My interaction with the owner, o my goodness he is so rude.We did slip up on our part and did not see the message about the breakage deposit. He phoned me and was so rude.It was our fault, but it was no reason to be so rude.Marcia, on the other hand, was not sure what her job was because she was just as rude. People who work with other people should have people skills to communicate with the public, I don't think they should work with people. Never have anyone shouted and spoke to me the way he did. There is no way to get down to the beach inside the premises. you have to go outside the premises to get to the beach. In the apartment, there is no information book that tells you the WiFi password and all the stuff you need to know, we had to ask her for everything and was met with short clipped answers. Malcolm, I really hope never to interact with you again.You have no idea what the word hospitality and respect means.

- Jay (6/5): - Close to and view of the beach. Rooms are a decent size. Communication wasn't that great, lighting needs an update and so does door handles. Based on the price we paid I kinda expected better.

- George (6/5): Pleasant - We were told keys were at security. When we got there our apartment number was wrong. We had to go to the supervisor of the complex to find out where the keys were and were told that we were booked into another flat. Better locks on the balcony doors as 1 door could not lock and on anther door the lock was loose.
