• Joan (10/5): Great place and great host. - Loved this apartment. A large one bedroom with very comfortable bed, great bathroom, very well equipped kitchen and a terrific terrace. The place was super clean, totally updated and lovely. Host was very responsive and helpful. Just minutes walk to bus station and bus stop to Old Town across the street. Super convenient. I wish we’d stayed longer. Love everything

• SI WEI DAVID (10/5): - Im usually quite critical when it comes to reviewing my past stays. But this was the best apartment ive stayed in by far. Its literally 6 min walk from the bus station, which takes u everywhere, directly to oldtown (in 10 min) or the airport. The apartment itself was so well equipped and large. Ivica was a great host, took the time to advice us on how to get around, which specific buses to take and so forth. The kitchen is so well equipped, has everything you need to cook, even oil, salt etc. The shower has marble floor and very big too. The perfect stay i had over the past 20 days of travelling. Soundproofing perfect u literally cannot hear anything outside at all. No brainer to book this if i want to come back. Nothing at all
• Jenhel Mae (10/5): - We stayed 10 days in this apartment during our holidays and I would say this is the best apartment that I had stayed during my holiday in Dubrovnik the host was really helpful and very considerate that the apartment has everything that we need during our stay from a lot of toiletries, towels, kitchen towel, laundry soap and dishwasher soap also disposable slippers. The apartment is spacious and the balcony is big very clean.The location is far is from the tourist spots but its very accessible because it's next to bus station shops , market and restaurant. Money was worth it I would highly recommend this apartment if you guys visiting to Dubrovnik During our stay they doing construction in the main road it's not easy to access by taxi and bus and the WiFi was not working for 2 day because of this construction but the host very helpful and not a big deal for us.
• Lexane (9/5): Que du positif ! - Appartement très sécuritaire et paisible situé dans un petit immeuble. Nous avons été agréablement surpris par le calme et l’emplacement chaleureux de l’appartement qui est situé dans une petite ruelle tranquille tout prêt de la station d’autobus principale, d’une épicerie et même de plusieurs bons restaurants. L’appartement est très grand et très bien équipé en terme d’éléments essentiels. Nous y avons passé 4 nuits et ce que nous retenons le plus de ce séjour fut sans aucun doute la terrasse parfaite pour y déjeuner le matin, pour y souper le soir et même pour y passer un petit moment reposant après une grosse journée à la plage ou de visites d’attraits touristiques. En terme d’emplacement, l’appartement est malgré tout assez bien situé. Cependant si vous comptez vous rendre à la plage ou visiter la vielle ville, vous n’aurez d’autre choix que de vous y rendre en autobus ou tout autre moyen de transport sachant qu’ils sont à quand même quelques kilomètres à pied l’un et l’autre. Bref, nous avons trouver l’appartement génial et nous la recommandons à toute personne ayant envie d’un endroit calme, mais malgré tout très pratique.
• Kieran (9/5): - Host was communicative and very accommodating (letting us check in early + complimentary bottle of wine). Apartment was stocked with everything we needed, clean and ultimately great value. Nothing much! Only downsides I can think of is having to walk up a lot of steps to get to the apartment and the TV isn't a smart TV so doesn't have Netflix, YouTube etc.

• Aurélie (10/5): Excellente surprise - Appartement confortable et spacieux. Bien équipé, Wi-Fi de qualité. Excellente localisation pour les transports en commun. Supermarché à 300 m. Hôte disponible et très réactif. On recommande ce logement. Rien. Important à savoir : l'accès à l'appartement se fait par une longue volée d'escaliers en extérieur.
• Mnrracing (9/5): Lovely apartment, Great communication with owner, very convienient for public transport. - There was nothing that I disliked. Plenty of towels in the apartment. Chocolates, wine, and a small gift on arrival. Great Communication. A small shop was open nearby, which was very handy as we arrived on a Sunday, as we were catering. Bus connection to the airport and the old town nearby.
• patrick (8/5): - This is a great place to stay for a few days. It’s very close to the cruise ships. It is close to the bus station which means you can easy get around with your Dubrovnik pass . We got the 72 hour one and did loads of things. The steps are as shown. The Dubrovnik beer company is 100m away and this is brilliant! The booking process through another company. Direct booker basically are useless and we couldn’t get into the property. I was inundated with automated emails from this company. They failed to communicate with me. The owner was helpful and it wasn’t his fault. If you book here make sure you get your ID info to the company well in advance.
• Leo (10/5): A super apartment that feels like home. - Mr. Ivaca has taken great interest in providing all that one would need for a very comfortable stay. High-end accessories and super clean apartment. Just steps away from the supermarket and very close to both the Ferry terminal and main bus station. Nothing really, but for those who have mobility issues, then climbing the steps from the main street would pose a problem. For us, even though we are seniors, we did not have any problem.
• Ian (8/5): - Size of the apartment was great and the Terraced area was lovely. Location was great to arrive off the ferry and departing via the airport shuttle bus Local bus stop within a few hundred meters and could get you everywhere The main road was busy, as was much of Dubrovnik, go around the harbour to Lapad and it became much quieter and nicer.
• N (8/5): - The little apartment has been renovated to a very high standard. It was extremely comfortable with a fabulous balcony. The hosts were fabulous, communication was great. They will send you detailed photos of how to find the apartment and are easily contactable. They also provided us with extra information regarding restaurants locally and the best beaches to swim at. It was very close to the main bus terminal and cruise terminal which made transport a breeze. The bus network is definitely the best way to travel around the city. Walking distance to supermarket and restaurants. An observation, not something I did not like.... Be aware that there are many stairs to climb to get to the apartment. This accommodation wouldn't suit anyone with major hip or knee issues. The daily exercise however is great for the legs!

La posizione è ottima, vicina a tutto ma comunque tranquilla, ideale per godersi al meglio il soggiorno. I proprietari sono stati gentili, disponibili e attenti ad ogni esigenza. Consiglio vivamente questo alloggio a chiunque voglia trascorrere una vacanza piacevole e senza pensieri!

• Ben (10/5): Relaxing and Comfortable - The property was very spacious, clean, comfortable and had a great balcony. A great place to relax and rest before catching the bus, from the very close stop, into town. Communication with the property was great and I would highly recommend booking for short stays in Dubrovnik.

• Winston (10/5): Exceeds my expectations - This place far exceeds my expectations. It has all the amenity that guests need. Quality and cleanness is exceptional. Our host communicates well and very accommodating. Not use to such complicated door locks. May be this is normal for Europe.
• Siddharth (10/5): Value for money and excellent stay - I liked every single thing about the property. There is nothing which I didnt like. Property is total value for money. Apartment super cost, clean and every single thing was premium in quality. There is only one thing which I didnt like is that you have to climb stairs to reach the apartment. If you are young and with less luggage then it’s not an issue.
• Hanna (10/5): Excellent - This place was absolutely amazing — even better than we expected! The apartment is exactly like in the photos: spacious, beautifully clean (literally sparkling, even the taps were shining!), and incredibly well-equipped. You can just walk in and live — there’s everything you need: plenty of towels, slippers, shampoo, washing machine, detergent, dishwashing tablets, drying rack, fully stocked kitchen with all the dishes and tools you might need, even a big sunny terrace with a table and loungers. Total comfort. The location is super convenient — right across the street there’s a supermarket, the bus stop is right nearby, and the main bus station is just 3 minutes away. You could technically walk to the Old Town in 15 minutes, but we took a taxi and it was easy. Our host was absolutely wonderful — very friendly, respectful, quick to reply and always helpful. Every question we had was answered immediately. Instructions for check-in were sent in advance with photos, everything was super clear and easy to follow. Honestly, it felt like home — cozy, practical, clean and calm. Highly, highly recommend this place. I would give it 20 out of 10 if I could.

• Jill (10/5): Home away from home. - What a fantastic apartment in Dubrovnik, a little slice of home while on our holiday. - good communication via whats app with hosts. - spacious / very clean apartment with a lovely terrace. - kitchen well stocked with equipment. - bus stop very close to get bus to old town(1A,1B). -close to big supermarket (near main bus station). - near main bus station, you can walk to apartment with your bags.(you need to go up about 40 steps , so not good if you have a mobility issue). - Aircon available in apartment. - Close to restaurants/bars where locals go. - Washing machine. - Bed and bedding very comfortable. - This is an apartment not a hotel so cleaning is done on request. We cleaned ourselves as equipment is available.( cleaning might cost more , not sure🤷‍♀️) - Very quiet at night , a church bell or 2 during the morning. - very secure with a lockable safe, also a safe area. - Better in real life than photos.
• Az (8/5): Great! - The apartment was close to the bus station and also the supermarket. It was well equipped and clean. The balcony was a plus. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine and also a lil souvenir. Unfortunately we don't drink but it was really thoughtful. Thank you. Getting to town was easy. The host was fast to help and answer any questions. Highly recommended. Would stay here again. The staircase but it was worth it. The apartment was great.
• David (10/5): Had a lovely time, it was definitely the right choice for us. - Lovely clean well equipped apartment. Kitchen had all the basic utensils and a few essential ingredients that had been left, to enable us to eat in on several occasions. The welcome gifts were a very nice touch and very much appreciated. Great location, quiet & secluded, with friendly neighbours. Good for the bus from and to the airport, as well as the 3 local buses to Pile, so it was easy to explore the city using public transport. Good selection of local restaurants, bars, shops & supermarkets within walking distance. Nothing really.

• Tiara (4/5): check-in method and communications were terrible. Facility was nice. Nice balcony with a view. - the balcony was nice. Nice view. No coffee machine. The check-in method was terrible. I sent many emails a day before arrival asking how to check in and no answers. I emailed the time we are arriving and when we get the property, nobody is there. We waited for 30 minutes but nobody showed up. We knocked on the neighbour's door and a gentleman in his 70's who doesn't speak English helped us through Google translate. Without his help, we were unable to check in! I received an email from the property later on or the day after we checked in. Why that??? We spent hours wasting time and waiting in this area full of mosquitos. Why not provide the code in a day advance? They sent me many emails saying the booking was confirmed but never about how to check in. The agent on the phone asked for my email address. Don't you have mine already??? Communications were terrible. We stayed in 3 different AirB&B in Croatia and the rest were fine but not this one.

• Katstu (9/5): Superb - This is a beautiful apartment. It has everything you need for a very comfortable stay. There was wine, chocolates and a welcome gift. The terrace at the back is lovely for dining. Everything felt brand new! Cannot fault it. It is a 15-minute bus ride to the Old Town. The bus stop is a 2 minute walk away. For us, it was perfect, next to the bus station and port for the ferry to the islands. There are a few eateries close by, a craft beer bar and roof top bar with a great chilled vibe for a sun downer. Fantastic value!
• Kathryn (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was excellent, well positioned, plenty of space, near all local bars and opposite the supermarket. The apartment was immaculate, well equipped, very comfortable bed. Would highly recommend it.
• Kalavathi (10/5): Exceptional - Obsolutely great stay we had, well equipped and well thought of for tourists. Scribbling pad, pen, first aid, all necessary kitchen items, bed linens were super fresh and neat. We liked everything in the apartment, however stairs/steps to access to the apartment is not suitable for older or people with luggage. I had a ankle issue hence it was bit difficult could manage. It is not an issue we felt stay as home away from home .
• James (10/5): Make sure you stay here for your trip! - Everything! Although it is outside of the old town and requires a bus journey, this was no problem as it was a short walk to the bus station/nearest bus stop, and right by the ferry port if you are travelling anywhere by boat. If you intend to visit the walls and use the bus we would recommend a city pass as walls are 27 euros to visit though a 1 day pass is only a little extra at 35 which includes buses, a 3 day pass was well worth it for 45 euros. The apartment was very clean and tidy, and had all the equipment we needed to cook and enjoy our stay, the host even left us a small gift along with some wine and liquor. There was fresh fruit provided along with toiletries, we were even able to wash some clothes. The balcony was really nice as well, and it was nice and quiet. We were very lucky to find such a place and I would highly recommend staying here. I’d also recommend the brewery down the road if this is your thing, very nice beers. Unlike other properties we’ve stayed at, where there usually is something small to dislike, there is nothing I can think of! The apartment was perfect.

We communicated with the host via WhatsApp and replies were fast. Apartment was super clean and beautiful. There were fruits and wine waiting for us. There was also ready icecubes in the freezer which was very thoughtful! Would totally stay here again. No complaints!

• Hannah (9/5): Clean and spacious apartment with an excellent balcony - The property is absolutely amazing. Super spacious, even when the sofa bed is out and with 4 guests in the house. The balcony is also great too! When booking the property we hadn’t realised how far away the property was from Dubrovnik Old Town (45 minute walk). This is no fault of the host, it was simply us not reading the property description properly.
