• ElenaBarrau (5/5): ACEPTABLE - Todo estaba muy limpio, la habitación daba al exterior con un pequeño balcón. El alojamiento estaba en el barrio mas sucio de Nápoles. La habitación estaba al lado de recepción y la puerta de entrada por lo que se oía todo cuando los clientes llegaban o se iban, cuando tocaban al timbre,... Ambas noches oímos el timbre de la puerta de entrada, por lo que nos desveló. No volveremos.

Desde el primer momento, el personal nos hizo sentir bienvenidos, siempre atentos y dispuestos a ayudar con cualquier detalle. El alojamiento está situado en un barrio increíble, en pleno corazón de Nápoles, literalmente en el centro de todo: cerca de los principales monumentos, el puerto, las calles más animadas y una gran variedad de restaurantes y tiendas. No podríamos haber elegido una ubicación mejor. Las habitaciones son amplias, limpias y decoradas con mucho gusto, combinando el encanto histórico del edificio con un toque moderno y elegante. Todo está pensado para garantizar comodidad y descanso.

• Regula (9/5): Perfekt gelegene und herzlich betreute, moderne Unterkunft - Super Aufenthalt! Unkompliziertes Check-in und -out. Das Zimmer top sauber, mit prima Betten, modern und ganz neu mit schönem Bad. Bei offenem Fenster ist es etwas laut vom Corso Umberto, aber die Fenster schliessen perfekt und die Klimaanlage ist leise und funktioniert prima. Wir haben super geschlafen. Super gelegen mitten im Zentrum und 200 m zur Metrostation Università. Altstadt und spanisches Viertel kann man auch zu Fuss gut erreichen. Tolle und sehr herzliche Betreuung und Hilfe bei allen Fragen. Vielen Dank, es war wunderschön! Nicht erschrecken, der Hauseingang ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber sobald man auf der Etage vin Dimora ist, ist alles prima.

Un vrai plaisir de pouvoir se prélasser au retour d'une journée sur Pompéi. Gare principale a 20min à pied facilement accessible.

Поруч багато атмосферних закладів в яких можна скуштувати смачну піцу, пасту та напої. Центр міста в 10 хвилинах легкої ходи, можна насолодитись шопінгом, також поруч порт з якого відправляються катера та можна відправитись на мальовничі Амаліфі або Позітано. Приємним бонусом був балкон, який додавав атмосфери.

O quarto era confortável, silencioso e equipado com tudo o que precisei para descansar bem. Apesar da localização central, o ambiente é muito tranquilo e silencioso, ideal para relaxar depois de um dia a passear pela cidade. Os serviços são de ótima qualidade e a equipe sempre atenciosa. Easy simple and secure instructions to enter the building (my arrival was in the evening). Very comfortable room and bed. Lots of fresh and fluffy towels. Friendly helpful staff, perfect location. I will definitely stay again. The also went out of their way to supply an iron for me and my crinkled clothes. My only complaint would be there were paper cups for drinks, not glasses. Given how much water and cups of tea we make and drink (and wine) I could have done with a reusable cup/glass.

La climatisation nous a vraiment sauvés de la chaleur, et plusieurs produits pour le bain et l’hygiène sont offerts. Malgré l’animation de la rue, une fois la fenêtre fermée, le calme est total. Everyday cleaning and smooth check-in, the staff was available at any time. The street is very dirty and noisy. Thers should be an equipment for spread out the wet towels and swimming dress.

There are two metro stations less than 5 minutes away. Perfect place if you plan a lot of travelling around Naples. Spotless place and lovely very kind staff. All was great.
• Oksana (10/5): Comfortable stay for reasonable price - The location is convenient - close to the old town, the place looks well maintained and technologically advanced, the room was spacious, comfortable and very quiet, I had a good rest due to a huge bed and very comfortable pillows; the staff is super friendly, caring and helpful; the check-in in after hours was arranged perfectly with clear instructions on how to get in; the premises are very clean, and complimentary coffee & tea is a nice bonus, too. It would be good to have a complimentary bottle of water and some body lotion.

The location is easily accessible by public transport, and it's a perfect spot to relax and recharge between exploring the city's sights and activities. At first, it was a bit difficult to find the right location, as the directions were a bit tricky. However, once we arrived, everything went smoothly.

• Lucaloca (9/5): Outstanding Service and Perfect Location in Naples! - Despite my flight being delayed, the hotel staff went above and beyond by waiting for me to check in, which was a huge relief after a long day of travel. Their warm welcome set the tone for the rest of my stay. They have the BEST staff! The location of the hotel is unbeatable—right in the heart of Naples! It’s within walking distance of so many amazing restaurants, historic sites, and lively streets. Just be aware that it's a less than 20 min drive from the airport so you shouldn't need to pay more than €30 or maybe even €25 for taxis (speaking as someone who was ripped off by a taxi driver...) Can't think of anything we didn't like, but the only thing worth mentioning is that the room was a bit small but it was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped with all the essentials.

Central location on a very busy street with shops and cafes, but still OK sleeping due to good soundproof windows. The coffee machine in the room was for me more of an asset than a potential breakfast (not included). And the most important thing for me personally when on travel - bidet shower. If I come back to Napoli I would stay there again.

Amazing cheap pizza place opposite. New modern decor. Shower takes a minute to heat up but hot and powerful. Lots of amenities. USB/USB-C, Europe and Italian plug sockets. A/C works. Was told the wifi router wasn’t working well but I had no issues. The poor cleaning really put me off. There were hair shavings all around the sink, dust above the bed and lamps, an unknown mark on the bed throw, little bugs and coffee splashes on the shelf/table. The lady on the desk was so kind and apologetic but it is not acceptable for the price and a very easy fix. It is not really a hotel. It is like a common building, you need to enter up to the 3rd floor and then you arrive. Not a 24h reception desk like a hotel. Quite difficult to find from the street at first

Also, the building is on a busy street but the sound-proofing of the windows is great, so we barely noticed any noise unless there was an emergency vehicle. I definitely recommend staying here!

The area is peaceful and quiet, perfect for walking trips. The service is outstanding, super friendly, and helpful. I highly recommend it.
