• John (8/5): A very nice short stay, with good views, and a clean and comfortable apartment. - The location is excellent, though if arriving from the city centre, there is a steep hill to climb. There are also many uneven stone steps up to the apartment, it was OK for us, but might be good to warn others. The apartment was very clean and tidy, and the instructions and advice were clear and useful. The second bedroom has a quite small "double" bed, not ideal for us.

Top level with views from the balcony of some of Inverness. Nothing really. Lugging suitcases up the stairs but that's basically everywhere in the UK!

• Matteo (10/5): Un appartamento delizioso - Un appartamento delizioso, curato in ogni dettaglio con ottimo gusto. La posizione è perfetta: si raggiunge il centro in 5 minuti pur essendo in una zona molto silenziosa e tranquilla e la vista è spettacolare. Seduti su una delle seggiole del balcone è un piacere godersi il tramonto. la casa è dotata di ogni confort. L'host è stato molto gentile e disponibile ma tutto è indicato con chiarezza all'interno dell'appartamento. Lo ricorderemo con molto piacere!
• Noemí (9/5): - Está muy muy céntrico. Desde el principio Laurie nos explicó el funcionamiento del apartamento y las normativas, hubo muy buena comunicación. En general todo genial. Las escaleras del edificio son estrechas y con maletas es algo complicado subirlas.

• Breeding (10/5): All considered it was a great place with a great view and well located near shops and restaurants. - It had a wonderful view of the city, especially at sundown. It was well located to easily get to shops (though it was a long climb back up to get to the apartment again). The rooms were spacious and classy. I didn't like the stairwell to get up to the top floor, but there is not much the owner could do about that. I wish there was a clothes dryer, but then again, that doesn't seem to be a thing in the UK at any of these B&B. I was glad, however, to have access to an outside communal clothes line. I was surprised that it didn't have a microwave.

Property was beautiful and quirky Not a problem for us but no TV. Outside festoon lights never went on. We didn’t need them just wanted to see what they were like

• Martin (9/5): A very cosy and well-kept place! - Wonderful kitchen and cosy living room. Nice spacious bedrooms, with comfy beds, cupboard and drawers. Clean bathrooom. Free parking, but make sure to stay only on the street. Avoid the private (and un-marked) parkering next to a house further down the street. There is no elevator, and the steps to the third floor can be a bit challenging while carrying suitcases.

• Jayant (8/5): Very good - I like location as its close to centre. Its difficult to find the house and you need to take steps to reach 2 floor. Its difficult with family so you need elevator access or mention in the details

It was clear this was someone's home that they cared for and there were lots of lovely little touches. Very quiet street / neighbours with handy permit parking right in front.

• Donna-marie (9/5): Superb - Absolutely loved our stay. Incredibly quiet despite being in the heart of the city. Super comfortable beds and bedding. Just a brilliant home away from home. This was a weekend with just me and my mum. Perfect is an understatement, it was clean, super quiet, well equipped, and the bedding was to die for. We will be back! Not a deal breaker or negative in any way, and owner references it in the property guide, but there is a knack to flushing the loo! Flush, and then give the button a short, sharp prod - it stops the cistern from constantly refilling and the pipes from banging!
• Stefano (10/5): A must stay in Inverness! - The flat was beautifuly done, felt like a home more than a rental. The location is right in the center. With the stove on it makes such a cozy atmosphere. The kitchen is equipped for anything you can think abour.
• Paul (6/5): Good for a couple with one car, two cars would need planning. - Close to amenities. Well presented and furnished. Warm and cosy. Very good internet. Only one parking badge, this caused a real headache as nowhere nearby allowed paid parking longer than 3 hours. The flat below playing music early and loudly. The stairwell stinks. No TV. Back yard is a rubbish dump.

• Vijai (10/5): Home away from home. - It’s a beautiful home, well kept and beautifully maintained. A home away from home, which is exactly what one needs when on holiday. Lovely view, and the owner took communication to another level of efficiency! Inverness was cold that evening, but the home was a warm and toasty refuge. Well - no microwave or dishwasher, not that it made any difference and if I HAVE to be picky.

OUTSIDE "GARDEN" OVERGROWN AND DIRTY ! ..MOUNTAIN VIEW TO HILLS NON EXISTENT .. STAIRS WINDING.. OLD AND DIRTY WITH CIGARETTE BUTTS PILED UP .. WENT TO A HOTEL AT OUR EXPENSE. OWNER REFUSES TO REFUND 50% STILL LISTED DESPITE BOOKING .COM INSISTING IT WILL BE REMOVED.

• Li (10/5): Very comfortable stay, we wished to stay longer if having opportunity again. - Very good, we liked the cozy beds and warm living room and big kitchen，my daughter especially liked the guitar. Also the washing machine helped us a lot. It’s better to have a TV，and we realized too late no salt though a lot of sugar in the kitchen:).

• Daniel (10/5): Great location and beautiful apartment! - Although, we didn't go out at night becuase it was very cold and rainy, we did love the location with it's proximity to the old town. Also loved the layout of the apartment. It gave us and our boys plenty of room. We made dinner the one night we stayed there, which was a nice break from spending so much money on dinners the previous two weeks. The place was well furnished and we also took advantage of the washing machine. Very nice bathroom and comfy beds and living room. The toilet makes some loud noises when refilling and you sometimes have to jiggle the handle to get it to stop. Would be nice to have a microwave.
