• Johanna (1/5): - Lage Boiler defekt, FI immer aktiviert und Strom ausgefallen. Es wurde ein Elektriker versprochen, der nie kam. Bett knarrt maximal laut. Kasten ist schief. Gardarobenaufhänger fallen heraus. Fensterläden kaputt. Boden bei Dusche feucht, schmutzig. Keine Kaffeetaps. Kühlschrank mit ständigen Stromausfälle nicht zu verwenden. Kein Überzug für die dicke Decke - sehr unhygienisch.
• Piera (4/5): - Non mi piace dare recensioni negative ma qui ci sono stata tirata x i capelli. Al nostro arrivo, 16 del pomeriggio, la stanza non era stata fatta, non è bello entrare e trovare ancora tutto all'aria. Abbiamo aspettato il tipo delle pulizie con le valigie sulle scale. Il pavimento non è stato lavato e la ventola in bagno era strapiena di polvere. Oltre a questo disagio non c'era corrente, abbiamo alzato il salvavita e siamo usciti. Al nostro rientro ancora niente corrente, il salvavita non stava su, eravamo al buio e al. Freddo. Comunichiamo con la struttura che ci dice che il pronto intervento non sarebbe arrivato. A quel punto iniziamo a studiare il problema e scopriamo che se stacchiamo lo scalda acqua la corrente c'è. Abbiamo luce ma non acqua calda. Il giorno dopo siamo dovuti rientrare perché arrivava elettricità, che si è fermato solo pochi minuti senza risolvere il problema. Mi dispiace ma noi ci siamo trovati proprio male. La suite è molto carina e situata in una buona posizione, ma la trascuratezza di parecchi particolari rendono il soggiorno poco gradevole.

• Guest (6/5): - La stanza era pulita e in ordine. La zona è tranquilla e sono presenti diversi bar e locali. Il centro è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. La stanza è piccola ma per due persone è perfetta. Il wi-fi è buono e la tv ha diverse piattaforme streaming. Ho contattato i proprietari per chiedere informazioni riguardo un pagamento che non mi risultava andato a buon fine e per chiedere dell'orario del check-in. Dopo giorni di attesa ho provato a chiamarli sul numero indicato nella prenotazione e anche in quel caso nessuna risposta. Dopo giorni a chiamare e mandare messaggi, mi hanno risposto e anche in quel caso mi hanno detto che era il numero sbagliato, dandomene un altro. Per quanto il soggiorno sia stato tranquillo questa mancata comunicazione prima di arrivare non è stata piacevole. Nonostante la macchina del caffè e il bollitore fossero presenti, non sono presenti cialde o infusi da utilizzare. Inoltre, la prima sera ho utilizzato Netflix e il giorno dopo invece mi diceva che non era più disponibile. Una delle finestre affaccia su un tetto ed era rotta. Sia armadio che ganci all'ingresso sono rotti.
• Saida (9/5): Bella Verona e brava Veronetta! - L'emplacement et la tranquillité du logement, qui est tres proche du centre historique dans un quartier sympa . La gentillesse de la gérante, qui a répondu à toutes mes questions et même a fait un appel video pour me guider à l'arrivée de l'appartement. C'est juste un petit souhait, si possible mettre quelques assiettes également dans le coin café. Sera simple pour manger des fruits ou un petit gâteau, par exemple.
• Terri (8/5): Good stay - Good size unit, clean and comfortable. Convenient to old town. Downside is that you only get the details at 3pm, so can't check in your luggage if you arrive earlier. There is also an issue where some of the contact details on the booking aren't for the right person.
• Akualin (6/5): Para una noche Ok. - Ubicación cerca del centro histórico. Decoración agradable. Habitación amplia. Falta de mantenimiento, ventana estropeada, armario a punto de caerse, taza del WC desatornillada, ventilador del baño muy sucio con un ruido molesto y pomo de la puerta de entrada desencajado. Edificio muy viejo. Cajones de la cama con toallas sucias y trastos diversos. Ni una cápsula de café. No te envían los datos del check in hasta las 15h del día en el que entras, esto causa inseguridad y debes estar pendiente de escribirles. Te mandan un enlace para el pago de la tasa, has de preguntar si esto es o no un fraude para asegurarte.

Avísamos que llegariamos sobre las 6 o 7 de la tarde, y hasta el mismo día a las 3pm no nos enviaron las indicaciones para la recogida de llaves, cosa que nos tuvo un poco nerviosos hasta ese momento...pero al final todo genial

• Dumitru (10/5): . - perfectly positioned, its 12’ walk to Casa di Giulietta, 5’ from Giardino Giusti and 2 stations away w a bus from Castelo San Pietro Everything you need is at your disposal, including toothpaste, a steam iron, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer and other hygiene products. When youll open the windows you will see the most beautiful garden that is hidden away from the city. The thingie that heats the water up is a bit small, u need to hurry up a bit when washing ur hair
