• Vucetic (10/5): - Stan je cist i uredan. Komunikacija sa osobljem je odlicna, veoma jasna uputstva je poslao prije dolaska u stan tako da nije bilo nikakvih problema. Ulica u kojoj je stan je bas mirna, a blizu je svih zanimljivosti u gradu i sve se moze setnjom obici. Stan je mali ali odlicno iskoriscen prostor, i sve je lijepo upakovano. Kupatilo je bas malo, ali ima sve sto je potrebno. Jedina preporuka je da se u toaletu postavi nesto da se moze zakaciti peskir.

• Ikram (8/5): Agréable - L'emplacement et la propreté. L'appartement est agréable et bien decore avec goût. La chambre est grande et le salon est bien aussi Il fait très froid dans l'appartement. Le chauffage ne marche pas. C'est une vraie galere surtout en hiver.

• Beatrice Bianca (9/5): - L’appartamento non è grandissimo ma è molto carino e dotato di tutto il necessario,la posizione è ottima,sono stata insieme ad un’amica e non abbiamo trovato nulla che non ci è piaciuto. L’unica cosa sarebbe il Wi-Fi che funziona solo se stai nel soggiorno nelle altre stanze molto spesso non arriva il segnale ma questo non ci ha creato grossi problemi.

• Angela (9/5): - Struttura accogliente e ben organizzata. Provvista di qualsiasi necessità( assorbenti, asciugacapelli, pad di cotone, gel doccia e shampoo asciugamani, telo mare etc…). Collegata in un punto di Málaga in cui si può raggiungere tutto a piedi, in bus. Zona tranquilla. Ci siamo trovati benissimo.

Summary: The apartment manager behaved in a disgraceful manner March 26, 2024: I booked a stay at B&B "Apartamento Aza" in Málaga for May 30 to June 3. May 29, 2024: The day before arrival, I received an email about ongoing construction work near the apartment, which prevented me from canceling the reservation without penalties. May 29, 2024: Suspecting the late notice, I asked a friend in Málaga to verify. He confirmed the construction and sent three videos. May 29, 2024: I complained to the apartment manager via email and WhatsApp. The manager falsely claimed there was no construction the previous night, which was disproved by locals and my friend, indicating deceptive behavior. May 30-31, 2024: I contacted Booking.com multiple times but received no satisfactory response until June 1, when it was too late to resolve the issue. May 31, 2024: Due to loud noise and disturbance, I suffered panic attacks and went to the emergency room. Videos recorded that morning document the disturbance. June 1, 2024: After threatening legal action, Booking.com offered a 40% refund (176 EUR) without my confirmation of acceptance. Please do not stay at this apartment before verifying that the road works are completed. The behavior of the apartment managers was deceitful and extremely improper. I strongly advise against booking this property. Additionally, this type of behavior tarnishes the reputation of Málaga’s accommodations, including those managed by honest operators. I have reported the incident to the relevant authorities. Think carefully before booking, especially if you want to avoid ruining your vacation.
• Valeska (8/5): Was a lovely stay the host was very good came to check water as soon as we mentions low pressure. She also answered any - The apartment was clean and had everything I needed.
• Ramsis (9/5): Superb - the location was good, near the city center and the apartment was well equipped The host gave us the wrong password for the mailbox containing the key, which gave us a very bad first impression, but then he gave us the correct one. There was a lot of construction work on the street, which no one told us about before our arrival.
• Viktoriya (7/5): Too small space - ok for a short stay but not very comfortable - Very well decorated space - artistic and welcoming, clean and tidy, bright and light, colorful. Location was ok, a walking distance from city center, Picasso house at Plaza de la Merced is very near. Seems like it is located in an artistic district. The host was very welcoming. The check in is easy with key locker. It was very small and tiny apartment. The kitchen was not well arranged - can't open the oven because the door bangs the window door, the cabinet doors and drawers open hardly, the countertop area is too small. There is a step on the floor between the kitchen and the living room, so you have to be careful. Extremely small bathroom - have a careful look at the photos. The toilet is hard to use because of the distance between the toilet and the opposite wall, so you practically use the toilet perpendicularly and it is not comfortable. The shower area is too small, smaller than the standard dimensions of a shower cabin. Overall, very tiny and small due to the layout of the apartment. Maybe it is ok for one or two people for a short stay.

• Aurelia (9/5): Superb - We had a really pleasant stay at Apartment Aza, the apartment is small but very nicely decorated, comfortable enough and spotlessly clean. The location is great, close to the main interest points. The host was very responsive and helpful.

Apartment is small, but ok for a couple and a small kid for a few days. Clean, kitchen and bathroom had everything we needed, even tea, coffee, salt. Bathroom (just like the whole apartment) is tiny - ok for a couple of days, but would look for bigger options if planning to stay longer.

Apartment also has a beach umbrella which was handy. The bathroom is very small (persons under 6ft might struggle) and the door did not shut fully

• Julie (7/5): Lovely place but few small issues. - Great location. Close to everything. Fairly quiet location initially (see negative comments) Lovely clean comfortable apartment. Everything you need for a few days. Even had toiletries in the shower and coffee and milk in the kitchen. Host was very helpful when contacted with issues. She allowed us to leave our luggage in the apartment on our last day until 3.00pm which was great. Confusion on collecting keys from key box as we didn't know which apartment we were staying in as no number/name on door or key. To be fair we were late due to flight delay so assume the owner would have met us normally? Maybe just put a number on the door / fob for future guests. Two very small balconies but not enough room to sit on either with chair. Balcony off the bedroom is unusable as it has the air conditioning on it so didn't even open the french doors. Needs better curtains at the windows, especially in the bedroom, as lots of light comes through and the outside blinds are very difficult to close and quite flimsy. Unfortunately on the 2nd morning building work started in the apartment next door and it was constant from 8.30am - 5.30pm every day until we left. No fault of the owner but meant we were woken early and couldn't open the patio doors in the living room to make use of the balcony during the day due to the horrendous banging (although this could still be heard with the doors closed). This looks like a major renovation so would check before staying again to make sure it is complete. Shame as we would definitely have gone back, despite the small issues.
