali (tavoletta del wc assente, porta carta igienica e porta asciugamani traballanti con il rischio che rimangano in mano da un momento all’altro, rubinetto bidet traballante, muffa sul soffitto della doccia, ecc.), un appartamento che sicuramente ha bisogno di manutenzione. Inoltre, ci è stato comunicato al nostro arrivo di non alzare la tapparella della seconda camera, senza fornirci una spiegazione. È stato fatto presente allo staff, ma non ha dimostrato interesse nel risolvere le problematiche segnalate

• Sarah-jane (8/5): Great location - give it a go! - The location is honestly perfect. A short walk to all the main tourists sights. But far enough away to see a more authentic Florence. A few minutes walk from fantastic restaurants that locals frequent and gorgeous architecture. The property itself is a good size for a couple and two teenage children. I think it would be very tight for anymore people. The beds were comfortable and property was clean. Selena was our point of contact for the apartment. She was very friendly and very accommodating through out our stay. Thank you Selena you couldn’t have done more to make our stay better. I was a little worried due to the reviews of this property. I think they are a little unfair as it was certainly value for money with the location alone. I think the owners could do a few simple things to make the stay better. A lick of paint to cover up scuffs on the walls would do a lot for first impressions and also an additional chair in the living room would have been beneficial. This could be placed in front of the second door to the main bedroom which isn’t really necessary. There is currently only a two seater sofa. The kitchen needs a sort through as there was only one wine glass and multiple pan lids but only one pan. Oven gloves and tea towels would have been useful too. All the issues in this apartment are minor and easy wins to sort out in my opinion.
• Wouter (4/5): Fair - Good location. Walking distance from all attractions and you can go back home for lunch. Good oven and stove to let you explore all the Tuscan dishes. You need to switch the microwave oven to fan oven to bake things like chicken and lamb. The owner can help you with the settings. We managed to figure it out ourselves. Bedding was clean. Heating of apartment is fair. Location is quiet. Recently renovated. The toilet door is made out of cardboard and fell apart. They promptly came to fix it though. There are no towel hangers in the bathroom. We used the clothes rack for our towels. There's still mosquitoes in the apartment in December.

• Angela (8/5): The apartment is ideally placed and a great base for trips out into central Florence. - We had problems with a diverted flight, but the company stayed in touch and were on hand when we finally arrived We couldn’t get the blinds to close once opened.

• Louise (10/5): Fabulous location, very clean apartment with everything you need. - Excellent location! The apartment was around a two minute walk from the Ponte Vecchio. All of Florence’s famous sights were within easy reach. It was very compact but it had everything you need including a washing machine and dryer. We didn’t cook but the kitchen facilities were also very good. The air conditioning was excellent with three individual units in all rooms. This was turned on for our arrival which was much appreciated. The property manager was also very responsive when we got in contact. It would have been good to have something to air dry your clothes on. There is a dryer but I prefer to air dry. Obviously this isn’t a huge priority when people go on holiday so it’s not a huge issue at all.
• Elvio (6/5): It was close to train & bus service. Lots of stairs to manage with heavy luggage. - Breakfast was fine....coffee, cereal, toast, yogurt and fruit. It was difficult to get the Air Conditioner to work properly.

There was a washing machine with a dryer, all the house is Air conditioned even the living room. Alex was very co-oeprative and helpful. i would totally recommend the house for others and i would definitely book it again if i go back to florence it has only 1 bathroom

• Chen (5/5): Passable - good location, staff are friendly. The address is hard to find, even the taxi driver can't find it. Upon arriving at the apartment, the elevator/lift was just a decoration (staff said the elevator didn't stop on our floor, interesting). Imagine the website description says there is a lift and you still have to carry that 23kg luggage on and off. Although there is a kitchen, there are no cutlery. The water pressure in the shower is unbelievably low. Moreover, luggage cannot be stored after check-out at ten o'clock, which is very inconvenient for tourists. NOT recommended.
• Mark (8/5): Very good - Good location, near to sites/supermarket/shopping, friendly and helpful staff (Alex), apartment had BOTH washer and dryer for clothes. A bit smaller than expected, bathroom and kitchen a bit cramped, no proper oven (only microwave) or toaster, a bit short on kitchen/dining supplies.
• Mehmet (2/5): Very poor - If you have a car finding the location and parking the car is a huge problem. Because it is located in a region with narrow streets. The trash box was full in the WC. Also the flat was dirty. The air condition was not warming even itself. It was really cold.
• Victor (6/5): Great location, but not 1st choice. - Great Location!! Almost couldn't have booked a better location. You'll be in the middle of Ponte Vecchio in minutes! Located off a main side road's alley, in a secluded courtyard, whose restaurant neighbor share an idea of quiet and relaxed day. Very modern and young feeling apartment with trendy features and chill vibe. If you're brave enough to drive, a modestly price garage is down the block who'll which most importantly, will cover your ZTL requirements. THE MOSQUITIOS!!! Dead/squished mosquitos on the walls and ceilings so we knew it wasn't just us. There are no screens on the beautiful, but huge sliding glass doors, so all bugs are drawn inside the apartment. The 1st night was pretty bad because we kept getting bit. We had to buy tiger mosquito repellant the next day. Broken light fixtures everywhere along with broken door panels held on with masking tape made this apartment feel cheap. The bathroom door doesn't have a handle so we would get stuck inside. Shower clogs up and causes you to stand in your own shower water. This apartment has extremally more potential than what is currently is if given attention to small details. Needs TLC and MOSQUITO control, but still a great location and apartment.
• Elizabeth (10/5): Confortable stay! - Very nice 2 bed 2 full bath apartment. Wonderful location, steps away from Ponte Vechio. and restaurants and shops. Close to everything.! Plus a really nice Caffe right at the entrance 😋 delicious Ruben sandwiches 😍 Alex was really nice, we didn’t have hot water and Alex responded right away and was there in minutes. Would stay here again. A new coat of paint for the hallway would be great.

• Helen (8/5): Excellent value and location - Superb location. All facilities were cleverly provided making good use of the space. We were told that a maintenance issue would be dealt with at a particular time and to avoid the apartment, which we did. The maintenance did not take place during our stay. It didn’t affect our enjoyment but we would have liked access in the afternoons to have a siesta etc

• Caroline (8/5): Very good - The location of this apartment cannot be beat. Steps from everything with a coffee shop at your door, pizza, pasta, groceries all within walking distance. Steps from the Ponte Vecchio, literally, and just minutes from the Duomo. We arrived on a Saturday late afternoon from Venice, as part of a larger itinerary. Had an evening stroll over the Ponte Vecchio, a fabulous late dinner at ZaZa Saturday evening, walked a while and then turned in for bed. We ventured out to Tuscany on Sunday morning for a full day excursion at several vineyards. After breakfast Monday morning at the coffee shop, a cab picked us up at the corner and we left for our train north to S. Margherita Ligure. We wish we had more time in Florence this time around, but we'll definitely return.
