• AYŞE GÜL (5/5): Temizlik konusunda başarılı olduğunu söyeleyemem - Konumu merkeze ve güzel mekanlara yakındı, yatak rahattı. Tesis genel olarak temiz olmaktan çok uzaktı, banyo giderinde bir önceki konaklamadan kaynaklı olduğunu düşündüğümüz saçlar vardı, banyo lavabosunun yanında kirli bir diş fırçası ve mutfakta kirli bulaşık mevcuttu. Evde genel olarak yoğun bir sigara kokusu mevcuttu, kaliteli nefes almak mümkün değildi.

Das Badezimmer war nicht sauber (Müll des Vorgängers nicht geleert, Haare überall im Bad, dreckiges Waschbecken), Putzutensilien lagen im Badezimmer sowie ein dreckiger Aschenbecher.

• Kristine Skovmand (5/5): Horrible cleanliness - but great location and friendly owner. - Amazing location and friendly owner. For the price it was OK. Mold everywhere in the bathroom! Ceilings and shower wall were especially bad. Bathroom ventilator was full of dust. There was also a strong sewage smell in the bathroom that made us nauseous. Shower was bad quality. If you have sensitive lungs, do NOT stay here as the mold was everywhere on the ceiling and in the walls of the bathroom. Lastly, there is a strong cigarette smell everywhere in the apartment, and we found an ashtray on the windowsill, despite being advertised as No Smoking property. So it is most definitely a smoking property- again do not stay here if you have sensitive lungs.

Muebles rotos, utensilios sucios, sabanas diferentes entre ellas. Parecía una habitación hecha con sobras de mobiliario, utensilios, sabanas, toallas, etc.....

• Tadili (10/5): - l'appartamneto era situato in una posizione super cnetrale alla cita,vicinissmo alla piazza principale,tutto cio di cui avveamo bisogno era dentro l'appartamneto,e abbiamo trovato tutto pulito anche asciugamani e cusicni extra pronti,ci siamo troviati benissimo tornenro sicurmante pultroppo la nostro arrivo abbiamo dovuto aspettare un po prima di entrare in casa in quanto non abbiamo ricevuto indicazioni su come entrare e dove torvare il codie e il contatto su booking non rispondevano in alcun modo,solo dopo circa 20 min ho deciso di inseririe il nuemro su whtasaap e chiamare il numero,ch epero non mi ha ripsosto e mi ha invitao unaltro numero da conttattare e solo dopo circa 30 min siamo riusicti ad entrare a casa,per cui consiglierii di dare le credenziali di accesso per messaggio prima dell'arrivo degli ospiti cosiche al loro arrivo non ci sinao attese spiacievoli.

• MERYEM ZEHRA EMRECAN (6/5): Konum çok rahat her yere yakın ama temiz değil. Güzel kokular gelmiyor. Her yeri tekrar ben temizlemek zorunda kaldım. Ö - Konumu gerçekten çok iyi. İskenderbey meydanından dümdüz yürümeniz yeterli cadde üzerinde bir çok mağazayı görebilirsiniz. Odada sinmiş bir koku var ve asla gitmedi. Sigara resmen içeriye hapsedilmiş gibiydi. Klima çok ses yapıyordu. Mutfakta yeterli eşya yoktu ve temiz değildi. Duşta ciddi bir gider sorunu var tüm banyoya su yayılıyor ve çek çekle ha bire çekmeniz gerekiyor. Ödemeyi almadıklarına dair bir yanlış anlaşılma yaşandı. Bu bizi çok mutsuz etti. Ve ispatlamak için uğraştık. Ödemeyi yaparken fotoğraf çekmenizi tavsiye ederiz.

• Naliton (7/5): - Gostei da localização e o apartamento é bom Não estava muito limpo, teve problema com a luz do banheiro que não funcionou, entrei em contato com dono, porém só ajeitou no outro dia, tomamos banho no escuro, além disso a água não estava descendo no ralo do banheiro e alagou todo o banheiro até a cozinha, inclusive veio água do apartamento do lado para o nosso, a internet também foi bem ruim e o pior tem um cheiro horrível de cigarro no apartamento tão forte que incomodou muito.

Attention les plats oû il y a les prix sont affichés c c est bien . La oû il n y a pas les prix ... fuyez .. Dommage ... c’était pratique .. .et le propietaire du logement n’a rien a voir avec le restaurant mais .... cela mérite de prévenir les touristes....

• Csaba1980 (9/5): Legjobb kokáció - Ár-érték arányban egy rendkívül jó szállás, tökéletes a lokáció, központban van, közel a tömegközlekedés. Reggeliző helyek miatt nem kell aggódni mert egy tucatja kínálja a lehetőségeket. Innen Durres sincs messze mivel buszokkal könnyedén eljutottunk oda, vagy a Dajti Ekspreshez. Teljes megelégedetség, mert mindenhez közel vagy. Számtalan étterem, piac fog elvarázsolni. A replő későn indult és a csomagot is ott lehet hagyni az apartmanban. Kirándulóbarát hely. Nem volt
• Gabriela (6/5): Vale solo per il prezzo pagato e la vicinanza al centro. - Siamo stati al piano terra nell'appartamento a destra. La zona è tranquilla e molto centrale, a 5 minuti a piede dalla piazza Skanderbeg. Non abbiamo visto l'host che ha chiesto di lasciare i soldi sul tavolo, quindi non è possibile pagare con carta. La camera da letto è al piano superiore collegata da una scala a chiocciola. Non consigliamo di arrivare in auto perché i vicoli dove passare sono davvero strettissimi. Vale solo per il prezzo pagato e la vicinanza al centro. Le fotografie sono da quando gli appartamenti sono stati ristrutturati, ad oggi è tutto molto trascurato, sporco e con molta umidità. Sarebbe consigliabile mettere una tenda più spessa per la finestra nella camera, ogni mattina alle 6 ci si sveglia col sole. Nonostante ci sia la cucina non c'è tutto il necessario per cucinare. C'era soltanto una sedia nel tavolo da pranzo. La doccia si allaga facilmente.

La prima volta siamo stati al piano terra nell'appartamento a destra che è carino, questa volta ci hanno dato l'appartamento al piano terra a sinistra ed è davvero deludente. La zona è tranquilla e molto centrale, a 5 minuti a piede dalla piazza Skanderbeg. Non abbiamo visto l'host che ha chiesto di lasciare i soldi sul tavolo, quindi non è possibile pagare con carta. La camera da letto è al piano superiore collegata da una scala a chiocciola. Non consigliamo di arrivare in auto perché i vicoli dove passare sono davvero strettissimi. Le fotografie sono da quando gli appartamenti sono stati ristrutturati, ad oggi è tutto molto trascurato, sporco e con molta umidità. Sarebbe consigliabile mettere una tenda più spessa per la finestra nella camera, ogni mattina alle 6 ci si sveglia col sole. Nonostante ci sia la cucina non c'è tutto il necessario per cucinare. La doccia si allaga facilmente. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo scritto l'host per comunicare che la luce del soggiorno/cucina non funzionava il che ci detto che sarebbe passato a vedere il giorno dopo, quindi soggiornando solo un giorno siamo stati al buoi tutta la notte. Poi il telecomando della televisione non aveva le batterie, per cui non abbiamo potuto vedere la tv.

• Jadin (1/5): Chambres d'étudiants, minable! Dysfonctionnements nombreux - Il faut admettre que la situation est bonne si on ne vient pas en voiture. Plein centre ville, et à une dizaine de minutes de la gare des bus vers l'aéroport Les apparts d'Andi c'est son business. Il y en a plusieurs et ils ressemblent plutôt à des chambres pour étudiants. Arrivée à 22h : le frigo ne marche pas, la cuisinière non plus et surtout pas de lumière dans la chambre et le couloir. Par message Andi propose un autre appart ; vu l'heure et la situation....on ne peut dire que ok. Le second appart: pas de cuisine, le frigo ne marche pas, pas de divan : une chambre et une salle de bain minable et pas très propre. Andi nous dira que pour ce prix là, on doit s'estimer heureux. D'autres appartements semblent mieux , mais tous sont au même prix peu importe les commodités et leur état... Peut-être les jeunes en mode "roots" apprécieront, mais nous on vous les déconseille. Tout se fait par code et message, argent sur la table !

• alessia (9/5): tutto bene - la struttura è facile da trovare, si trova in un buon punto, vicino ad un famoso risto andato virale su tiktok, zona tranquilla e curata, super consigliata perché molto centrale. la struttura è accogliente e pulita e contiene tutto il necessario, quindi consiglio per brevi soggiorni. alcune piccolezze da far notare è l’assenza di un qualcosa esterno alle finestre che impedisca alla luce di entrare in stanza, e il fatto che il nostro balcone non si chiudesse completamente. l’unica “pecca” negativa è che solitamente le informazioni per il check-in dovrebbero essere mandate in anticipo, non il giorno stesso quando gli ospiti sono già in struttura e non riescono a contattare gli host

• Nabil (7/5): Pratique pour visiter Tirana. Beaucoup des choses à améliorer. - Proche de centre ville de Tirana. Pas de balcon. Pas de canapé ou une table à manger. Nous étions obligé de se mettre par terre pour boire un verre et manger. La salle de bain avec beaucoup de moisissures et taches d'humidité. Le matelas ne pas confortable.
