Das Apartment ist sehr großzügig und in perfekter Lage zur Altstadt. Auf der Rückseite vom Häuserblock befindet sich die Garage Park Mazzini - moderne, gesicherte Parkplätze mit günstigem Tagespreis von € 14,--.

• chonchun yang (8/5): Ottima la posizione. Ma rivedere gli arredi - L’appartamento ha un’ottima posizione, in pieno centro, ed è molto spazioso. L’arredamento risulta piuttosto freddo e rende l’ambiente spoglio. I mobili, pur essendo su misura, sono molto vecchi e le tende in stile anni ’60 accentuano ulteriormente questa sensazione.

• Cristina (8/5): Appartamento decisamente uaoooo...!!! - Decisamente tutto, l arredamento il colore la disposizione del mobilio. Il secondo bagno......un po' piccolo ma ci siamo adattati.

• Giuseppe (10/5): Semplicemente fantastico!!! - Posizione centralissima, appartamento molto spazioso e molto ben arredato, nuovissimo, la colazione è eccellente, l'host è gentile, accogliente, disponibile, nel grande salone c'è anche un pianoforte verticale Yamaka a disposizione degli ospiti, ogni stanza è munita di televisori (ce ne sono in tutto quattro!). Nel bagno, molto grande e confortevole, c'è una doccia spaziosa e nuovissima e due lavabi.

• Jiani (9/5): Spacious plase with excellent location. - The host is a very nice lady who helped us with checkin, room is at HUGE size and even with piano in it! We've lost our glasses in the apartment and the host helped to send back to our country, what a relief! Overall it was a very nice experience staying at Residenza Tosca and look forward to come back to Mantova soon! everything is perfect
• paula (10/5): Memorável! Fantástico! - Tudo! Apartamento fantástico ! Enorme, limpo, decorado de forma incrível, com tudo pensado ao pormenor. Marcámos por 3 dias e acabamos por ficar mais um e o bem estar do apartamento ditou bastante a nossa opção. Foi uma experiência maravilhosa. Cozinha enorme, quase tipo industrial, um salão magnífico com um bonito piano e espelhos e vários objetos de arte. Tivemos oportunidade de conhecer a proprietária que foi uma simpatia e q nos foi levar no último dia mais toalhas, café, etc, uma senhora fantástica! Fica mt perto do centro, em zona tranquila e com supermercado quase em frente. Voltaremos com toda a certeza! Nada!

• Pillon (10/5): - Très grand appartement, très bien agencé, très propre et confortable. Des équipements de qualité.
• Rita (10/5): Ajánlom mindenkinek, gyönyörű - Luxus lakás megfizethető áron. Pár lépésre a központtól. Autó a mögötte lévő utcában parkolt parkolóházban. Kapcsolattartó bármikor elérhető volt. Kora reggel tudtunk indulni, mert egy kulcs széfben hagytuk a kulcsokat.
• Aislinn (8/5): Great but a couple of niggles - Spacious apartment with air conditioning in the bedrooms, which was welcome in the high temperatures. Great shower once we worked out how to use it (some basic instructions would have been useful as we were unfamiliar with this type of shower)! Great location, a short stroll from all the main attractions. The host was very communicative, replied quickly to all queries, and gave some great information on restaurants, cafés etc. Fabulous deli on the ground floor, and lovely little café next to it for breakfast. The bed in the front bedroom had polyester sheets, which had become "bobbly" and were therefore uncomfortable and scratchy, especially in the heat. Luckily we found some cotton sheets, which made for a much more comfortable sleep. The "3rd" bedroom is actually 2 small single beds at one end of the (huge) living room. This was not a problem in itself for us but a screen or some sort of divider would have been welcome, and would have provided a little privacy.
