• Arianna (8/5): Nice - Prague 3 is perfect . You are close to the bus station and close to center, avoiding the caos. There is a problem with bathroom. During the night is flashing kinda loudly.
• Charanjeet (1/5): Don't waste your money - Rooms are very Dirty & Unhygienic. Beds are very bad in condition. There are stairs after left which is not good for senior citizens. And more important host would not pickup the phone.

• André (7/5): Good - It had an okay kitchen, not that many pots and pans. But the staff was nice, theres a washing machine and they provide washing pods. One issue, as others have mentioned is the bed. I looked under the matress and a support beam seemed to be missing. If they fix this the matress won't bulge into the middle anymore making it comfortable Beds, see details above.

• Σταυρουλα (5/5): Passable - The location was great. Close to the train and the tram stations. The room was warm. The check in was easy. The beds were uncomfortable. There were not enough towels and toiletries. The room could be cleaner. The blankets could be thicker. The hosts were really polite, but as we arrived in Prague at New Year's Eve they were able to help as with our requests (we asked for an extra set of pillows) only the last of the 3 nights there. Generally, it was too basic, and didn't meet our expectations.
• Jan (7/5): Good - Quite a good calm location, a bottle of wine for welcoming, relatively good equipment Though there were the abovementioned positives, it seemed to us the personnel which takes care of the property is not doing that properly. There was no toilet paper in the restroom, the sheets on the bed were combined with the transition across the bed in the waist position (first time I saw something like that) and the lamellas below the matresses were in an awful condition. Not a good bed to sleep in. A good appartment with a poor care.

A microwave is present along with some basic kitchen essentials. The mattress is very uncomfortable. The apartment isn't the cleanest or newest one, but it's ok for its price.
• Fadwa (10/5): Spr! - Everything was great! The location is excellent, with easy access to transportation, shops, and restaurants. The place was clean, despite some negative reviews mentioning otherwise. There were a few minor issues, but they didn’t affect the overall experience. Communication with the manager was good; they’re always available to offer advice if needed. We will definitely return again! Just one day…

Large comfortable apartment in easy reach of everywhere. Excellent service from staff. They don't moan about who is with you or mess about asking for this or that. And it's cheap. Pay direct for cheaper even Small TV will be good.

• Iman (8/5): Good handling of a rebooking - There was a problem with the apartment, and we got rebooked to a hotel by the owner. The hotel we stayed at was perhaps not as nice as the apartment looked in photos and a bit further away than we would have liked, though the owner made up for it with free complementary breakfast. We only received the notification of the change after it was already check-in time, which was a bit of an inconvenience since we were already in the area of the apartment waiting for check in and then had to take another trip in the opposite direction.
• Krisztina (3/5): Poor - Alex, the manager is very helpful, arrange the early check-in for us, although in another apartment. The apartment wasn't clean, the bedclothes were dirty, as the plates and cutlery also.

• Pavle (4/5): Disappointing accommodation in a great neighborhood - - Apartment is located in a great part of Prague, both in itself and as far as connection to city center and landmarks is concerned. - Apartment is in a safe building, with two code based checkpoints - Apartment does not match the photos. Photos are a collage of multiple apartments and none of the photos match what we got and apartment is more run down than images show. - Bed is very uncomfortable, mattress is too thin and you can feel all the boards beneath it. - Description is incorrect, there is no separate room, as stated. It is actually a studio. - Some amenities that were listed were missing (microwave, coffee machine), some basic stuff that you would expected in an apartment like this is not provided (frying pan, extra towel, laundry detergent, paper towels, trash bag, condiments, tea, coffee...), so expect to go to the supermarket as soon as you arrive. - I wrote to the manager about it, he replied that he will bring us a coffee machine - we never heard from him again. - He did bring us few items (salt , pepper, trash bag..), but he did enter the apartment while we were away, so mixed feelings there. - DO NOT USE THE WASHING MACHINE. It smells like mold and it doesn't work properly, your clothes will come out completely wet and smelling. Wasted money on detergent..
• Celia (9/5): my stay at Savor was excellent and the host was quick in responsing to inquries. - My stay was exceptional. The decor and color choice were inviting and soothing. Cleanliness was exemplary. Being close to town yet quiet was ideal. The room had all amenities; kitchen,laundry, good lighting, storage and bed and the check-in/out process was seamless. Alex was responsive and helpful. Highly recommended. The mattress was not as comfortable as I prefer, and there weren't enough toiletries for a 6-night stay.

• Arne (10/5): Nice apartment close to downtown with everything you need (kitchen, washing machine, ) - Great place close to the city center with everything you need (kitchen, washing machine), moreover offering secure and private parking in the yard. Also perfect place for good sleep, apartments are facing just a small street with only a little traffic Check-in time is quite late with from 3PM, could be at least an hour earlier from 2PM or 1PM to fulfill needs of business traveler

• Ivan (3/5): Not on Booking's quality level. - It's a room. Has a bed. Has a shower. Has a washing machine. Has a fridge. Has a trash bin. The room is in bad shape. Everything is on its bare minimum and screams "cheep". One window was with no curtains at all. The room was hot with no AC. You need to leave a window open for the night if you want to sleep on proper temperature but it makes the noises from the street quite clear. The mattress on the bed was no more than 10 cm tick (or thin) and of the lowest possible quality. The bed itself was 20 cm from the ground (probably good if you want to feel like camping in the wood). The pillows were of the same low quality standard. The floor was not cleaned recently so probably it was supposed to wear our shoes inside which we did not do. The washing machine smells of mold and has a poor centrifuge which brings everything dripping wet. In total not on the level we expected for a Booking offer at all and definitely not worth its price. Maybe suitable only for students with zero expectation... but on a half price at least.

• Kapil (8/5): Good apartment good location but carefully check your booking at the time of payment - The owner of the appartment was very good. Got extra apartment as compensation from the owner. At booking.com, it was showing one bedroom apartment with living room and kitchen. When we booked the apartment it showed only one bedroom apartment with kitchen. It was a wrong description given by booking.com. But, we did not get any compensation from booking.com when we complaint about it.

• Linda (10/5): Close to train station and old town - great place! - Everything was good! The room was clean and modern. The kitchen was equipped with a stove, kettle, dishes and cutlery. The bed comfy and you got towels. Bathroom was clean and there was a washing machine. Location is just 15min walk from the train station and 25min from the old town. There are several supermarkets near by and some cafes. The direction to the accommodation were clear and the host replied quickly Nothing bad to say :)

• Daniel (9/5): Nice and clean apartment close to the city center - Great location, just a couple of minutes walk from a tram stop that takes you directly to the city center and underground correspondences. The apartment was clean and well-equipped, there is good kitchen equipment if you decided to cook (we didn't do cooking). The bed could be a bit more comfortable but that's all we could complain about.

• Santiago (8/5): Good location and price. Beds can be better. - Location is great and the apartment has everything one needs. You can easily get to downtown in a few minutes as it is very close to tram stops. Instructions were clear and the owner was responsive. We got an earlier check in so that was great. Beds are not comfortable and neither are the pillows. By the third night I already had a bit of a back pain. I had read some other reviews mentioning the same issue so this is not new. I would still go back but it would be nice if the owners could step up the game. The apartment we got was also smaller than the pictures but nevertheless good.

• Gökalp (8/5): Very good - It was clean. There are everything you need in a little space(from stove to washing machine and hair dryer). Morevover, the place is very close to center of Prague. There was no place to fix the shower head at the top. 2 rolls of toilet paper supply was not enough for a 5 night stay. You definitely need black curtains if you do not want to wake up 6 in the morning.

• Jeanette (8/5): Near the Train Station, Quiet Neighborhood - Conveniently located near the main train station. A few blocks away was a grocery. Has a kitchen and washing machine which we loved using. It was cozy and the neighborhood was quiet. The street where the apartment was located was a steep slope so if you have heavy luggage it is quite a work out! But then most of the streets in Prague were steep inclines. We never got to talk or meet the host, just messages.

• Chrissy (7/5): Much more basic than the photos suggest but an ok apartment with all the necessities - It had all the basics I needed. Shower had hot water & it was generally quiet with no noise. Property is in new town Prague, a 10 min tram ride into old town. The area felt safe and convenient. My lamp was broken on the first night & the host came to replace it the next day. It was much more basic than the photos suggest, it did the job in that it was clean and I had what I needed to do the weekend, although the photos used on booking.com don’t accurately reflect the room I stayed in which was extremely basic & not very cosy. The mattress was really thin I couldn’t really turn over in the night as I could feel the metal underneath, the single duvets were poor quality & the pillows were really bad quality I had to stack 2 of them and a cushion on top of each other and even that was hardly any support. New bed pillows definitely required.
