Mais bon, il suffit de demander pour que cela change. - La terrasse et les tables auraient bien besoin d'être nettoyées plus régulièrement.

• Mouataz (5/5): Séjour décevant en raison du bruit et du manque de transparence sur la chambre. - La terrasse est agréable et constitue un vrai point positif de l’établissement. Chambre au rez-de-chaussée, juste à côté de la réception, avec des nuisances sonores (sonnette, passages). Présence de moustiques rendant les nuits inconfortables. Chambre propre (la meilleure disponible en bas), mais manque de transparence sur son emplacement lors de la réservation.
• Hannah (3/5): Der Aufenthalt war sehr merkwürdig. - Die Unterkunft hatte eine nette Dachterasse. Zuerst waren wir in einem Zimmer ohne Fenster. Am zweiten Abend kamen wir zurück und all unsere Sachen waren weg. Sie wurden ausversehen in ein anderes Zimmer gebracht. Dieses war zwar besser aber es wurde eine Woche lang nicht geputzt/Müll entsorgt. Die Dusche ist immer übergelaufen. Allgemein ist es auch Nachts sehr laut gewesen. Frühstücken konnten wir dort leider nicht, weil uns Obst/Joghurt verweigert wurde und trotz Zöliakie Brot gebracht wurde. Auch haben wir am letzten Abend gesehen, dass dort andere Gäste ein großes Abendessen gebucht haben. Dass dies überhaupt möglich ist, wurde uns leider nicht mitgeteilt. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr seltsam und wurde einen Tag vor unserer Abreise alle entlassen und ersetzt.

• Sergio Fernando Deporte (9/5): Conhecendo Marrakech - O local fica próximo da Plaza Jamaa el Fna, onde concentram-se alimentação, entretenimento e compras. Fácil localização e transportes. Souks muito movimentados, verdadeiros labirintos. Fomos recepcionados pelo Faissal que nos proporcionou excelentes momentos, auxiliando em todo o necessário, desde indicações, onde comer, onde comprar, trajetos, apoio e suporte. Um anfitrião perfeito. Amina gentilmente prepara o café da manhã, com paciência e empatia. Ao lhe agradecer a refeição feita com amor, explicou que o café da manhã é nossa primeira refeição e deve ser tomado com amor. E isso transforma o dia da gente né?
• Anna (7/5): Gutes Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis! - Gute Lage etwas abseits vom großen Trubel - ich fand es aber besonders bei Ankunft und Abreise angenehm, nicht durch die Medina irren zu müssen. Direkt am Tor (Bab Ksiba), ich habe es gut gefunden! Vom Flughafen habe ich einfach ein normales Taxi genommen, damit kommt man ein bisschen günstiger als der angebotene Transfer. Faycal und die anderen Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett und bemüht. Ich konnte mich jederzeit mit Fragen und Anliegen melden und wir hatten nette Gespräche. Schöne Dachterrasse und ich habe mehrmals frischen Mint Tea bekommen :-) Insgesamt war das Preis-Leistungs- Verhältnis sehr gut! In anderen Riads zahlt man teilweise deutlich mehr. Bei Ankunft wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass die Unterkunft überbucht ist, das war für mich als alleinreisende Frau leider sehr unschön (vor allem nach einer längeren Anreise, wenn man müde und hungrig ist). Faycal hat aber nach einiger Zeit erfolgreich eine Alternative organisiert für die erste Nacht. Während meiner Zeit in Marrakesh hat es leider mehrmals sehr stark geregnet und im Zimmer gab es leider feuchte Flecken an der Decke (das Problem hatte ich bei einem anderen Riad in Marrakesh ebenfalls). Das Frühstück ist gut, könnte aber etwas mehr sein (siehe Foto). Vermutlich aber auch eher persönliche Vorliebe, ich frühstücke gerne.

Merci à notre hôte de nous avoir proposé ABDOU pour nous conduire très tot à l'aéroport. On regrettera le café et l'omelette qui avaient été proposés la veille mais qui ne sont jamais venus.....C'est pas grave. Ce sera l'occasion de revenir.

• Aurora (10/5): - Acabo de volver de un viaje a Marrakech y tuve la suerte de alojarme en un riad maravilloso. Desde el primer momento todo fue perfecto: el lugar lleno de encanto, tranquilidad y ese ambiente tan especial que tiene Marruecos. Pero lo mejor, sin duda, fue el trato humano. Faisal, Nazar y Amina hicieron que la estancia fuera aún más especial. Siempre atentos, amables y dispuestos a ayudar en todo, con una sonrisa y una hospitalidad increíble. Gracias a ellos me sentí como en casa. Además, Faisal vino con nosotras un grupo de amigas al desierto y pasamos un día espectacular, una experiencia inolvidable que hizo el viaje aún más especial. Un lugar al que sin duda volvería y que recomiendo a cualquiera que visite Marrakech. ¡Una experiencia fantástica! No me gusto que el tiempo a volado muy rapido🥲

• Elena (7/5): Good value for money - Hotel management was always open to accommodate any requests and we had a good communication the whole time. Luckily, there was no unpleasant smell in the room, as some previous guests have described. The breakfast was excellent and was cooked by the staff even though it was during Ramadan. Many thanks to the wonderful people! The towels were extremely small (face towels) and the bedsheets did not smell fresh.

• Maria (8/5): - Os funcionários eram muito atenciosos e ajudaram-nos com várias questões até mesmo porque chegamos muito antes da hora do check in e eles agilizaram muito o processo. A localização era ótima e o espaço era muito bonito, especialmente o terraço. O quarto era um bocado húmido e precisa de alguma manutenção.

Le quartier de la Kasbah très authentique. Plein de restaurants différents à proximité. Et très secure même en tant que femme seule. La chambre du bas juste à côté de l'accueil, ultra sombre et bruyante. Pas de ménage en 5 nuits. La salle de bains régulièrement inondée pour la moindre douche. Pas de lavabo, juste un lave main. Vraiment confort très spartiate mais prix imbattable. Quand on visite toute la journée et qu'on y dort seulement, ça convient.

• Bernard B Osei (10/5): Nice Stay and Great Staff! - - The Staff is awesome!!! very accommodating, helpful, thoughtful, very nice folks; THANK YOU! - Easy access off the taxi drop-off - Shops, Restaurants and eateries just a few mins walking distance - Being inside a Fence Wall around the whole Bab ("city") [i think thats what its called LOL] made me feel a bit secure and looked traditional and authentic Eating breakfast upstairs in the COLD hahahahaha, its was like 40" F you cant eat in your room :(

• HICHAM (8/5): Pour le prix c'est tout à fait correct - Hotel bien situé et proche d'un parking payant à 3 Euros les 24 heures. Propre un bon petit déjeuner compris dans le prix qui est déjà modique. La chambre est sommairement meublée. Pas de penderie ni de garde-robe. Literie peu confortable et il a fait fait froid la nuit. Une couette très mince et une housse de couette et des taies d'oerillers trop vieillots. Ayant réservé pour 3 nuits, je n'en ai passé qu'une seule. Mais, j'ai du payer 2 nuits. Il faut dire que pour le prix, il n'y a pas lieu de faire la fine bouche. La plaque de l'hôtel est invisible sur la devanture. Je suis passé à plusieurs reprises devant l'établissement sans le trouver. Il fallait téléphoner alors que j'étais à quelques pas.

The rooftop breakfast and view were amazing. I'll definitely come back again The toilets don't have a bidet so you might have to buy a portable one just like i did (this is a personal preference tho).

• Timothy (10/5): Quiet, clean, friendly staff, priced well! - Nice location, quiet area, 15 mins from airport and lots of food within 5-10 mins walk. Bed was clean, towels were clean, breakfast was amazing and all staff super friendly. The hinges on the bathroom doors (imagine wild west cowboy movie bar doors) were super strong so was quite the struggle getting in and out. Definitely no big deal tho!
• Fhj65788n8ol (7/5): Good - Everything was nicely decorated and clean. The place is next to the Medina entrance, though it is located not in the very nice part of it. The toilet/bathroom has no door, but some weird saloon -style doors, so it feels like a part of the room. There is no showel curtain as well.

They said it's only customers staying week or more. This reads nowhere while booking and voucher was advertised as included. Booking details are also clear about this. I feel scammed. Going to reclaim this one. * Only burning hot water in bathroom tap. * Blankets smelled like cat urine. * Traffic noises all night along. * No towels at all. Only bathrobe. * Decorative cuts from tree trunks in ceiling and roof that was falling off. Really dangerous. Could hit someone in reception area 3 floors below. * Only salty items in breakfast was the egg boiled extra hard and bread. * Area was quite remote. 1km from action. * Bathroom had no door. That's not problem but instead it had really annoying restaurant kitchen style gate.
