• Sümeyye (7/5): Harika konum - Konumu mükemmel. Başçarşının orta noktasının 100 m kadar daha batısında her yere çok kısa bir yürüme mesafesinde. Temizlik iyiydi. Genel olarak temizlik anlamında rahat edilecek bir oda. Fakat bu konuda bizi rahatsız eden birkaç nokta oldu: su ısıtıcıyı kullanamadık içinde kısa bir saç teli vardı. Ayrıca banyo havlularından biri epey lekeliydi. Terlik mevcuttu. Su bardağı, çay bardağı, kahve ve şeker vardı. Yatak ve yastıklar çok konforluydu. Daire tarihi bir binanın içinde. Ferhadiye caddesi üzerinde sayılır caddenin bir ara sokağına girişte birkaç adım ötede kalıyor bina kapısı. Girişi oldukça kolay oldu. Self check-in şeklinde giriş yaptık. Tesis sahibi gerekli bilgilendirmeyi whatsapp üzerinden yaptı ve her an iletişime geçebildik. Bizim kaldığımız oda sanıyorum en küçük odaydı ama fonksiyonel dizayn edilmişti eşyalar ve tasarım yeniydi. Temizlik hususunda belirttiğim ayrıntılar geliştirilirse harika bir konaklama deneyimi. Bir daha geldiğimde yine burada kalırım. su ısıtıcıyı kullanamadık içinde kısa bir saç teli vardı. Ayrıca banyo havlularından biri epey lekeliydi.
• Katalin (8/5): Az Apartment 4 csodálatos, az apartement 1-t nem javaslom. - Az elhelyezkedése és kidolgozottsága. Az apartement 4-t mindenkinek ajánlom, szuper volt. Az Apartement 1-nek nem volt valójában ablaka. Ami ablakként működött az egyik egy galamb ürülékkel és cigi cikkel vastagon befedett lyukra nyílt. A másik, pedig a ház folyosójára. Ez utóbbinak nem volt függönye, így nem lehet teljesen besötétíteni.

Yerler saçlarla ve önceki misafirin çöpleriyle doluydu. Çarşafları değiştirmelerini istedim ev sahibinin kızı geldi ve geldiği için çok hoşnutsuzdu çabuk çıkın odadan falan dedi. • Malik (8/5): On the whole a very good stay with the landlord always happy to answer any queries you - The property is in the heart of the Old Town where you find so the stop and small trinkets shops. No need to catch rides to get anywhere. My wife and I walked and saw everything on foot. Lights in the entrance hallway were bad. Sensors should be i installed so they come on as you enter. We also had a day of no water supply. This was for most of the city.

• Irem Nur (7/5): Her şey güzel de wifi yok :( - Merkezi, yeri harika, self checkin instructions detaylı ve açıklayıcı, oda tertemiz, klima ısıtıyor, şampuan sabun var, yeni ve ferah hissettiriyor, checkout sonrası eşya store edebiliyorsunuz, havaalanı ulaşımı için taksi ayarlayabiliyorlar, havaalanına böyle döndük ve her şey sorunsuzdu, tertemiz bir taksi kibar bir bey efendi bizi belirttiğimiz saatte belirtilen lokasyonda bekliyordu. Bunlar için teşekkür ederiz. En büyük sorun wifi. Oda 4’tü sanırım. 0 çekiyor wifi. Bu detay belirtilmedi. Yorumların birinde görmüştüm ama belki o oda denk gelmez ve herkes yazmamış diye itibar etmemiştim. Bize denk geldi maalesef. Akşam yazdık sabah cevap verilmek suretiyle de çözüm bulunmamış oldu. Smart tv de tamamen işlevsiz kalıyor wifi çalışmayınca. Akşam bir şeyler izler keyif yaparım işi tamamen suya düşüyor, telefon internetiniz de yoksa epey zorda kalırsınız. Bir de odada terlik yok kendiniz getirmelisiniz. Turist ağırlayan bir yerde hele de böyle güzel bir yerde wifi sıkıntısı olmamalı bence, talihsiz. Bir daha gitsem sırf bu sebepten tercih etmem.

If you need anything, DM is just a 30-second walk away... When you step out onto the street, Bascarsi greets you with its historic charm on your right, while on your left you’re immersed in the modern city. You’re right in the heart of it all, yet just as far removed from the noise and chaos. Tajra is incredibly charming and helpful. The rooms and bathroom were truly spotless. We’d like to thank the Rina Apartments team for making us feel right at home. (:

Konumu kalabileceğiniz en güzel yerde çünkü sitede gördüğünüz yerler merkezi gözükse de çoğu yokuşta kalıyor ve burası tamamen düz ayak gezebileceğiniz bir yer. Temizlik konusunda da titizliğimiz olmasına rağmen oldukça temizdi. Sadece odalar biraz küçük onun dışında bir sorun yaşamadık ev sahibi ilgilendi

L'appartamento è esattamente al centro della città in una posizione strategica, quindi comodissimo per girare perché via via passi sempre da lì. La nostra camera era una di quelle piccole ma dotata di tutto, molto pulita, letto matrimoniale grande e comodo. Assolutamente consigliato per visitare questa splendida città. Nulla, tutto perfetto

Čisto, prečisto, miriše. Apartman u kojem smo bilo smješteni je vjerovatno najmanji od svih koje imaju u ponudi, ali nama je bilo potrebno samo da prenoćimo tako da je to ono što nam je i trebalo. Ukoliko želite ostati više dana, rezervišite veći.

• Maria (9/5): Superb - Very modern, clean apartment in the centre of the city. It was really close to everything worth seeing in Sarajevo. Although it had an electric stove, it lacked dishes and cutlery in case we wanted to have breakfast in the apartment. Moreover, the check in process was rather complicated and had to wait for someone to open the downstairs door as the password code didn't work.

• Mirte (10/5): Best apartment in Sarajevo. - After visiting Sarajevo for 4 times, this is by far the best apartment we stayed at. The location of the apartment is in the middle of the new and the old city center. The room has all the things that you could possibly need for a short stay. The room was very clean and the interior is beautiful. Comfortable bed, big shower and really good internet connection. Big bonus is that you can self check-in and out so that you can arrive at any time. The host was available at any time on WhatsApp if we would need any assistance. We will surely come back to this apartment in the future. Thank you so much!

• Ergin (10/5): Exceptional - The room was excellent. Clean, tidy, and very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay. The location is fantastic, it's within walking distance of almost all important touristic locations. Also the person who helped us was very kind and attentive. I only noticed two minor drawbacks: occasionally, you can hear other guests in the hallway from inside the room, and although the bathroom window has frosted glass, I would have preferred an additional curtain for extra privacy. Aside from these small points, everything else was perfect.

• Ayca (9/5): Excellent! - Everything was super nice, it was clean and very good located. And also the owner’s trust about the payment was impressive. We never saw her, put the payment in the keybox before we leave. We felt like home and i did another reservation in the same place for my aunts who are coming to bosnia next week! There was an electric cooker but no pan or anything that can be used with it. That was the only thing that can be developed.

The place was very clean, and Tajra was incredibly friendly, sincere, and attentive to every detail. Lastly, the Genocide Museum located right across the building is definitely worth visiting.

• Rebecca (10/5): The best place to stay - Perfect location. A minutes walk away from key locations in Sarajevo and opposite the Museum of Genocide. The friendliest couple who run the hotel. No question was too small and they went out of their way to help us. They also offer tours to help make your holiday extra special. Heating and aircon in the room. WiFi TV with Netflix. Massive. Comfy bed with coffee making facilities in the room I loved it and would recommend again in a heartbeat.

• Sarah (8/5): Very good - The location was exceptional! It is right in the centre with everything needed right at the door. The apartment was very clean and beautiful, it looks like a hotel. The apartment was very noise at night. This is to be expected with the location being so central. I was there on a. Friday night and I could hear music until 3:00am. I was not sure if all the noise was coming from outside or if the music was coming from the neighbouring room, since in the morning there was loud music coming from the next room. The bed was very comfortable and yet I had difficulty sleeping because the bed in this small room is squeezed in between the wall and the window, making it feel very claustrophobic.

Besides, the host was very kind and taken care of every need we have, starting from transportation to city guide! • Crawford (10/5): Super nice apartment in old town Sarajevo - This was a great place to stay in Sarajevo, great locations right near the strip of bars and walking distance to everything in old town. The windows were also very well insulated so the apartment was extremely quiet at night. The apartment is almost brand new so all of the amenities were very nice. The bed was comfortable and the AC kept up with the heat (it was over 90F when we were there) Had to pay in cash for the apartment so make sure you have small bills to get the exact amount (this is is a booking.com issue not the hosts fault).
