We like that we have to cross the bridge and see the river. It look so good and it felt nice. 2. A lot of convenience stores, restos, cafes around the area 3. Internet connection is fast 3. Quiet neighborhood. Not crowded. 4. They have all the amenities we need like utensils, fridge, microwave, electric kettle, hairdryer, washing machine, vacuum(this was helpful since we have kids its always messy) 6. The room is bigger than we thought. We’re a family of 5 and its spacious enough for us. We can open all our luggages easily since there’s a lot of space 7. Easy check in/check out process 8. Very accommodating staff. Always ready to respond immediately 9. What i like the most is they have a drying function in the bathroom where you can dry your laundry and you have a new set of clean clothes the next day. This is very helpful for travelers. 1. They dont provide laundry detergent, extra trash bags, kitchen towels (Or maybe they do we just didn’t ask). But we bought these things on our own 2. No stool or small chair to sit in but since we have kids so its okay for them to sit on the floor 3. There’s a weird smell in the toilet area. Smells like incense or burning wood. We dont know what it is but maybe its in the ventilation or something

The bathroom has built-in clothes drying system, which is so useful during our visit which has few rainy days. The sofa bed is actually quite comfortable for sleeping.

- Mark (8/5): Great location / can sleep 4 - Good facilities - 1 bedroom Nishi apartment. Description was all accurate. Great location. These blocks are a bit odd, there's no human involvement at all. You show up and it's all automated. The construction is all identical, kinda paint by numbers modular apartment building. You notice as you explore that the apartment buildings get gutted & refit to modernize fairly regularly. Not made to last but unique in its own way. The check in was all automatic w/ generated messages via the Booking app. We made a request for a slightly later check out and I'm fairly certain no human being ever read it.

- Pushkar (1/5): The location is also not great. Min 15min walk to the metro stop. - The only thing I liked was the size of the apartment for 3 ppl. Extremely disappointing service — think twice before booking this place. We stayed for 5 nights and 6 days, and right after check-in I requested a recleaning because the carpet, washing machine, and kitchen utensils were very dirty. Despite multiple follow-ups, nothing was arranged. They kept asking for photos, and after I sent them, they insisted I submit a request through a specific website instead of simply resolving the issue. There was absolutely no concern for guest comfort. By Japan’s standards, I’d rate this property below 1. A truly unpleasant experience.

- Fiona (8/5): Alterna kurame family of 4 - The size and location. We were able to pull the couch out to easily make another bouble bed. There was also I fold up mattress in the wardrobe and plenty of bedding so our kids didn't have to share a bed. Still had room to open suitcases. Only a short walk to kurame station or to asakusa for more connection options. Overall, a fabulous choice in the right price range Would have appreciated some more instructions in English. Cold showers for our first night of showers because we couldn't work out the hot water. A small thing though.

- Mercedes (4/5): Disappointing - It was clean, tidy, spacious and close to the train station. The instructions to gain access did not match (half in Japanese and half english). My phone had no battery and I couldn't get into the apartment at 12am as there is no one there to help. My children and I ended up at the police station to get assistance, however it is not occupied with only a phone there to use. No-one spoke english but they eventually helped us get access at 2am!

- Fady (9/5): Superb - The location is excellent! There’s a hypermarket nearby (open until midnight) and a 24/7 Seven-Eleven for all your convenience needs. The apart-hotel is less than a 3-minute walk from Kuramae Station, though the exact distance depends on the train line you’re using. Note that elevator access at Kuramae Station is limited and not available for all lines, which could be challenging if you’re using a wheelchair or have a baby stroller. The Asakusa area is also within walking distance, about 15 minutes away. The facility is impeccably clean, equipped with air conditioning (both heating and cooling), and offers plenty of space by Tokyo standards. The check-in process is a bit complicated, so be sure to check-in in advance. It involves several steps, including filling out multiple forms. Additionally, opening the entrance door can be tricky as the instructions in the check-in manual are not very clear. I had to call for assistance—remember to press the "Call" button before entering the code. The air conditioning is only available in the living area, which can be an issue if you close the bedroom wall. We stayed in late December, and the bedroom became freezing cold as a result.

- Alison (9/5): Pleasant stay - the location was a 10 minute walk to the metro. It was also handy to get to the airport as the subway line near the apartment takes you there Check-in. There was no key in the box to get into the apartment. Luckily the cleaner came down the stairs to empty some rubbish so he contacted the agency and we were able to enter the apartment.
- Belinda (5/5): There is no response from host, every answer is : sorry this is a unmanned building. - Location OK, clean and simple, but far too simple (except a bed, a two seater sofa and a tiny coffee table, there is nothing at all). The space is good for two people only. We booked two apt 9 days for 7 people, there is no table and chairs, we all sit on the floor holding our electronics. We eat on the floor, and no way to unpack our luggage beacuse there is no shelves, cabinet, or countertop space. There is a nice kitchen, but no where to sit down and eat, except the floor. The most sorry I think is no dryer (which I think I saw it on the listing). Recommend having a table, some chairs (even foldable ones).some shelves in the kitchen area and the sitting area. A little bed side table to place your phone, etc. No English manual for the appliance and wifi does not work, we call host directly, no response within several hours until we message from Booking.com. It's so inconvenience, because we have to message via Booking.com before anything can be done/getting response.

- Tan (5/5): Location is good however the facilities and housekeeping service are not up to standard - Location is super! Walking distance to main train station and asakusa attractions. Tourist information center is just around the corner, many good restaurants and groceries are near by Facilities, amenities and housekeeping are poor. We stay for 11 nights, there are no housekeeping service along the stay and no toilet roll being provided. One window is leaking, it didn’t repaired but the host using lots of tissues to block the water from sipping in.

- Daan (10/5): Exceptional - Very good-looking apartment with nice facilities. The couch bed is maybe less comfortable, but the actual bed is great, and can also be closed off from the living room. Toiletries and towels were also ready on arrival. It's very near Tokyo Skytree, as well as three different metro lines. From Narita airport, there is a good connection through the metro.
- Kate (7/5): Good size! - Everything as pictured. Very good size for Tokyo and great facilities, separate toilet also makes a deference if staying with a couple of people. We stayed 4nights and felt really comfortable. Do the pre-check-in online ahead of time (they send you a link with details)- will make things much easier and faster at check-in as there is no one on site. We completed everything few days before and had no trouble finding place and getting keys etc. Location isnt as great as we expected, and not much around in the immediate vicinity, a bit of a walk to Asakusa, but it wasnt bad.

The space for the bed was small, it was difficult to get down from the bed, there were no chairs at all where to sit in the living room area, it was difficult to use the washing machine because there were no instructions, some lights didn’t go off at nighttime so it was hard to sleep.

- Pik (6/5): I would recommend it if you choose to stay nearby Asakusa. - The facility is good! The bath is good! The location is very quiet, although only a convenient store nearby, but just few mins across the bridge that all you can find supermarket, restaurants, shopping etc. The check-in time is very late and the check-out time is very early. Since it is no service for luggage storage, you have to plan your journey very carefully.
- Thomas (9/5): Would recommend on the proviso that the person booking understands the location of the property well. - The place is very spacious compared to other accommodation in the Tokyo area, it has a washing machine and the shower room can double as a dryer for your clothes. The location is a little poor but you should know what you are in for when you book this accommodation. The neighbourhood does not have much on at night so be prepared to travel to the late night areas of Tokyo for late night food and drinks.

- Charles (6/5): would be a 9.5/10 if it was actually clean - the place is lovely and very comfortable and spacious for tokyo. decent location only 15 mins walk from asakusa station or only 8 mins for kuramae it was filthy and barely had been cleaned before we arrived. the oven still had old food in it and the fridge had a disgusting old things in it. The towels we got stank of cigarettes and when i asked for new towels they said no.

Was not very clean had some dust and hairs around which alluded that cleaning was not properly done. Cupboards had dust, kitchen was not well appointed. Just a rice cooker, a worn off fry pan and plastic plates amd mugs. Disappointing. There is no onsite support or personnel. Normally not an issue but I really struggled to get in the apartment as the lock were the opposite way to Australia and the pin given for the key lock box only worked for one set not the other.
- Andrew (6/5): Good location but owner needs to love their investment - The apartment was in a nice building and ard 10 minutes from Kuramae Station. The apartment includes a washing machine, fast internet and a bath / shower in a wet room. This property feels unloved and purely for an investment. Compared to every other property we'd stayed at, very little effort was put into making a guest feel welcome, wanting to return or make a recommendation. I would recommend the host reads and reacts to previous feedbacks Pre-Check in : It's confusing. You get sent an email via booking.com with warnings that links have been removed for safety. It turns out these links are important for the pre-check in procedure but the host really should find a way to send links to guests without bookings systems flagging them as suspicious. Advice : We'd never been to Tokyo before and were struggling with Google Maps, would have been great to get more helpful advice that 'Go to Kuramae Station' Arrival : Buy one type of lock and stick to it. Don't provide instructions for 3 different types of lock, it was confusing trying to pinch and zoom on the phone and twist a combo lock Instructions : Google Translate is great but having translated instructions for the toilet, washing machine, aircon and bathroom ventilation would be great. Washing Machine : Great but combine this with how to use the bathroom ventilation system to dry your clothes in ard 3 hours using 'extra wind' on second button. There is no ironing board or iron so don't let you clothes get too dry! Lighting : It's like being in a movie set. None of the lights are dimmable and there are no lamps in the bedroom or living room. Storage : There's so much empty space in the living room and bedroom that a simple IKEA drawer unit would fill the empty space and provide much needed storage.

The host is very helpful, the check in procedure was really smooth. Every basic things were provided just like in the description images. Konbini stores are everywhere within reach. Good location! Will definitely come again!

Location didn’t bother us as 5 min walk to metro. Nice little bar on the block. Good instructions to get in, and good communication. We thought price was good. Missing effort that you get with most airbnb experiences. It was completely sparse. No lamp, pot plant, bare minimum in the place. No salt, oil, or even tea or real guide. Maybe that’s normal for Japan? When we booked we were told we couldn’t check in till late because it needed cleaning. Room shouldn’t have been listed as available if it was not clean and ready to go that day. I’m giving feedback to help the facility rather than complain. There is a real opportunity to maximise revenue by adding some more niceties. But overall we thought it was great and no regrets.
