Sven (9/5): Super Lage, schöne Einrichtung - Tolle Lage, schöne Ausstattung. Die kleine Küche hat alles was man braucht. Der Balkon (App. 7 Königsstuhl) bietet einen traumhaften Blick über die Altstadt und auf die Ostsee. Wir haben jeden Tag, selbst bei nur 13°, draußen gefrühstückt. Vom Appartement bis zum Bäcker direkt an der Ostsee sind es 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Es stehen nur 5 Parkplätze (bei 8 Einheiten) zur Verfügung, einen fest zugewiesenen Platz gibt es nicht.

Olaf (8/5): - Sehr schöne Aussicht, wenige Gehminuten zum Felsen Strand ( kein Sand Strand) Gute Möglichkeiten um essen gehen. Wohnung ok, Betten miserabel, völlig durchgelegen. Man schlief wie in einer Hängematte.

Nadine (6/5): Total ok! Leider fehlten bei unserem Aufenthalt grundlegende Kleinigkeiten wie WLAN Passwort, Infomappe, Seife oder Dusc - Zentral gelegen sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet. Leider waren bei unserem Aufenthalt einige ganz grundlegende Dinge nicht vorhanden, die man eigentlich erwarten würde. Es gab weder ein WLAN Passwort noch eine Infomappe mit wichtigen Hinweisen zum Appartement oder zur Umgebung. Auch im Bad fehlten einfache Dinge wie Seife zum Händewaschen und Duschgel. In der Küche fanden wir lediglich einen Rest Salz vor, sonst nichts. Das wirkt insgesamt leider etwas lieblos. Hinzu kommt, dass man in der Vorabinformation zwar den Namen des Appartements erhält, am Schlüsselsafe vor Ort jedoch nur Nummern stehen. Das sorgt zunächst für Verwirrung und macht die Ankunft unnötig kompliziert. Es sind oft gerade diese kleinen, einfachen Details, die den Unterschied machen und dafür sorgen, dass man sich willkommen fühlt. Schade, denn mit wenig Aufwand ließe sich hier viel verbessern.
Cornelia (8/5): gut - Appartement 3 "Ummanz" gebucht, gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter Lage war sehr zentral und Aussicht mit Meerblick top, ruhige Umgebung Betten bequem die Bewertungen anderer Gäste treffen immer noch zu - wenig Geschirr, Besteck und Gläser, keine Gästemappe mit Informationen und Hinweisen zur Mülltrennung usw. im Bad fehlen ein Föhn und Handwaschseife, in der Küche fehlen Fit, Küchenrolle, Mülltüten

Monika (10/5): - Alles TOP, hatte einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in Sassnitz, die Lage ist perfekt, sehr angenehmer Kontakt, sehr bemüht. Absolut empfehlenswert. Hatte nichts zu beanstanden.
Alexia (5/5): Sollte renoviert und besser sauber gehalten werden. - Insgesamt ist die Wohnung ok. Tolle Lage. Meerblick von der Terrasse. Nicht besonders sauber (u.a. dreckige Seifenschale) und ganz schön „in die Jahre gekommen“. Minimalistisch ausgestattet. Extrem wenig Handtücher (keine Händehandtücher…). Strandkorb draußen war verdreckt und unbenutzbar!

Elinah (2/5): I would not stay there again. - Location for the purpose of my visit. Mould on the wall, the furniture smelled on mould. Ants everywhere, one morning they were ants on the bed. Needs comfortable pillows, When l wanted to check in, it took an hour to get in touch with the owner. I would call he will answer and soon put the phone down.
Alexander (9/5): Superb - Really well equipped with an excellent view. A really relaxing place to stay. The check in prices could be improved - no check in information was provided and another guest had to let us in.
Jan (7/5): Good - Location is great, close to the Sea and quiet. Private parking is also great as there is hardly any public parking available. the apartment is functional and has all one needs. The kithen equipment is rather limited, Almost nu cutlery and very few glasses to drink from like regular beer/wine/juice glasses. The entry into the buidling can be tricky. Dring my stay it was snowing and a PVC mat was put in front of the entrance to limit walking-in all the diret but this was very dangerous as it was extremely slippery.
