• Júlia (9/5): Genial - Era muy grande y bonito, tenía casi todo lo que necesitabamos El olor del comedor, olía a cerrado y a comida. Pero nada del otro mundo.

Špatný odtok ve sprchovacím koutě. Pokyny přišly v Angličtině. Jinak není co vytknout

• Tetiana (6/5): Одне гарно що апартаменти знаходяться в центрі ,чистота не якісна - Апартамент близько біля центру чудово було Дуже багато недоліків води гарячої не було , чистота була не дуже якісною туалети жовті , рушники випалені хлоркою ,крани не натерті до блиску Всьо в кальку інформація пише одна а там зовсім інше ключі 🔑 залишили в салоні

• JUAN CARLOS (10/5): Excelente - El departamento cuenta con todo lo necesario para poder cocinar. Es igual que las fotografías, supero nuestras expectativas, realmente tuvimos una excelente estancia. Recomendado 100 %.
• JUANA (9/5): 100% recomendable - La ubicación, lo amplio y lo limpio que estaba, se puede ir caminando al centro y cerca hay comercios, super y restaurantes Éramos 6 personas y solo habían 4 sillas, los platos y vasos también eran para 4 personas, eso lo tendrían que tener en cuenta porque el apartamento se puede reservar para más de 4 personas

• Nerea (7/5): La localización del piso es inmejorable, es un piso con lo básico (muy básico) - La localización La limpieza de la cocina (tuvimos que volver a fregar todo), éramos 6 personas y no había cubiertos ni platos ni vasos para todos, las camas no tenían almohadas sino cojines pequeños, dos de las camas estaban en la cocina-salón-comedor, no están obligados a guardar las maletas el día de la salida, pero hubiera estado bien

• Jakab (10/5): - Elhelyezkedés, tágasság, kommunikáció. Lehetne 2 kulcsot is kapni, mert többen voltunk, nem mindenki egyszerre ébredt és aludni sem egyszerre mentünk a házba este... Más nincs.

• Marco (3/5): Leider können wir das Appartment nicht weiterempfehlen. - Die Lage ist gut und sehr zentral. Es befanden sich Haare im Bett. In einem Zimmer roch es stark nach Schweiß. Es befanden sich Wollmäuse auf den Fensterbänken. Der Boden ist von ausgedrückten Zigaretten übersät. Leider nur sehr teure Parkmöglichkeiten in der Nähe zur Unterkunft.

• Kseniia (10/5): Классная квартира по хорошей цене. - В центре города, в 7 минутах ходьбы от главного жд вокзала. Расположение отличное! Квартира классная. Подходит для 6-7 человек. В квартире есть все необходимое. Все понравилось.
• Hollie (9/5): Prima locatie met 2 minpuntjes - De locatie Dat er géén koffiepot was en we als antwoord kregen dat de vorige bezoekers deze hadden stuk gemaakt en ze géén tijd hadden om een nieuwe te kopen. Wij als echte koffiedrinkers vonden dat niet kunnen. Dat er 2 bedden in de woonkamer/ keuken staan terwijl er op de site staat 3 slaapkamers.

• Joe (10/5): We had a fantastic stay here in a beautiful city. Would happily come back - Hosts were extremely helpful. Apartment was clean, accommodating and extremely convenient. The location was fantastic for getting around a beautiful city.
• Anita (3/5): - Duży i przestronny to jedyne co można dać na plus. Po pierwsze kontakt. Mieliśmy mieć apartament od godziny 12. Byliśmy z małymi dziećmi. Pan z którym rozmawialiśmy powiedział że poda nr do skrytki jak posprzątają apartament. Przyszła godzina 12 a my podczas deszczu czekaliśmy na kod. Pan ani nie wysłał kodu ani nie odbierał telefonu. Dopiero kiedy mąż poszedł do pobliskiego zakładu kosmetycznego wyszedł Pan i zapewniał nas że klucze będą od razu jak posprzątają pokoje. Czekaliśmy na tym zimnie do prawie 13. Sam apartament był ok chociaż podłoga się kleiła. To podobno nie pierwsza sytuacja z brakiem kontaktu. Także nie polecam.
• Moni (8/5): Alles gut - Super Lage mitten in der Innenstadt. Das Apartment verfügt über 6 Betten, wobei 2 davon im Wohn/Essraum stehen. 2 Toiletten, was super ist. Die Einrichtung ist außergewöhnlich und minimalistisch, aber schön. Großer Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach. In jedem Raum ein Ventilator. Der Vermieter ist telefonisch sofort erreichbar und antwortet zeitnah über booking.com. Wir waren zufrieden. Die Straße ist nachts recht belebt und dadurch laut. Fenster öffnen geht deswegen nicht, was schade war, da es extrem heiß war wärend unseres Aufenthalts. Die Küche ist nicht gut ausgestattet. Nur 1 Kochplatte und auch sonst kaum das Nötigste. Eine Mahlzeit für mehrere Personen kann nicht zubereitet werden. Parkplatz ist schwierig, aber was will man in der Prager Innenstadt auch anderes erwarten. Wir hatten einen Tiefgaragenstellplatz in der Nähe gemietet.

• Petra (9/5): Overall very good - loved central location - Perfect location, easy to find, quiet street apart bar 2 doors down which can be noisy in the evenings but didn’t bother us Safe location and building On arrival - key box was broken and having difficulties to contact owner who wasn’t responding or picking up our calls I walked down to beauty studio next door and lady kindly contacted the owner who called us back Our Appartment wasn’t ready until 12.10 and cleaner pass the key to us so when we arrived floors were still wet when we arrived which made us wait few minutes in a hallway to dry
• Paul (8/5): Super base to explore Prague from. - Super location, very clean and spacious, great place as a base to explore Prague. Parking was a bit harder than expected (research beforehand if you’re driving). Apartment is roomy and clean, but only the basic.

• Sandra (6/5): Great spot, basic but roomy apartment - Location is the absolute highlight of this apartment, being a few minutes walk to the train station and to the old town. One end of the street comes out at a great shopping area. The other end to trams. The place has an industrial warehouse styling vibe with hanging modern globe-lighting. There are two toilets (a plus) but only one shower (good water pressure). The bathroom is modern and the shower recess big. The rooms are large, with the main bedroom having a sitting area. Although third bedroom is two singles in the kitchen/lounge area, it is roomy. Beds and linen good. Shelves and hanging space thoughtful (plenty of coat hangers and hooks and a shoe cupboard at entrance). The host was quick to respond to a few hitches: lockbox was ripped open and key missing (back up plan quickly resolved) and one bed no sheeting (bed linen dropped at front door speedily). The place looked like it needed a good clean: toilet floor needed mopping, past guest’s sock on floor, dishes only as clean as last owner made them (pretty dirty). Kitchen very basic: no dishwasher, plug, detergent, decent cutting knife, cork screw (we had to buy a few things). Crockery supplied good however. No washing machine or tv (we knew this but they would definitely have been welcomed). Only a few rolls of toilet paper for 3 nights, 5 people (another trip to supermarket, which is handily close). Office workers across the street in office block can be seen clearly I at all hours so assume they can see in too. There are curtains to pull across windows but they are not of the best quality at blocking light or being able to close sufficiently.

• Cynthia (6/5): Okay to stay? - The location of the apartment is close to the train station which is good for us. The broken facilities might be the biggest disappointment for us. Although it is just one night of stay, my parents are forced to sleep with the bedroom light on as the switch is not working. The water is sometimes hot and sometimes cold, not sure why. We can’t work out the math.
• Joshua (3/5): Would not go again - That we had somewhere to stay When we got there the whole place was completely dirty, all the beds was dirty with no clean covers and hairs from the previous people who stayed, dirty dishes in the sinks and rubbish in all the bins, tables and bathrooms. No clean towels and all the bathrooms was dirty as well. When I was messaged directly with the code it was incorrect luckily there was a different code on the booking itself, even the money was still at the house from the last people who stayed so nobody had even visited since the last people left.

The space was not only beautifully decorated but also incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect, right in the city center, making it easy to explore all the local attractions. One of the highlights of our stay was the host’s dedication to ensuring we had a smooth experience. The host was truly committed to helping us with any issues we had during our stay, which made our three-night stay even more enjoyable and stress-free. Overall, we highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a fantastic place to stay in the heart of the city. We can’t wait to return! The apartment did not have a TV set. However, this might not necessarily be a negative aspect, as it encouraged us to spend more time together and explore the city, enjoying the local culture.
