We booked extra nights to soak it all up! Perfectly scripted service, attention to detail, great food and drinks under the stars, enough facilities to relax and unwind with your teenage children after a hectic tour of Rajasthan, comfy beds, roof top pool sunset… what more do you want? And the stunning interiors and collection at Junagarh Fort with guide Shailendra Jittu was a great history lesson into Bikaner’s past and future! We are so glad we stayed in Bikaner and it’s only just over an hour to fly to Dehli. nothing

The pool is so nice but needs more shaded areas for during the day. We also got massages there which were just wonderful. Overall we loved our stay here and would return. Pool area needed covered area for shade. Food is also quite expensive here.

• Ricky (10/5): Resplendent and historic hotel in Bikaner - This was an exceptional and par excellence hotel property for our stay. Everything was immaculate- the gorgeous interior decor, the wonderful hospitality of the entire staff, the comfortable rooms with every minute detail taken into account and of course the historical nature of the property. It was truly once in a lifetime kind of experience.

• Javed (8/5): Good Staff Good Ambiance Good Vibe - Architecture Ambiance Front Office Staff charged us 4000 plus for a child which was fair but on return staying at the property I paid extra with Child and when we asked for an extra bed they said it will be chargeable. Which was not fair on their part. Also I had a higher category room booked but the receptiontionist told us we were being upgraded into that higher category which she realized later that we had paid for that category room.
• Julia (10/5): - Uns hat wirklich alles sehr gut gefallen. Das Frühstück war toll, es gab so viel Auswahl und alles war sehr lecker. Das Personal war so freundlich und es wurde einem alles an den Tisch gebracht. Auch das Abendessen war sehr lecker und das Personal sehr aufmerksam. Das Zimmer war sehr groß und es gab alles was man benötigt. Es war sauber und ruhig und das Bett bequem aber sehr weich. Die Dachterrasse mit Pool war toll, wir haben viele Stunden dort verbracht. Das einzige was fehlt sind Sonnenschirme. Der kleine Innenhof war auch super schön und gemütlich. Das Hotel ist einfach super schön und hat Charme, für mich war es mit das beste Hotel, in dem ich bisher war. Das gesamte Personal ist einfach großartig und man kann sich dort nur wohlfühlen ❤️😀

• Peter (10/5): An impeccably maintained heritage property with exceptional hospitality and a beautifully curated atmosphere. - Our stay at Narendra Bhawan was exceptional. The staff were warm, attentive and genuinely helpful from the moment we arrived. Nothing felt forced or overly formal, just thoughtful hospitality delivered with ease. The presentation of the hotel is sensational. The décor, design detail and overall ambiance create a refined and immersive experience that feels both historic and contemporary. In four trips to India, staying in a mix of four and five star hotels, this was by far the cleanest and most impeccably maintained property we have experienced. Every space felt polished, cared for and perfectly managed. The hotel’s support in helping us explore Bikaner was also outstanding. The coordination of cars and drivers was seamless, making it effortless to visit the fort and the old city without stress. The team clearly takes pride in the entire guest experience, not just the stay itself. There was very little to fault. If anything, it would be hard to improve on what is already being delivered.

I had requested for hard mattress due to back issue and your soft was very uncomfortable. But hard mattress was unstable.

• David (10/5): Stunning property. - This property is simply stunning. We booked a "regimental room" but were given a free upgrade to the "republic suite" - the top category. I would have been very happy with the room we booked, but the republic suite was absolutely fantastic. Really stylish, clean and comfortable. Very good heating, which is essential in Rajasthan in January!! The hotel is a destination in itself, with history all around. The meal in "Pearls and Chiffon" was expensive by Indian standards, but exceptionally good quality and the staff were excellent. The music played on the terrace was brilliant and really added to the elegance of the place. Nothing - and it is very rare for me to say that about a hotel!!

• Meena (9/5): Interesting boutique property with great service - The hotel is a heritage property, so it's more about ambience & service than mod-cons. For example, though the interiors are kept very dark, it's fun to wander around and explore the contents of the display cases and the decor elements. Service is very good, to the standard of most Indian five-star hotels. The 2 resident golden retrievers are fabulous. Stained floor tiles in our room and a leaky shower stall that soaked the bath mat Over-zealous reception staff who kept calling to offer taxi and tour options when we were asleep.

Il personale è altamente qualificato e professionale, soprattutto lo staff della ristorazione. Ristorante di alto livello e colazione a buffet superlativa in qualità e varietà. Rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente. La camera (almeno la mia che era una standard) non è all’altezza dello standard dell’hotel e non rapportata alla bellezza degli spazi comuni. É un po’ spartana e anche il bagno potrebbe essere curato meglio.

• Thiago (10/5): Incredible in every way - The hotel is absolutely stunning - from the architecture of the building to the decor and multiple personal items of the former maharaja, everything has been carefully thought to recreate the atmosfera of the palace when the maharaja still lived here. Staff and food are among the best in India.

We also enjoyed having dinner at the restaurant, very good food and nice ambience. Special mention for all the staff right from the check in till check out, everyone have smile on their face and always very attentive and helpful. I must mention the name of Yunis who was supporting with our luggage at the time of check out, I was really overwhelmed by his concern because at the time of check out around 9.30 am, it was too foggy and the visibility was almost zero. I had to drive to Jaipur airport to catch our flight to depart at 6.25 pm but Yunis requested me to wait for a couple of hours till the fog clears, since we did not had enough time so had to leave immediately. One of my best stays since long time and would surely come back again.. Nothing in fact, just perfect !!!

We loved the characterful decoration in the hotel charting the life of the previous owner the Maharaja of Bikaner. The food was delicious. We particularly enjoyed the chat station at breakfast which allowed you to sample a different street food each day. The buffet breakfast was very extensive. Evening meals were eaten outside on the terrace infront of the hotel. We really enjoyed the vibe of the terrace. Patio heaters were welcome at that time of year. There’s a small infinity pool on the roof top from which to see the sunset and enjoy a drink. Overall it was a most enjoyable stay and represented excellent value for money. Nothing

Room was very spacious and beautiful. The property by itself is excellent. Das gesamte Personal war extrem aufmerksam, hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Hotel selbst war liebevoll bis ins kleinste Detail durchdacht. Wir bekamen ein kostenloses Zimmerupgrade auf ein bereits erhaltenes Upgrade. Es war absolut märchenhaft, luxuriös und edel. Der Pool war prima und auch hier gab es tolles Personal. Das Essen (sowohl Abendessen als auch Frühstück) war außergewöhnlich gut. Wir wären nur allzu gerne länger geblieben und hätten noch mehr Annehmlichkeiten des Hotels genutzt.
